When you go in the office they are curteous and helpful.Update: Michael at the Tech shop installed a new Internet system for us. So far we have been very pleased with it.

Sadly to say, I have had many different experiences with iPhone repair companies over the last 10 years. I live in Marshall and normally would drive one hour away to Columbia for any repair. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have an iPhone repair shop here in Marshall, MO. Not only does it save me time but the cost was also 30% LESS than the shops I have used in the past. The Tech Shop was fast, very nice people and did a great job. If you live in Marshall or the surrounding area, you have to check them out!!

We had some computer issues. Took it up to the tech shop here in Marshall and they diagnosed it, informed us of the diagnosis and then when we told them to fix it they did. They were very thorough in theyre explanation of what was wrong. Our computer is working like a charm. Thank you
