When I called they were able to quote me over the phone and send some paperwork to be signed the next day. The job was scheduled and finished within a week. We are environmental consultants, and while we dig in the dirt there is a tremendous amount of office time writing reports, drafting plans, etc. Our technology needs have grown exponentially over the last 20 years. Computer upgrades, new server, backups, disaster recovery systems. We were fortunate to have found South Jersey Techies to assist us in managing our technology needs.They have been a reliable and prompt partner in addressing hiccups we have encountered in our course of business. You have all been there, virus, lost files, program not loading, etc. They have addressed every issue. I used to be smarter on the tech end and my reliance on them has dumbed me down as I know longer need to spec out new computers or figure out VOIP system configuration and I do not miss it.I was not asked to write this review, FYI. We recently upgraded our phone system from one VOIP system to another. Not only was their approach more reasonable than the other vendors we reviewed and some were divisions of a well-known cable giant, but the system has been a giant leap forward from our old system. Bottom line they listened to what we wanted and found us a solution that fit our needs.I can honestly say if you have technology needs they are a knowledge and reasonable avenue to go down to assist with your technology needs.
