It was a really nice job on the nails a little overpriced and one of the girls who did my nails was on her phone while doing my nails but overall pretty good

The service was amazing! This was my first time going to a nail salon since Covid and they made me feel protected! They checked temperature before allowing us to come in which I really appreciated. They also had plexiglass and kept their masks on. I would recommend this place to anyone! The service was great. I felt relaxed and refreshed!

Everyone in there is SO sweet and accommodating! I was just in here today to have a big bridal party get their toes and nails done. The sweet ladies made sure everyone was happy, and even got us crab cake sandwiches to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here! They go above and beyond, and my nails come out perfect every single time. Yesterday was my first experience at New Image Nails. I cant say enough good things about this salon. Everyone was warm and friendly and very professional! I received a beautiful ombre gel powder and beautiful design! I would recommend anyone to give New Image Nails and Spa a try!!

Formerly a manicurist I am very particular about my nails. Jenny does excellent work when it comes to pink and white gels. She is neat and thorough. The establishment is clean and professional. Pedicures are A+.

If I could give 0 Stars I would! They are friendly ladies but have no clue what nice nails are supposed to look like. My long nails that I asked to not be filed down and now like nubs!! The lady also had to redo my nails 3 times in dip powder because she had forgotten nails have sides!! Also the nails she had to redo are darker than the rest because they had to be dipped extra! I also even have a big lump of extra dip powder on one nail because she didnt file it off correctly! Please avoid at all cost they are not professional and think their mistakes are okay! I will not be returning and suggest you don’t make the same terrible decision I did to go there.

I dont normally write reviews but I had to for this: My daughter tried this place 3 weeks ago. She had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes until she was taken back. She liked what they did so we went back two days ago and were told the wait would be 30 minutes. We decided to walk across the street and when we came back we were told that they thought we left, they looked outside and didnt see us (understandable) What I didnt like was that was at 7:00 p.m. and they close at 7:30. I said what does that mean? you dont have time for us now? and the woman said no, sorry we dont have time to take you. I will never go back again. The place I normally go to will take you even at 745 when they close at 8 because they are customer first and friendly.

The salon has new owners and new technicians, my understanding is that this place used to be amazing!! That is NOT the case any longer. The tech was incredibly rude and did an awful job on my nails and got so mad when I insisted that she fix a huge smudge that she put in my nail. I will never go back!!

I absolutely love this place. I have had a different worker each time and every time is always a great experience. I have never been disappointed.

The women who did my nails called me “spoiled” after I could not find the trashcan after washing my hands. I defended myself, and the women responded “no you are I can tell”. Throughout the entire visit she kept making comments about how she believed I was spoiled. She then turned to my friend and asked her if I was going to make her pay for me. I have never been more embarrassed or mortified in my life. I’ve gone many times to this place and have had a couples issues, but normally it’s been fine. After today I will not be going back.

New management as of 3/3016 and now its terrible!!!! I used to love this place!!. I had to stop going. Nails were breaking, appointments not being honored, and totally unfriendly. They got rid of all the good ones!

I get my eyebrows there they do a good job with them

I got my brows waxed and they made them extremely thin when I just asked for them to be cleaned up. I had been growing my brows for so long and now they are paper thin. Very dissatisfied.

My biggest complaint was the wait. Even with an appointment Id sometimes wait 30 minutes. Which is why I ultimately went elsewhere.
