I went to store to seek assistance on returning my I phone. Was told by the manager he could not help me. Per ATT customer service over telephone this is the place I could go to obtain the required shipping label. The manage refused any assistance, and when I said he was a poor manager who refused to listen or help, he replied “ I was wasting his time” and proceeded to ask me to leave and opening the door. I went back in asked him for his name and corporate number to which he refused. I felt his refusal was a way to prevent me from taking this matter and his behavior to a higher level. In which I replied that I was going “to report his ass”. This was said. As I was standing on the outside of the store. Which he than retorted by saying I would be banned from all other ATT stores. By the way he also said he did not work for ATT. I did report to ATT and I write this to let other potential customers know of this store manager’s behavior. I have been an ATT CUSTOMER FOR OVER 30 years and NEVER NEVER been treated with such rudeness and disrespect!!!

They were very helpful to my girlfriend when she was ready to upgrade her I phone. They checked to see how much her phone was worth on trade in, then provide her with an estimate of how much her monthly payment would be depending on the trade in value of her current phone. She did decide to upgrade to the latest I phone.
Was standing in line for a whole hour just to pay a bill while employees having conversations & setting up phones & making others wait no good customer service

I waited for over 30 min when a young male employee comes from the back, and had a poor attitude was acting as if the customers that where there waiting was being a distraction. When he come to me he said “what do you need”. I told him what I needed and he said they don’t do that in this store. Even though I know they do because that is how I got the phone I have now. But with the help of another employee. If the kid doesn’t want to work he really shouldn’t be in a customer service position. It makes the whole store look bad.

The staff was super helpful and patient while I tried to figure out what I was going to purchase. The only issue I encountered was that they do not carry cases for all the phones stocked, which was kind of a bummer. However, I guess thats what all these other online warehouse companies are good for.
Went in yesterday with some questions about porting a number and phones/plans. Lindsay met us outside and asked a few questions before dawning our masks and going inside. My girlfriend and I both left with new phones, and she also got a watch. We both feel she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and found every way to make our payments as affordable as possible. Will be back!
Staff is following Covid protocol and we felt safe. Staff was well able to answer all questions. We did not feel rushed. All-in-all it was a productive and satisfying experience.
They have good products for cable and phones.
I went into the AT&T store in Marion Indiana the representative I got was awesome he knew his product well he knew his prices I was able to get me in the right package in the right phone it was fast quick and painless
It took 20 minutes to pay a bill with cash. While waiting I heard the only employee allowed to do cash transactions explain why & how AT&T doesnt really want customers to pay with cash in the store, thats its a sales store not intended to pay our bills there, even though they can do it. After the wait and hearing that information I believe Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
Was told I would receive $100 visa gift card for signing up, by Kim. This turned into a $100 “credit” that never seemed to take effect.I was told I could cancel without penalty and I also learned that this was not true. I signed up January 10, 2020 and today is February 20, 2020; in that time I have paid over $400 to AT&T with no explanation as to why.If you decide to visit this store, do not do business with Kim as she is obviously only in the job to make her commission, not take care of the individual. Spend your money with a more-reputable company and a more-reputable individual.

Walked in the store and wasn’t greeted at the door. The sales associate wasn’t very friendly! Also told me that she wouldn’t put on my screen protector. Tried to have conversation but only got one word responses. Cashiers name was Lindsay. I was very disappointed!
Dont get any buy one get one from AT&T, they do not disclose that if you pay off your phone early you will be charged for the second one until its paid off. Very dissatisfied with customer service.
The company is really going downhill with concern for how customers are taken care of.
Curb side tent and service. Staff in masks. Lots of hand sanitizer available. Social distancing in place and followed. Good service. Please be sure not to touch the face of the mask.

Service is very poor. Store had 2 people working and one had to go to lunch. I waited a hr and the other employee was still helping the same person. Also you can not buy a phone out right. Then when you ask why they just say it is policy. But they have no reason for why that policy was made if there was a reason maybe it would make sense or maybe people that work for AT&T just do not know the reason. Either way its horrible service. They could have gave a copy of the policy to read and that might have been more in enlightening. I would suggest if you are with AT&T and plan on staying to go for a little Drive farther out and go to a different store.
I just signed up with for uverse with the Marion office Lindsay and Megan helped me out answered all my questions and was even able to cut what I was paying for with another cable service in half. Lindsay was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend this office to do business with.
If you go there ask for lindsay she knows her job and is good at it

Extremely poor customer service. Staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful of my mother. They didn’t bother to help her troubleshoot. When I called AT&T tech support, the woman knew exactly what the problem was. She seemed genuinely stunned when she learned about how the Marion folks dismissed the issue as unfixable. I had heard from my Mom how poorly she was treated and when I went with her I was able to verify that it wasn’t her. Shameful.
I went in to buy 2 iPads everyone was busy except the manager!! She refused to wait on us another lady walked out. She said they will be with you shortly. I do know some managers that work. I waited 30 more minutes and I left. The staff is great lazy manager not so much. They let 2 customers leave that day.
I love this Company I have been with them for 17 years now and I plan on many more
Ive continually had a bad experience experience with AT&T services where they have overcharged me and there customer service is subpar. I recommend switching to T-Mobile which does have coverage in Marion Indiana and surrounding areas as well as MUCH cheaper plans with no hidden overage fees. (I was not paid for this review I just really enjoy T-Mobile services)
A company that is over priced
I am not one to spread negativity, but I wanted to write a review to warn other customers of the practice of one of this stores associates, Brian B, as well as AT&Ts lack of integrity and willingness to monitor employees or cover their mistakes.We purchased two iPhones in June 2016 on a buy one get one promotion. We asked all of the important questions about the agreement before the purchase. Now, we find out that we were lied to about what the buy one get one promotion really is. It is essentially a contract without being a contract. We were told that our first three months billing would be high and afterward we would be credited back the amount and the free phone would be ours.I asked specific questions about agreements and timelines, etc. However, just now after researching our account and finding continuing charges for that free phone, we learn that we must keep it active for 30 months plus we have to pay for a discrepancy of the cost of promo and how much the promo covered.From a business perspective, I do understand, but the AT&T rep was not truthful in the sale and did not provide us with documentation (fine print) on how it works.Make sure to get the details of everything in writing before purchasing so you can make the right choice for you and your family. If you do not, AT&T as an organization will not reconcile any issues fully.Savannah B. from Customer Service was great and issued us a credit as that was within the limits of what she could do.AT&T however could care less about its integrity or only telling half truth. I hope this is helpful to someone. When we resolve this issue on our own, we will never use AT&T again.
Liars. Open an account several months ago because I opened a business in the area. But they lied to me that I can cancel within a month with no fees if I am not happy with it. So I returned all equipment and everything within a month due to slow speed( cant go higher even if I pay more) but now they want me to pay total of 231 (got two apartment) and even transfer me to credit collectors. Bad people. Bad manager. I paid everything today because I dont have time for this kind of thing.got more important stuff to do. Just dont go there. Btw. The managers name is Brian.
