Fleming Flooring was recommended to us by our Contractor. We visited the showroom several times and brought home may different samples. The crew that came to the house was very knowledgeable and thorough. They left the floor dust free and cleaned.

We did not have a good experience with Fleming Carpet and we believe that they took too many shortcuts. They applied stain and the first two coats of oil based polyurethane all within approximately 4 to 5 hours. Our floor finish seems weak and scratches very easily. See pics for the other issues.

Fleming flooring is now my go to place for flooring. Whitney is so upbeat and willing to help. I got beautiful floors at the best price anywhere. Good price and a helpful employees makes for a win!

My “Go to” place for flooring & tile! I sold a condo & the movers put a very deep scratch across the floor that I had purchased 6 years previous from Fleming. I went to inspect condo 3 days before buyers walk thru & closing of sale and found the large scratch. I PANICKED! I hurried to Fleming & asked Russ if there was any way this could be fixed. This was engineered laminate no longer manufactured. Russ located the flooring and replaced damaged planks before closing! Great service, Very helpful staff. Fair pricing and immense selection of product. i just ordered a custom sized foyer rug two weeks ago.

Our experience with Fleming was excellent and occurred during the pandemic. We were able to set up a private appointment to look at sample products, being the only customers in the store with our sales associate, Pamela. Another staff, Russ, came to our home to measure and was very respectful and conscious of wearing a mask while in our home. The installer arrived on schedule, followed recent health guidelines and was diligent in cleaning up his materials when the job was completed. Sean does excellent work; the tile back splash looks awesome! His grouting is smooth and even .... no lumps or chunks of grout left on the tile ... we are very pleased with the results.

Fleming Flooring & Design just installed new carpeting for my entire main level of my home, a great room, a bedroom, an office and the staircase. From beginning to end, this company was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I wanted a similar carpet to the one we had in our great room. The designers at the showroom were so helpful! They quickly picked out similar carpet (our old carpet is no longer an option). They gave us samples with various colors to take home so that we could see the colors in our rooms with our light. This was very helpful.After making the decision, the salesperson came out to measure and gave us estimates for various rooms and combinations of rooms. Again, this was really helpful in terms of planning and budget. We opted to do all the rooms and felt that was the greatest value.The installers were here yesterday. There were professional, polite, knowledgeable and skilled. They moved our furniture, even taking pictures to know how to put everything back. They worked quickly and tirelessly to get our house done in a timely manner. I can not say enough good things about the installers. Moving furniture and installing so much carpet in one day, thats amazing - all while being incredibly nice and friendly and easy to work with.The end product is better than I could have ever imagined. Its beautiful, looks phenomenal in the space, and the best part is that its really stain resistant. We have pets and will always have stains, but hopefully this carpet will be easy to clean and maintain. Its so soft and absolutely beautiful! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Fleming!

Worked with Fleming a couple of years ago when we were remodeling our media room. They were great and the prices were very reasonable. Fast forward to today and I am beyond stunned of how awful their customer service is now. We are doing a complete master bath remodel, tore down walls and expanded the footprint by multiple feet. We need tile for the whole project and I wanted to give business to locally owned companies. Seems like it should be a Win/Win. I called ahead, made an appointment and also let it be known that I am immune compromised and would need the person helping me to wear a mask. Sure no problem they say. I show up with my mask and face shield on. The automatic door device wasn’t working and I pushed it three times with my knee because my hands were full of sample tile. Finally the door opens and I walk in to see two associates near the door and neither had a mask on. One of them may have pushed the “door open” button for me. I walk in and stand away from the unmasked associates and go towards the desk to announce myself and bam! Another associate not wearing a mask. I then decide to go back to the work table as when I visited a month ago many times associates would come by to see if I needed help and they wore masks. Not today, I waited and waited. Walked around and waited went over to the reception desk and the associate looked up and said someone would be with me. And I waited some more. My appointment was for 3p - I arrived at 3:05p - left at 3:30p with NO ONE offering me assistance. All associates were walking around without masks and ALL the customers had masks on. So very sad to see a company that specializes in flooring act as if they know more than epidemiologists and our Governer. And then to leave me waiting for over 20 minutes with no apologies is unacceptable. I’m very disappointedly my first experience with them was so lovely.

Fleming has a great selection of carpets and flooring. The staff is wonderful as they answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Pricing is about average. My overall experience was very good.

We had the wall surrounding our stone fireplace tiled. Flemings was very helpful in letting us take home tile samples to see which one we liked the best, picking out the best matching grout, etc. The installation crew did an outstanding job, we could not be more pleased with the final product!
