See photos! Purchased a whole new gutter system from them just over a year ago and discover this. Called and they wanted to charge me $85 service fee and then extra to fix the issue. Thank goodness it was only a disconnected downspout but I chose to fix it myself and save over $85. They cut the connectors too short! Also they left nails throughout the whole yard and didn’t bother to pick up. Nice guys but sloppy on work and poor customer service.

Great experience solving a serious drainage issue. Casey and Adelsos team did a great job installing a well engineered solution that was clean and looked great. I am very impressed with the teams through work and attention to detail. If you have a drainage problem call a drainage company and not landscapers. Advanced Drainage did a fantastic job and I would call them again if we have a new issue.

Team Lead Ben with Jose and Caleb did a terrific job installing gutter covers (black mesh aluminum) and new downspouts at our residence. The suggested almond color matches perfectly with the paint trim. They were courteous, friendly and professional. Even replaced a spot light bulb high up on the roof. Clean-up was excellent. I would give 5 stars (and this is absolutely no reflection on the installation crew) but the communication with the office was spotty. I had to call back several times to get someone to come-out and give an estimate. All in all, very pleased with the install.

Jesus and Juan did a very thorough job blowing off our roof and gutters, but more importantly, they identified some minor issues with our roof that needed attention before they became bigger issues. The technicians were great and very friendly. However, I had gutter guards put on and they are nothing but a painted mesh, if you live in a heavily wooded area I suggest going with another company. The Price for the cost of material compared to other companies that offer a solid guard is completely insane. I am sure that I will still need to be cleaning my gutters next year.

They used to be quite good and reasonably priced. This year I got a 40% price increase on my gutter cleaning and it took me one phone call with a Google search to find another service that offered me gutter cleaning at the old price.Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning did a fantastic job and at the old pricing.I would have kept Advanced but they were not interested in negotiating or discussing the price increase.Interestingly, I was not informed that the roof was becoming slick, but we did opt to pay for every service the technicians recommended.Also, the team that cleaned my roof from Ned Stevens did not indicate the roof was slick, but they did a wonderful job at a 40% discount from your price.

Today Jason and Alex came out and cleaned my 3 story house, deck and covered porch. I received advance notice of the day of service via text, got an advance on the way phone call, and they showed up on time. Because I had questions about cleaning my porch, we met outside, discussed that piece of the job, and they got to work. They relocated some of my potted plants on the deck temporarily while they cleaned that area and put everything back. They showed concern for my landscape plants to make sure they did not absorb too much of the cleaning chemical and burn. The house looks so much better now that its cleaned. I had Advanced come out and clean my gutters, as after the last 2 years much debris had gotten in there making the flow pretty much non-existent. Casey and Kelvin came out and did a great job, working very quickly to get my gutters back in shape. I waited to post this review until I saw how they handled the rain, and I got my answer in the past couple of weeks. Nick and Jamee worked incredibly hard and very professionally to clean my gutters but more importantly jet six of my down spouts that had been clogged since we bought the home recently. Kenneth & Marc did a great job. They were very friendly, considerate & knowledgeable. They came to do a gutter cleaning, but I asked them to check about branches hanging over the roof when they were up there. They called me from the roof. I said to trim the branches. My only complaint is that I wish they would have blown off the deck after the branches had been trimmed instead of before.

I first used Advanced for gutter maintenance. They fixed a leaky gutter system that was 20 years old. When I needed to replace the entire gutter system, I got many quotes, but went with Advanced for the NEW gutters and downspouts. Excellent job! That was about two years ago. I have just added gutter guards to the entire gutter system in 2021 and Kenneth and Stephen E. came out and did an excellent job. They did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters. The best and most important job was jetting out my French drains. They have saved my front yard in time to treat and overseed an area that was ruined by continuous standing rain water. Casey & Kelvin got to work immediately cleaning out my gutters and down spouts. Casey noted some damage on my roof, took pictures and showed me, then gave me a quote for the additional repairs of flashing around a stack and repaired a rusted vent. Once it was done everything was cleaned up nice and neat. They included the before and after pics with my invoice to show the work had been done. It was not inexpensive, but it put my mind at ease.

Stephen & Kyree did an excellent job blowing debris from my gutters. When they were finished all the gutter debris had been blown out of my yard and you would have never know they were there. Safety is a major concern of mine whenever I hire contractors. They worked as a team. One was in a harness being supported by the other with rope as he blew out the gutters. Advanced provided me with a copy of their certificate of liability insurance showing they carried both workers compensation and commercial general liability. In the past I had always cleaned my own gutters. It always took quite a lot of time and there was always the risk of injury. Ill never consider cleaning my gutters again. Advanced Pressure & Gutter Cleaning can expect a call from me next year.

When I spoke with the woman on the phone, she pulled up my house on google maps and told me the job to clean the gutters, downspout, and roof was $220. They scheduled the visit and everything was fine. The workers get there and theyre out there for maybe 10 minutes. After they leave (no call to let me know of anything that has happened) I get the invoice, and upon checking it, see that they only swept off my rooftop, and didnt do anything with the gutters or downspout. I called to find out why, and it turns out that because I have a gutter guard on my unit, they failed to let me know that this prevents them from doing that service. So instead of adjusting the price for just the roof, or calling me and giving me a choice of whether or not I still wanted the service, they decided to just ignore all of the common courtesy gestures and proceed as if nothing was wrong. They dont ask the right questions, they are ill-prepared for deviations to the norm, and ultimately, you will pay for a job that you can probably just do yourself. Look elsewhere, or service your gutters with the people who installed the guard in the first place (since apparently thats all I can do). Waste of time and money.

Kyle & Cody just wrapped a very tough job clearing a stormwater drainage line at our house. It was completely blocked by an approximately 10 foot long piece of styrofoam. Over the course of a few hours they chipped away at it with their high pressure snake until the water started flowing through again. They could have easily called it quits, but didnt. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their work. Many thanks to Kyle & Cody for a job well done!
