We have used this company for several years and have been satisfied with their work. This year the service was especially good. Marco and Marshall came to do the work and they were extremely professional and courteous and they did a wonderful, thorough job. They really made a difference. OK. So, these guys were great! Julio and Kyle were professional, personable and knowledgeable. Julio did a fantastic job on our patio, deck and house. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and our wood work was protected. Kyle was equally awesome. He was personally engaging and took time to make sure we were satisfied with their work. Great team! I would definitely recommend them to bathe your home. Everything was there except for the rubber ducky! LOL!

Otto and Jeremy just left after cleaning my windows inside and out including getting 7 years of dirt off the sills. I was so pleased with their work and attention to detail. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. I have a very dark house and was told taking the screens off might help lighten the interior. And they said absolutely!!! They stacked and carried the screens to my basement. They even kept track from where they came should we change our mind. Not sure we will as the house definitely has more light. Very reasonable priced! Will use them for again for all their other services!!

Ive used Sunshine for 6-7 years, and they always send the same tech, which is nice. The quality of work is outstanding, including handling the removal of my storm windows correctly. However, the price has steadily gone up, and my job this year worked out to $19750/man for a 2-man, 9 hour job, which I think is outrageous. Next year I will definitely shop around. I feel like I am being gouged.

Marco and Julio pressure washed the exterior, porch, deck, fence, and driveway, and washed all windows inside and out. They were courteous, prompt, friendly, and checked frequently to make sure we were happy with the results, which we were! Ive never had a driveway or fence washed, but they look like new. Zach and Gio showed up on time and was very professional. They went over everything before they performed the work including the final costs. They cleaned up after themselves and was finished in a timely manner. They mentioned other services they did but was never pushy on the selling (which is what I want). They just said if I ever need any other services (pressure wash, etc.) in the future, they do offer them.

Josh and Mitch did a FANTASTIC job cleaning both inside and outside of all windows in 3 story house. They also did a wonderful job pressure washing all the pollen and grime off font/side porches and walkways. I give them highest rating for professionalism and work done. Three separate townhomes with 4 levels of windows in each., some very high up. This is no easy task! Zach P. cleaned them all and did a great job! He arrived on time & got to work fast on all 3 townhomes. Very professional, courteous, and focused. This is the second time our HOA has used Sunshine Window Cleaning, and we agree that the pricing is reasonable.

Very good experience. The technicians were excellent, Anthony and Barry. I have used this company in the past. Always good, efficient and dependable. I also had them pressure wash my stone walkway and deck. It looks great. Next year. I will be on the lookout for the 20% off during Jan and Feb. They also clean gutters. Do it all at the same time and get great discount during that time.

My wife and I have done a good deal of work on our house and have never had more friendly contractors than Anthony and Barry. They were here for the better part of 4 hours and the entire time they were friendly if approached. They will respect your privacy, but at the same time will gladly have a conversation with you. We will never use anyone but them again.

Fantastic joby by Gerardo and Nicolas who cleaned our windows in an old Victorian house with lots of storm windows and screens. They took excellent care powerwashing the house, careful not to power wash the old wood doors with the bleach, and paying attention to details on many, many items, including clean storm re-installation. This was a 10 hour job, requiring time to prepare, working inside and outside the house, which can feel like an invasion. These two gentlemen are stupendous, excellent communicators, thoughtfully wearing masks inside. It can feel awkward having people moving things to get to windows, but not with Gerardo and Nicolas. These gentlemen are terrific!

Otto has cleaned our windows a few times now. He is always fast, efficient, and maintains professionalism. He does not lack in his work ethic. Based on a neighbors recommendation, I had the interior and exterior windows cleaned (28 in total.) Anthony (Tony) is the best. I was last on the schedule for a cool and damp Friday afternoon in January. His teammate had an emergency and had to leave, but Anthony stayed and completed the project to perfection - all but 2 windows on the interior vaulted foyer. He also took a damaged screen from a 3rd story window and had it fixed at no charge and returned for the installation of the new screen and finished the remaining interior windows. So I will most definitely use Sunshine again and again and have already recommended them to my other neighbors and shared Sunshines information on our HOA website. Gutter cleaning was not performed as advertised or requested. No debris was cleaned up after blown off of roof and bagged as specifically requested. Will not plan on using this company again.

More than that, they carefully outlined potential roof problems, took pictures as they did the work and gave a careful and thorough report. They werent deterred with having to do more work than they had expected on a couple of challenging and neglected units. Will use again.

They dont do new construction, even after asking me lots of questions and not letting me explain the building is a year old, windows have been cleaned previously and we were looking for a monthly recurring service once they showed us they could do a good job. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Kyle and QT were out yesterday to clean the windows in our townhome. They did an excellent job and I swear our whole house looks so much better. They went above and beyond including cleaning all of the window sills, they also were very safe wearing masks the entire time and putting on booties to avoid tracking in the house.
