We used Apex Flooring to remove the old carpeting we had and replace it with Vinyl planking. We also had them install new carpeting in some of the bedrooms. They did an outstanding professional job. Of the 4 bids we got to do the work. their bid was the best. Not only did the have the best price, they laid down more planking in my upstairs office (which is huge) and still came in considerable less than the other bids. Javier was great to work with, and very knowledgable about his products. We already had a wooden floor in the kitchen. Of all the sales reps we had look at the house, Javier was the only one who recommend we keep the kitchen floor and he would sand and stain it to match our planking that we ordered. He said it was good flooring and there was no sense in ripping it out. The entire crew was very gracious and hardworking. I seldom make recommendations for businesses, but I do recommend Apex with no hesitation at all.

Went to 5 different flooring companies out of all 5 apex was the best! Best price, best service, and excellent quality. Javier is great. Explained the process got me what I wanted. He kept me abreast of ordering process and availability. When there was a problem it was fixed without any problems. I am glad I went with Apex 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Javier and his team were amazing from the first time I called them! Javier came out to my house to give me a quote, and when he came he was super informative and explained pricing, types of flooring, and the pros/cons of each. He was patient and had an answer to every question I had.A couple weeks after receiving the estimate, I decided to use them to redo my floors. Javier came back out so I can choose my floor colors and the next week I was scheduled!They did an AMAZING job with the floors. Beyond my expectations. They were FAST, friendly, and professional. Mr. Javier and his team were beyond professional. Mr. Javier came and measured three rooms and provided a very reasonable and budget friendly quote. The very next day they were able to remove old carpeting and complete the new hardwood floors in three bedrooms and a hallway in 4 hours!!!! The quality of the work was amazing. Javier is awesome! So far his company Apex has done 3 bathrooms. My middle bathroom is like a spa upstairs. BLOWN AWAY!!!! I had 3 companies do estimates in my home and none could compare to Apex flooring. The sales man Javier was professional and very knowledgeable and super helpful with every question I had. DONT!!!! JUST DONT. Im not sure how this company has so many positive reviews because the service or lack of service is totally unprofessional. First off it took days to get anyone on the phone...that should have been the 1st red flag. Apparently Juan has a cell phone that does not have a voicemail set up, so you cant leave a message. That should have been the 2nd red flag. When I finally did speak with Juan we agreed on a time for him to meet at my home for a carpet install estimate. He requested 8 am-10am. I said thats fine Ill just take the time off from work. Guess what?? He never showed up. Never called me to to apologize or reschedule. I actually sent him a text...no response. I also attempted to call him but got no answer. This man did not care about my time or my money. If I could give him zero stars I would. BE AWARE!!
