A great T-Mobile store. Really convenient. Never had a line of people to wait through. Great, quick assistance with our 5 phones on family account…and they saved us a load of money on one visit we made by reevaluating our contract!!! And T-Mobile Tuesdays are such a super bonus this company has as a business model.

Mike is super awesome and extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Helped transfer phones over to T-Mobile and set up new accounts. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended. Very personal and dedicated to each customer individually.

Michael did what 2 other stores and T-mobile customer support line could not. Open a business account. After visiting another franchise store twice and a corporate store once, several phone calls to customer support. which the employees at those stores didnt know what they were doing I found the store at Greentree Rd and tried T-mobile one last time before moving on to another carrier. Micheal was knowledgeable, courteous, and understand of small business owner starting out. Hopefully I end up with employees like him

Thank God manager Keith was extremely patient taking HOURS to port my number with Xfinity playing games fighting us until the end. 2 new phones, 2 SyncUP Drives, 3 unlimited lines for what I was paying other guys for 1 line with terrible signal. Ask about the Sync trackers. They are SO good. Great if you have a young driver or cheating spouse. THANKS KEITH!!!

Keith and James were awesome helping me get out of my Google Pixel 3XL and back into a Samsung Galaxy. I walked in at 615, walked out at 715. For some reason the phone wasnt connecting to service, I went back in minutes later and they had it fixed and me out the door in all of 10 minutes. Really happy those guys were there to help me out and were polite professional and great guys to talk to during the process.

Sprint sent me to TMobile to talk about the Timex watch for children. At first completely unaware of the watch, the manager then popped out asking my intentions. My husband and I explained we were sent from our service provider to them. She said they may have it but it is not going to be compatible with my phone because it is a Sprint device. Took them 20 minutes to tell me this.

This is an amazing T-Mobile

This place is a hidden gem! I originally went online looking to upgrade my phone, the reps online kept telling me that I had to put down $350 to get the iPhone 11. That was just absurd to me so i refused the offer and just started looking into how much it would be to get a new battery since thats all that was wrong with my phone. I found this location and went in because I know that sometimes the stores have different offers and promotions. A lady recommended that I speak with John, and Im so glad that I did! he was the most helpful, sweetest person ever. I wasnt able to get the phones on the day that I went, but I went back 5 days later and was able to upgrade my phone and add a new line. This experience was the best one Ive had wit sprint. If you ever need help, go to this store, and ask for John!

Its a good place if you like be treated as a sale rather than a person. Theyre smooth talkers that sell people a bill of goods. I ended up paying considerably higher phone bills than what they originally told me Id pay. They made promises like theyll take care of my activation fees too. Although they did nothing about it after my first bill came in. I asked them to resolve it multiple times too. They said it was in the works yet it never resolved itself. Like I said, I was already a sale to them. I just paid off my two XRs and am planning to jump back on the Verizon ship or some other company. Please be careful dealing with these characters.
