I would leave zero stars if possible. DO NOT take your vehicle here! They were unable to ever explain the services needed or an accurate estimate. After paying 1700 the car would not start. Took another 800+ more to get our car back and it took 2 weeks! They only take cash and now I know why, people would stop payments. Finally got the car and somehow the subwoofer is fried! Worked fine when we left it 2 weeks ago. You have been warned.

Wow! This is a great family business, honest and upfront, skilled, and fully engaged in doing whatever it takes. This is how it should be done. We were on vacation 9 hours from home with a rented camper that was due back in 2 two days, and had other appointments and obligations, when our (rare, diesel) van broke down. These guys fit us in when others quoted us days or weeks, and got us on the road to home in time. Great job to all: Conner, the wonderful young man (Silas and Sarahs son) who dealt well with my repeated phone calls, Sarah and Silas who run a great operation. A special shout out to Nick whom I think actually did the wrench work. Great job! I wish they were near our home, Id have found my new mechanics. If were ever in Marquette again, I will stop by just to say hi.

My Subaru dash lit up like a Christmas tree on my way to work this morning. A friend of mine recommended I go over to Silas. They were busy when I arrived, but they fit my car in. With an oil change, the bad switch, and replacing 5 light bulbs the grand total was under $150! Everyone I talked to there was super nice and they saved me a rental car cost by fitting me in. I’ll be taking my Subaru back to them from now on. Really can’t say enough good things about them!

Nice family operation. You can trust this place to do good work, tell you what you need and what you dont need. They will try their best to get you in if youre in a bind and need your wheels fixed.

Had a problem with my radiator they got it fixed right up. Had a problem with transmission leaking, they fixed it right!Great customer service!!

They explain everything they need to do first. Low hourly rate not like the other shops around town. Great guy in general, he actually knows what he is talking about. Also a great way to throw ideas around with for upgrades and advice.

This review has nothing to do with EQ Muffler, I love those guys.I took in a rear axle to my 4 Runner, with the seal and bearing so they could press them on for me. A job I was told that would take a day to do.10 days later they finally managed to get it done. Absolutely no excuse for this since they owned the axle tool and press and it only takes about an hour to do.Not even an apology for taking so long.Never again will I go back, for anything.
