Donny did an amazing job helping me choose the right phone for me. I came in not sure whether I wanted to stick with androids or move over to that apple family. I got the phone that made sense with my lifestyle and got hooked up with some sweet accessories to go along with my phone due to Donny’s attention to my needs. Previously I had sent to a Verizon store to see what deals they had in Marlton but the sales representative didn’t listen to my needs and was persistent about a device that obviously he had a bonus on selling even though it didn’t fit my needs or lifestyle. Donny at Marlton and AT&T earned a customer for life as the experience was personable and catered to my needs. A+ Donny!! Word of mouth is king in this town and you have earned a ambassador out of me. Hope your leadership sees your dedication to the customer experience.

We went at opening time on a Sunday morning and Donovan was amazing at helping us through our phone upgrade and getting us the best deal to save us money. Great service and one of the few open at 10am on sundays.

Lying, scumbag company that is a retailer for at&t. Be very careful coming into this store and DONT let them in your account. They will put services on your account without asking and try to scam you into buying their TV service. Of course they will neglect to inform you their TV prices double after 1 year on their contract so you will be stuck paying double whatever you agreed upon.

Whatever you do if you have a question about settings on your phone, do not bother going to this AT&T Store. Associates are not knowledgeable and waste your precious time. This Store doesnt even deserve 1 srar.

Went in for a quote and they were very nice. They would only give verbal estimate if I transferred to them. They were @ $60.00 higher for same an features as verizon and almost double of T Mobil/Sprint plan.

I came in and was greeted and helped by Tyler. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about everything . An extremely swift process and very good communication. He made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions . Definitely will be going to this store for any further questions or help.

Let me begin by saying that I genuinely believe Tyler was trying his best to be helpful. However, heres the situation- Ive used an AT&T prepaid plan for 3 years now (simply because I prefer that commitment level) and need to upgrade my phone, as mine broke. I went to this AT&T store, ready to buy the phone I wanted outright and get support in switching in the sim card, etc. Tyler first told me the phone I wanted was weird but that if I really wanted it he could make it happen. I said yes, please. He then came back and told me that I would be much better off upgrading to a post paid plan, but again if I really just want the more expensive option of buying the phone outright, he could charge me and I would be out the door. I said thats ok, Ill just buy the phone please. Finally after the 3rd trip back to see his manager, Tyler apologetically informed me that he couldnt sell me the phone, further stating that they (AT&T) dont sell Cell Phones. Listen, Im a High School Teacher. Im tired and stressed out and my phone broke so I ran over on my lunch break because I just hoped that among all of the actual challenges we are dealing with right now, this would be an easy win. I was wrong. Because this AT&T store manager has decided that AT&T doesnt sell Cell Phones. Not even if youre a current customer with a current plan looking to upgrade the broken phone in your pocket for a non-broken phone- happily paying the hundreds of dollars outright. Come on folks, it really doesnt have to be this hard.

All I can say is was that the store is beautiful and the customer service is awesome! I came in to fix a problem with my iPhone and Devon not only fix the problem but helped me get started on my next iPhone! Not to mention he’s helping me save money from Comcast by switching to AT&T TV WHICH I LOVE BTW

3 months ago we tried to buy apple watches through Devon, one of the sales reps in this store. Due to his mistakes in mailing our watches, we are still attempting to get apple watches and still unable to finance the watches.

Came into the store to help fix a problem with my tablet and I didn’t realize I was up for an upgrade! Devon was very helpful and knowledgeable not only did he help me save money on my plan he also helped me save money by switching to AT&T TV go in there and ask for him he’s a great guy!

Great service

I walked in to upgrade three phones and there were two workers helping other customers. However, none of them had even the courtesy to say hi or how they could help. We sat down and waited for about an hour without any of the two workers in the store even acknowledging we were there. We left followed by another customer who also got tired of waiting and again, none of the workers even tried to talk to us or even tell us they might take some time to help us. Awful service. Actually nonexistent customer service.

No supervision for the staff. Came in to exchange something that was sold to me by an associate and had to wait an hour while they activated other folks phones. My pizza arrived and I ate it in the parking lot. (Yum).. Seriously the wait was so bad that subsequent customers left because of lack of service.
