Start off by saying congratulations for the award of being the best nail Salon in SNJ. Now, lets get into the cons. Manager is super rude. Dont let all that theres a smile behind my mask trick you. I arrived fifteen minutes earlier than my set appointment and still had to WAIT. The technician I choose was a woman, however when arriving to check in, I was then assigned to Louis. Ive had my nails done by him before and not really a big fan. Its been exactly one month that I have not went and got my nails refill. I was really looking forward to my nails coming out how I pictured them. Now, I was going get my pedicure done too, but because its been awhile without receiving their pedicure services I did ask if the technician was doing my toes too. Manager said it out loud in front of me to the receptionist Im going act like I didnt hear that. First of all, I thought customer service was everything! Race does not PLAY any role but I found it a bit strange for that kind of attitude specially when they realized I am part asian too. On to my nails, I am not happy. I showed Joanne what I wanted done and she did not follow through. My nails look like a 10 yr old could have done it. My acrylic is all lumpy and thick, she did not even ask me to wash my hands after doing the gel color, etc. I will be looking into another nail salon since this one is over their heads with an award. Get your attitudes aligned and your staff on board. I would hate to see more negative reviews as the summer ends. For the price of what I paid, I feel like the work should be SUPERB. This is not your 5-star salon. Invest your money into somewhere else that will show kindness and not straight up ignorant.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new nail artist, the place I went to yesterday did not do a good job on my nails at all. I decided to get them done at a new place today and I’m absolutely in love! I went to Keyra based on previous reviews and she did not disappoint. Her attention to detail is great. She listens and got my shape down perfectly. Definitely coming back!

This is hands down my favorite salon in the area! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The workers are very friendly and professional. The nail tech Hannah has done my mani/pedis a few times, she does an exceptional job. She is very patient, kind and always wears a smile. She is a perfectionist like me and I really appreciate that! I have been going to this salon for a few months and they have been friendly, accommodating and offer quality service. Nathan is my No.1 go-to for a gel pedicure. He’s pleasant, always pays attention to detail and truly wants you to be happy with his service. I also decided to get a full set today for the first time in a couple of years. David was just as wonderful to have as a technician. He listened to everything I wanted and I’m super happy with how my nails look and feel. They always communicate to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. 100% recommended!

I rarely do reviews but I decided to make one since I enjoy the services I got from Louis. I got a pedicure and manicure last week from Louis. He was professional, kind, and patient with me when doing my manicure. Treated me like a Queen when he did my pedicure. It was my first visit and best experience I ever had at a nail salon. I will definitely come back.

June 18 was my first time visiting this nail salon. Very professional, easy to make an appointment and beautiful facility. However I am writing this review because I received a gel manicure done by Nhat (second picture) and unfortunately by day 3 or 4 the polish began lifting. I returned to the salon to have my nails repainted by Dave complimentary, and by day 3 or 4 my nails began to chip. I am very disappointed as I paid for a service that was expected to last at least 2 weeks.

Made an appointment for a pedicure and acrylic refill as a first visit to the salon. My manicurist was not ready for me so they had someone else do my pedicure. He took the whole pedicure and refill time slots to do one pedicure. The manicurist who was not ready for me when I got there for an appointment with her (mind you I was about 10 mins late), refused to stay and no one else would do my refill because they were close to closing. They decided I should come back another day as if my time means nothing. I come to get a pedicure and my nails done at the same time because I work and don’t have time to run and back to the salon all week. They didn’t apologize or offer a discount for the inconvenience. Just oh well! Nice first impression, won’t be back and will discourage everyone I know not to visit! And oh yeah, the pedicure was way over priced!

Recently came in the Salon and get an Acrylic refill with gel polish. I was greeted kindly by the gentleman at the door, and was shown a wide variety of polishes before being seated with nail tech Bobby. He was extremely friendly and we had great conversation while he completed my service. I got long black nails with white marble and he did an amazing job on them. The nails were beautiful and customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

It was my first time at Belle Palace and I came in without an exact idea of what I wanted. Hannah did such a wonderful job helping me choose the service that worked best for my nails and the art I had in mind! These are the best nails Ive ever had and I will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely love going to Belle Palace. It was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have been going back consistently every two weeks since. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and professional. Every time I go in they remember who I am, my name and they connect with me on a personal level. All of the techs are wonderful as well and personable. An added bonus, they offer you free water, coffee, teas and/or champagne and wine!! Such a great business that deserves nothing less the 5 stars!

Very huge place when compared to Deptford location. There are so many stations for pedicures and manicures.The staff are friendly. Taking a Reservation is recommended just to avoid waiting.Spa chairs are very nicely equipped.Staff are friendly and well dressed.It is a little pricey place than rest I tried in this area but very happy with the service. So Will keep going again and again.Restrooms are well maintainedMusic is always played and they have 2-3 screens to watch programs while we are busy with getting nails done.They offer drinks as soon as you are seated.They had screens during Covid times while getting pedi done.Plenty of options in pedi and mani. They have soooo manyyyy nail color options.Their ambiance is soooo Royal.Highly recommends this place.

I only had a Basic Mani, but one of the best Ive had. I was just visiting from out of state.. but will go again whenever in NJ!Had Lanne as my nail tech. She was Great.The Salon is beautiful clean and everyone was professional!!

I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I went for the first time about a week ago, and chose here because of all of the really high reviews. Atmosphere is great, very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and attentive.The gentleman that worked on my nails however missed the mark on several little things that added up quickly. 1) the tools burned my nails several times-I know this happens sometimes, but after the 4th recoil I was getting agitated 2) he didn’t offer to cut my nails down, and by the time I realized this it was too late to trim 3) he didn’t compare nails for length consistency, so I have a few that are ever so slightly longer than others and it’s been driving me nuts 4) the polish started to bubble a bit as soon as I got home; I think this means the polish wasn’t given enough time to dry but I’m not sure 5) the underside of each nail didn’t get filed down, so my real nails have been catching dirt and gunk in between them at the top where they’ve grown.I don’t really consider any one of these things a huge deal, but all together they leave you with a less than awesome experience.All of that being said, a different woman did my end design, and she absolutely KILLED it. She did such an amazing job and it looked exactly like the photo I asked for. I was very happy with the end product (minus the bubbles that appeared shortly thereafter).If I return maybe I’ll just see if I can work with a different technician.

I usually have great experiences here but I was slightly disappointed with my most recent. I went in for a full acrylic set with a design. When I came in, I asked clearly for regular polish. When I sat down, the tech was about to paint my nails with gel until I asked to clarify what they were using (because it didn’t look like regular polish). They told me they were using gel and I believe it was a manager who walked by and also nudged me into getting gel. I wasn’t happy about that because had I not asked, I would have been given gel without my permission which of course is an additional cost with acrylics. With my nails, some of the tips appear smaller than my actual nail so the sizing looks a bit off. My nails are usually more prepped, being filed/cut and cuticles are also cut but those were skipped. I’m also not sure why I was charged an additional $10 for “extra long nails” when at best, my nails are on the shorter-medium length for acrylics. Disappointed overall, maybe my next visit will be different.

Beautiful place, professional manner and quality. It was my first time and despite telling the front desk (manager) and my nail technician that it was my first time and I was impressed with what I as seeing they never revealed to me that 1st time customers received 20% off. I did not see it until several days later when I was referring a friend to the salon. Well good for her. I’ll look elsewhere for my first time discount somewhere else.

Love it here! Always clean and the employees always do a great job and I never feel rushed. I was getting a gel manicure but switched to dip on the suggestion of my nail tech, so happy I did! Lots of color options for reg polish, gel and dip.

I have not used this salon yet but am scheduled this afternoon @4:30. Im writing this because I am HUGE on reviews and what I noticed is the owners responses to customers who have given less than good reviews. The level of professionalism is outstanding. Now this is great customer service. Every response was positive no matter the complaint!!! Now Im hoping my nails look phenomenal because I am extremely impressed by the owners ownership of any issues and not making the customer feel bad or humiliated. It is so hard to find a salon that respects the customer whether its their 1st visit or 100th! Great job!!!Edit: My appointment was last night & I am so happy. I have very, very sensitive nail beds and was so nervous but my nail tech Louis was amazing!!! No discomfort with the file AT ALL!!! It was pretty busy too but I never felt rushed or like I was asking too much! Customer service A+++. I couldnt be happier. Thank you Tammie & staff. You have a new client & will be telling my daughter & her friends!

Joanne was amazing. I loved the signature pedicure and all the steps. She was so attentive and sweet. The pedicure included everything from fruit rubs and lotion to hot wax and hot stones. I highly recommend this pedicure and Joanne’s services! Loved it!!

This place was the best. Friendly, I got in and out! Scheduled my appointment for 5:30pm. Got here on time and really enjoyed Sherman who was there to greet me. Joanne is super and I raved about the place so much that I got my daughter to become a regular too. She loves Ruby. Really, all the technicians are talented, friendly, and the salon is very clean.

This used to be my favorite place to get a pedicure but its just gone downhill. I went in for a pedicure, and Louis (who did my pedicure) kept contorting and moving my legs so that I could not sit comfortably. He was very rough, rude, and unprofessional; he would roll his eyes at me when I asked him to be gentle with my feet and legs, and at one point I requested another employee to finish my pedicure. Front desk/management had nothing to say about it. I wish I could review lower than 1 star.

I previously was searching google for the best reviews/stars for nail places in my area.THIS PLACE DESERVES THE 5 ⭐️‘S.Although the sweet guy at the counter couldn’t find my appointment in the computer he was very accommodating and did not have me waiting long! They had everything regulated for the current COVID 19 pandemic we are experiencing and the place was SO CLEAN! Absolutely beautiful salon! & I’ve been to some nail salons 👀and BY FAR BELLE PALACE is TOP NOTCH.I did the deluxe pedicure with a purple gel polish and parabein wax!!! Best experience by far. SHOUT OUT TO JOANNE who did my nails she was SUCH a pleasure to talk too, funny and genuine!! Not a single complaint GO! Book an appointment!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I started going to Belle Palace March of 2020. It was my first time and Hanna was my nail technician. I am so impressed with the customer service and overall spa experience. Hanna is amazing at what she does. Every nail design I got from IG she was able to create with no issues, many times she added her own spin on it. Belle Palace has a loyal customer! I gave three stars for excellent customer service minus the girl up front who didn’t greet me or tell me where I could find the polish station (even though I made her aware it was my first time there). I also think Elena did a good job on my pedicure but the polish job from Dave looks absolutely horrible! Actually one of the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten and one of the most expensive so I expected more. Also I was told I would be with JoAnn but instead I got two different technicians which I also prefer not to have to deal with. First and last time I will be a client at this salon.

Belle Palace is a great salon! Its beautiful inside and very clean. I saw Joanne yesterday and she did an amazing job on my acrylic nails! Ive been going here for months now and they exceed my expectations every time. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. They are also very clean and uphold measures to prevent the spread of COVID very well. Each time I go, they provide hand sanitizer, gloves, and take your temperature upon entering, so I always feel safe going inside. I definitely recommend Belle Palace!

First time I have been to this place was today. I had read many reviews on google and have found this place to be the most reviewed and had the highest rating in the area. I have seen many posts about each of the nail techs and everyone spoke highly of each one of them. I made the decision to book an appointment with Joanne. Today I had a classic gel manicure with the sports pedicure treatment.As soon as I walked in, the place was very comforting and fall festive for the thanksgiving holiday. The lady at the front greeted me and signed me in. There were numerous colors to choose from from regular polish to gel and to the dip powder. After choosing a color, I was brought to the side where all the pedicure areas were. The first thing I noticed was how clean and sanitary all the stations were. For each pedicure bath there was a plastic lining in the tub that was thrown away after each use. For each person, there were sterile clippers and cuticle supplies that were wrapped and ready for use (sort of like youd see at the dentist where you would unwrap the sterile instruments before the new patient). The pedicure treatment was exactly what I needed after a stressful week and was very relaxing!!! Throughout the treatment I was constantly watching how closely she paid attention to detail and I never had the feeling of being rushed. In many other places I have been to, the nail tech would always rush the process and I would never feel relaxed. Here, I definitely was able to relax and breathe. After the pedicure I walked over to get my nails done. I originally wanted a regular polish, but was persuaded to get the gel manicure instead because it would last longer. Also, side note. In most nail salons when you ask for a regular manicure, the nail techs would normally bring out their drills to sand down the nail. When I had my nails done, there were no drills involved for this simple manicure. This was a huge selling point for me!The prices of the mani and pedi were very reasonable and fair. I was able to get a discount being it was the first time I was there so it made me even happier. I was able to pay with my card but was told I could only tip with cash. Luckily, they had an ATM right in the front. My experience here has been one of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon. After I left, i told all my friends and family to go! Not only this, but when looking online, I had noticed this salon also provides services for men and younger children as well! So this place is truly for everyone.

I was super excited to visit because Im very big on reviews. I also just started to frequent Restore which is right next door and I decided to give this salon a try.I called for an appointment because the website wasnt as seamless with booking an appointment. The technician/manager over the phone was not welcoming but I know how busy places can be during busy hours. I then arrived and the technician or manager greeted me with the same non-welcoming disposition.The technician who did my nails did a FABULOUS job; my nails look amazing. But, I can honestly say I didnt feel welcomed. Ill try again maybe its just Monday blues.Edit: After my 3rd visit I must say I love it here. Everyone is always very accommodating and nice.

I got my prom nails (dip mani and regular pedi) and they look PHENOMENAL! I saw Nathan and he did a fantastic job with my nails as usual! He’s done my nails several times and he never fails to disappoint. It was clean, time efficient, COVID-19 safe, and the staff is super sweet and helpful! I tend to be that annoying customer who wants crazy designs and something new each time. I have never been disappointed with the FULL SERVICE I receive each and every time I visit. Luis is an AMAZING nail tech and always ready for my next challenge of design. The owner, Tami always responds to my inbox messages and ready to be assistance to please my customer needs. I couldnt ask for a better service than I receive at Belle Palace. Thank you for always treating me to an AMAZING spa day. Very honest review here. The nail salon is absolutely gorgeous, the people are very nice but they are not the best. First off my color is a little off compared to the nail sample they let you choose second. Second I got dip powder nails and she finished me with regular clear polish instead of gel(I feel like for 37 dollars she could have finished me with gel for added protection). She also dipped my fingers inside of the whole jar instead of placing some in a small bowl(gotta be some type of sanitary rule against this). I probably wont be coming back even though the atmosphere is beautiful....almost forgot to mention all the signs outside for a discount because the grand opening that I never even received 🤷🏾‍♀️.

I made an appointment online and it didn’t matter. They changed who I requested. Took two hours for a gel refill and French manicure. They used to honor your request and the finish product used to be great. Had nails that lasted four weeks and these lasted less than a week. Will need to find a new salon.

I booked my appt. online for a gel manicure. Price listed was $33. I was charged $41 but paid $39 since I paid with cash. At the time I didn’t ask. So I sent them an email wondering why it was more than the price listed. No response. So I called this afternoon and they looked up my receipt. I was charged $33 for the gel manicure and $8 for acrylic removal. This is the only place that I’ve gone that charges you for removal. It’d be nice if they listed that online when you book it. Have them ask you if you have gel on your nails and if so there will be an extra charge. So people are aware. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails are starting to chip. Will never go back to them again.

I was initially a walk-in and they did suggest I schedule an appointment so my experience wouldn’t be rushed. Overall it was an excellent customer service experience. I will be visiting again!!

I had a great experience at Belle Palace with David doing my dip manicure & Keyra doing my pedicure! Both of them were so sweet and great at what they do. There were employees walking around asking if I needed anything to drink and were extremely friendly!! The atmosphere is so cute inside and very clean. They put on their dip polish in individuals containers unlike other salons that are not very cleanly with it! I will definitely be back soon!

I love Belle Palace in Marlton. It always smells nice, it’s always clean and the service is always great. I always get exactly what I ask for. They need to update their website though because they have more pedicure options than I realized. I got the deluxe done today which was relaxing and exactly what I needed. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I badly needed the pampering. My nails look fabulous too: beige and white ombré with rhinestones on the cuticles of my ring fingers.

I’m a college student with an on campus nail salon a walk away from my apartment and I still drive 30 minutes just to come here! They’re gentle but the massages and treatments are so relaxing and thorough, I leave satisfied every time and I get gel done here regularly because they look perfect and last long. They offer drinks and always have such a well cleaned space. Love Hannah and Tiffany, amazing work! I’ll always come back here and recommend it to anyone!!

Best pedicure I have ever had, I highly recommend Elena, she did a great job on my toes and the leg and foot massage which is part of the deluxe package was fantastic!

I had the best pedicure with Nate. Such a professional and humble guy that will give you suggestions for color and more. Nate took the time to clean my toes very well and always asked if I needed something. The overall service at this place was fantastic. From the time I walked in the front door, the staff was very friendly and professional. They always offered something to drink or asked if I was comfortable. Love this place

This is my new spot! The building is new and spotless. Tiffany gave me a spa sports pedicure and it was wonderful. This is by far the best pedicure I have ever had and the polish that was used and her technique is perfection. I cannot wait to go back!

Evertime go here it is a problem if Tammy is not there I get the run around. I asked for a refill and something simple like an American manicure and showed them a picture of what I wanted and it is far from what I asked for then they wanted to charge me for this and that Im not happy at all with the service I received on Tuesday 1/12I got a call from the manager and she was very apologetic with the service that I received and told me to come back in so things can be fixed. When I went back i can say Im pleased with my 💅 Tiffany did just what I wanted. Thank you Tammy for the service I received today.

Absolutely wonderful salon, It’s always clean and all the staff is very friendly. Hannah has been doing my nails for about a year and they’re always amazing. She can take pictures that I show her and literally make my nails look even better than the picture I showed her. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Even with COVID they make you feel so safe for your appointment!

Such an amazing salon! I have tried almost every salon in Marlton, and this is the best one... the salon is extremely clean, it is easy to make appts, customer service is amazing, all employees are extremely friendly, and welcoming, and the nail techs give you exactly what you ask for!

My daughter and I went in for some pampering and had an awesome experience. My daughter has not stop saying “I LOVE MY NAILS”, so there is no need to say this is our new spot!!My daughter got a new acrylic set with design and I received a new set of LCN pink and white. I love this place!! I always go here for my nails and feet but today i decided to do something different. Today i just got my feet done and i got the royal spa and my feet look so beautiful and it’s so soft. Joanne did my feet and she does a wonderful job. She’s very nice and she always tries to make your experience rememberable.

Got my nails done today here in the Marlton location by Joanne. I travel a lot so I’ve been to many nail salons. First of all, it’s beautiful, clean and smells great. I was helped quite fast and the staff is kind !! My nails came out stunning and my pedicure was so relaxing I fell asleep! You MUST come here when you’re in town. Anywhere else you’ll be disappointed.
