Jake was a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our business and need for a properly operating yard semi. During the past several hot weeks in Wisconsin, the AC has not been working. Our semi was in and out of another local business 4 times and not one of those times the issue was fixed, but a decent bill was received. Jake diagnosed the true root cause within a few hours and he permanently fixed the problem. In addition, he performed a general inspection and noted 3 other issues that needed to be fixed that we were not aware of. That is definitely going above and beyond. Brake chamber on semi trailer went, Jake showed up quick and had me rolling again in about 20 minutes, real nice guy.
