Very happy and blessed that I received Gabriel today to work on my car. This place used to do a immaculate job every time but with the new young employee group they struggle staying on task and doing the full job. I would suggest the owner talks to the group and gets them focused

Took my white Ford 150 and dude with the red cardinals hat did an amazing job vacuuming my truck he really takes his time.

I had to give this place a star because thats the minimum. Forget the fact that the machines here have taken my money and given no services. While I was there washing my trailer, the self proclaimed owners showed up and told me to clean the stall when I was finished. I wasnt making a big mess, but, ok. I started spraying the floor clean and and they lost their minds. Telling me I was going to clog the drain. All I had cleaned off my trailer was a few leaves that had fallen into it and some spider webs. This after all, is a CAR WASH. My son said at this point thats not very good Customer service. Suddenly it was world war 4 and they were telling me they have my license plate number and dont come back It was a man and woman, and the man then began threatening me with physical violence. As much as I would have loved to have obliged him by this point, I didnt want to end up in jail. So I bit my tongue and left. They dont have to worry about me coming back. I wouldnt go back if you paid me. I think if they continue to treat Customers like that, theyll be out of business in no time. I like to recommend Surf thru car wash in Marysville and Yuba City.

Poorly managed, workers complaining when more arrive. Manager doing nothing to help workers when hes not collecting money from customers. Vacum area looked like a dump site. Left without getting what I paid for.

The did a okay job, but were slow. When I arrived at 8:10 I waited for at least 7 minutes for someone to show up and get us going.

Every time I come theres very few cars and they still tell me the wait is going to be an hour or more literally numerous times. Try to refrain from going into yuba city for car wash needs considering I live in Oregon house and work in Sacramento this would be convenient and definitely a once or twice a week business for them. But they never are able to fit me in. Came this morning literally had 3 cars n could get to me for at least an hour I was told. Guess I gotta stop trying to do business here

The wait as a bit long even after I got to the pay window. But I got a pretty good wash. Worker did a thorough dry and put my mirrors back to where theyre supposed to be and put my antenna back on. Nice guys 😊👍

Best car wash place

I have to say, I used to come here all the time and I loved it. They took great care of my vehicles. They used to be very friendly and kind. Now it seems that the employees hate their jobs, give little concern for the customers and just seem like they dont care of th job is done properly. In only a few years its amazing how things change...

Terrible car wash. Got the most expensive wash, my truck was still really dirty afterward. The towel guy was really slow and didnt do a very thorough job.

Excellent service, takes a little longer than the one in yuba city, but it is worth the wait. I have a lifted GMC denali with a LED light bar on the cab, and this car wash has a rotating brush that can be lifted manually so as not to damage your light bar

Guy missed all kinds of spots on door panels 2nd. time I pay 21.00 and 25.00 plus tip and have to clean it again myself. I want a refund on 1vof the car washes I paid for, same guy cleaning my car... busy b.s. with co workers than pay attention to what they be doing, same guy ea. time, thats a way to rip off public and charge twice as much as other car wash. I going to call B.B.B.

They need to take a little more time cleaning the cars. They clean my in less than 10 minutes.

Hit or miss service depending on who is cleaning the car after the wash, the Hispanic guys and the Manager I think is the younger Hispanic kid, are Always good and don’t rush and pay attention to detail, the rest of the crew is in a too big of a hurry and miss spots and leave streaks. I would rather wait an extra 5 mins and have my vehicle done right then a sloppy job and being in and out fast, the better the cleaning job the more people will Tip $. They do a good job of the pre-wash, always getting the bugs off with the sponge, Anyways rest of the crew, keep up the good work I take multiple vehicles to be washed here regularly.

Will not be back staff was very RUDE windshield covered with water spots found dirt on corners save your money go elsewhere.

Always do a great job washing my car, inside and out. Very affordable and conveniently located to have my car washed when I go through town once a week.

They used to do a top quality job. But since the ownership has changed they dont do a very good job. The last two times I was there I had to ask for a rag and re-wipe my vehicle down. Wont be going back.

Ok job but make sure you get everything you are paying for. They said I was done but they didn’t clean the rims or put tire dressing on which I paid for but after I told them they did. While they were cleaning the rims I got out and looked at my truck and they missed so many spots it was crazy. Before you leave make sure to get out and look to see if they did a good job. First and last time there for me.

I just moved up here from Sac, and I commute to and from Sacramento for work. So needless to say my car gets filthy. My 2016 Black on Black Mustang was filthy and my girlfriend said to try them out. I read all the other reviews, but this place was amazing. They did a really nice job cleaning it. They took there time to clean it right. Absolutely amazed by there quality and attention to detail. Will be the only place I go to get it washed and detailed up here in Marysville/Yuba City area

Have been here several times but the service is spotty. The last two times I went I had to rewipe my vehicle from spots missed, especially my rims. Not a big deal but for 30 bucks I expect a little more in quality. Probably wont return anytime soon.

I use to really like this place. Workers work hard in the hot weather. Always had good service until something went wrong and I heard 2 bangs in the carwash. Both left wheels are all scrapped up like through the powder coat to the metal.Things happen, not even mad. Heck I already had another set of wheels on order. But while trying to show the manager which knows me by name started arguing with about it and denying blame. He looked like a fool.They wash my car almost every week and his Guys new they were fresh. No rust over yet on bare metal. Well whatever, he actually said he is busy enough and doesnt need my premium wash every week. So there ya go........

Staff does a good job cleaning your car

I just paid for the best inside and outside cleaning and extra to have the floor mats washed . They said one hour and I went back in two but, I was in a hurry and didnt take time to look the car over, tipedt the guy and drove away . My floor mats were soaking we so I had the set my wet mats on an old towel in the back agreeing that I would hang them out to dry,as I drove towards my office I started noticing how dirty the interior still is and when I lifted out the mats theres a dark outline on the towel . Im sure if I called or went back theyd clean it again but if I had this much time idI clean it myself .if youre okay with terrible results then, this is your place . I personally, wont be back. This is the only place in Marysville you should get your car washed. They do a good job but they need more staff for the weekends. Its super busy so it takes much longer but they do a great job.

Spent 35.99 for the all out wash, car was not wiped down inside. Vents still dirty. Dusted off top of dash, didnt do any creases. Will never go back. Waste of time and money

After getting my car wash and inspecting it the next morning I realized that there was multiple scratches on both sides of my car. Further the front of the vehicle was not even clean there were still lots of bugs and dirt and grime. I will never go to this car wash again.

Just rolled through. They are fast, friendly and my car looks new! No sign of 2 kids in the back seat.

Usually go to the car wash in YC due to location but I was in Marysville so I went here. Cheaper than other places and they dry her car.

Great Idea ! Yes when the weather is a little better. The only problem, everytime I have called nobody answers.Other than that owner is very polite and understanding. Place needs couple little details to be fix but no big deal. Please be courteous always. Thank you! Bye... always tip and ask if the employees are keeping them .. because I did my research in some other car wash places and guess who keeps the tips??? Thats right. Not saying this place does that but always be sure to ask!.

The absolute worst experience ever. The guy at the payment counter sad for another$20 I could get a hooker. My truck was filthy afterwards, Windows still had smudges, streaks of dirt on the side, didnt look like anyone vacuum. Worst $26 ever spent. He said he would wash it again. Wait another 45 minutes for a horrible job, doubt it. DO NOT GO THERE.
