This is an outstanding company! My husband and I have used them in a couple of our homes. We recently had beautiful flooring and carpet installed. We had an issue that was not related to the product but part of the floor got damaged accidentally. We provided the staff with pictures of the damage, they in turned contacted Mr. Ford. Mr. Ford himself came out and repaired the flooring. Every aspect of this organization is top notch (office staff, sales and installers). We highly recommend this company. We cannot express enough our total satisfaction with Mr. Hardwood.

Corey provided me excellent service for my flooring needs. Corey (the owner) personally made sure my stairs were measured perfectly so my job would be 100% accurate. I was a Flooring Consultant and Project Manager for Mr. Hardwood, Inc. for about 10 years between 2006 - 2017. While I left on less than perfect terms a little over two years ago I can still say this...When Corey Ford (the Owner) says that your satisfaction is guaranteed he means it! I have never in my life met another business owner so determined to exceed the already high expectations of his clients. He does this by only working with the best of the best and empowering them to make decisions that other companies wouldnt even dream of allowing. I dont know his current policy but when I worked with him the Flooring Consultants/ Project Managers were allowed to do whatever it took to make the customer happy (even discounting the job to a point of breaking even) without so much as texting him first. We were expected to remain in constant communication with our clients and constantly evaluate their happiness. If we even suspected less than 100% satisfaction we were expected to do whatever it took to resolve the issue immediately, even if it meant calling him on his cell at 3 AM. Even after any issues were resolved we were expected to notify him immediately so he could get updated on the situation and personally confirm that the client was truly happy. Youll be hard pressed to find a business owner that cares more about your experience or the finished product and it shows based on the way he makes his team an extension of himself!If you have any doubts at all as to what to expect from Mr. Hardwood I encourage you to not only look at the near perfect rating the company has but also consider the number of perfect ratings it took to get there! I would also encourage you to read the reviews of the very few less than perfect ratings. Youll probably find that many are from prior team members that just couldnt make the cut!

Leo and his crew did a great job. We had around 1000 sq ft of vinyl plank installed. Took about three days. They were able to work around the existing furniture, which was really helpful. There was an unavoidable mishap where a nail went through a pipe in the wall, but they had the plumbing repaired, repaired the drywall and repainted, probably better than it was before without any hesitation. Very professional.

I had Mr. Hardwood install 3/4 oak prefinished flooring. First the estimate is the most professional I have seen. Then the crew was so aware of everything, the cats, the fish not getting eaten by the cats when they moved things, and they cleaned up so well. Its going to be dusty tearing out an old floor, but they were so fast, efficient, and cleaned up. I never worried about anything from the work to leaving my home alone. I highly recommend them!

If you need hardwood floors installed and refinished, this is the company to call! Our old floors look like new, and the new flooring is stunning and of a far superior quality than anything you might find at a big box store. The install team was friendly, professional, efficient, and so attentive to detail. Also, when we needed a door adjusted after the install (it was scraping a bit), they came right out and fixed it.I highly recommend this company. Their customer service and quality of work is exceptional.

This was a great experience from the sales person and the Company. They were prompt in their communication and timing and the completion of their work, and even when I had a couple of questions following the work, they were quick to respond and double check a portion of their work. We called Mr. Hardwood for a free estimate for floor cleaning and polishing. We had applied a floor polisher ourselves a few days previously, and were concerned that it may not have turned out the way it should have (floors were lower in luster than we were anticipating).Within a few hours, an associate was at our home ready to assess the condition of our floors. To our surprise, he told us that our floors were actually in great condition, and that we had done a wonderful job polishing the floors ourselves. His honesty was VERY refreshing and commendable. He could have billed for a service that wasnt needed, but did not do so. We will DEFINITELY be using Mr. Hardwood in the future (apparently they do carpeting as well!) and would recommend them if youre seeking an honest and candid opinion.

We chose Mr. Hardwood to install the Travertine in our kitchen, foyer, bathroom and laundry room last week. We have had them do the hardwood flooring throughout our house and were very pleased with the quality their work so we chose them to do the tile in the rest of the house. Leo and his crew did a great job. They were on time every day and kept us up to speed on how the job was going every day. They even finished a day ahead of schedule which was an added bonus. Mr. Hardwood recently completed new wood floors, tile installation and some carpet. They gave my entire home new flooring and did a great job. They were able to help me keep the cost down while providing beautiful flooring. The finishing touches they provided (especially the awesome job on the transitions between the wood/carpet/tile) are perfection!

My remodeling project involved removing kitchen tile and removing a marble hearth from my original hardwood floors. I was pleased with the entire process from the original visit, where they matched and ordered the flooring, to the completed project.The team arrived on-time, installed the new kitchen flooring then weaved in the new hardwood wood seamlessly. I could not tell where the patchwork occurred. After they left I inspected carefully and spotted one tiny area that was questionable. During their satisfaction call I mentioned the tiny spot; they returned quickly and made the alteration - WOW! I highly recommend Mr. Hardwood for refinishing your floors. My floors were very damaged from 3 dogs and an original finish that was just horrible. The estimate by Stacy was informative and pleasant, scheduling easy, the crews were very respectful and careful and almost zero dust from the entire process (they still covered up in plastic my kitchen which I really appreciated that extra care). There was seamless hand off from the finishing crew to the painting crew, they dealt very well with the confines of my high-rise requirements and the job was finished on time and exceeded all of my expectations. The best part was I never had to call them, they always were ahead of it and called me to keep me up to date on what was going on. Unheard of in this day and age. I had heard so many horror stories about getting hardwoods refinished I was so hesitant. But this was absolutely painless and a very fair price!!! I am recommending them to everyone.

Dennis and his crew are amazing! Great communication, work was done fast. I walked my house from corner to corner and I cannot find a single mistake, we had neptune max installed in our formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and living room...every inch of my house was done with perfection! They fixed all the squeaky boards we had, I cant hear any squeaking anymore yay! As soon as we are ready for our basement project these are the guys we want to come out again! I love how my floors came out. I couldnt have hired a better, more professional company! I have two more rooms that need to be done and I will be contacting them again. The job was done in a timely manner. Actually faster than I expected it. They also re sanded an existing prefinished floor to make it look like the other floors. You dont even notice they were different. If you need new floors this is the company to hire....

Second time I have used this company. They have sanded and restained existing floors, put in brand new hardwoods as well as installed engineered hand scraped wood floors. All of the floors are gorgeous and blend wonderfully. Fine workmanship, very polite and professional employees. Definately recommend.

I was in trouble... hired the wrong guy. 68 year old house, hardwoods on main floor - Mr. Hardwood sent two guys in and fixed the problem. Very please with the results - floors look wonderful. Now I have to call him again, as after 3 weeks and 3 days of curing I gouged the poly moving the fridge.

Looking to replace carpeted stairs with hardwood, I called several hardwood companies. I met with three of them, and after talking with David Carter of Mr. Hardwood, I knew I had found the company I could trust to do a good job. Although I continued with the other appointments, it really wasnt necessary. David came out, looked at what we wanted to do, and he gave us options for making the work as easy for us as possible while achieving the end result we wanted. David sold us on Mr. Hardwood because of the product they sell, the service they provide, and the trust he gained with us when we met with him. The work did not disappoint, and we are already looking at another small job for Mr. Hardwood and we have already referred a neighbor to them. Quality workmanship! VERY, VERY bad. Can see ripples in floor from poor sanding, nobody talks to each other. Cheep wood filler showers all over. Would rather pay someone else to fix than to have these guys back in my house.
