Gutter Gard team installed seamless aluminum gutters on my 1,100 square foot brick house. There were no hidden costs or additional costs. They were quick and completed the work on schedule. The crew they sent was very skilled and reflected the owners, philosophy of cheerfulness and full client satisfaction. When needed, they gave me several options on how to treat particular parts of the house that required special attention. The day after they finished, we were deluged with several inches of rain. Our power was out for 15 hours, but the gutters and downspouts worked perfectly. They did a full replacement of the original gutters on my two story house. I was greatly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness of them. They were careful when removing the old gutters and did some re-design to enable better water flow. They informed me that replacement of rotten wood would be extra and I was fine with that, I had quite a bit. Overall, I was extremely pleased even my neighbor commented on them. Gutter Gard South is a talented team and they were excellent.

Office manager, answered the phone and I requested a quote for replacement of our very worn gutter/downspout system. Two days later, as promised, they came and did a thorough examination of our circumstances. They measured our needs, sketched a roof diagram with water flows, and plotted a plan to construct a gutter/downspout system that would best work for our home. The project went smoothly from beginning to ending. The removal of the old system, the repairs and the installation of the new gutters, downspouts, leaf-guards, and PVC, was completed in two days to our complete satisfaction. Not only are they skilled in their profession, they are also the nicest people you could be so fortunate to have working on your home. The only professionalism you see when you do business with this company is when they come and give you estimate. And That’s it. After that you get nothing, you better buy your own gutter covers and do it yourself or give it to a random contractor you meet at a gas station. The result would be the same as if you give it to this company.First issue was the guy who supposed to come on the scheduled date didn’t show up, next day he called me and said he’s coming, once he came he said he didn’t know it’s a two story house and he didn’t have his long ladder with him, next day he came and he did the fabulous job you see in the pictures.He didn’t have uniforms, and no sign of the company on his truck. Probably a random contractor they hired to do the job for them.I only have one question from the owner of this company, If I’d installed my gutter covers myself, what would’ve been the difference between my job and the job your tech did?Finally my guess is this company doesn’t even have gutter guard installers, they only have sales people who come and sell service to you, then they give the job to other contractors.

Added gutters to our house!! They were very professional, an estimate was scheduled with in a day of purchase of the deal. We needed additional feet of gutters, and they were great at only telling us what we had to have, and did not try to push us to do the entire house. They were back out the next day to install the gutters, and the color matched the house perfectly. We hire them just to replace a section of gutter damaged from storm. It expanded to cleaning out the gutters, unclogging the downspouts and installing gutter guard. They arrived when they stated they would and confirmed flexibility with increasing the original small gutter area replacement into a little massive job. I would certainly use them again and the professionalism and work is appreciated.

We used their affiliate Bath Planet of Atlanta. If they work the same way with their gutters, I would advise that you stay away and find someone else to do your work. They are so unprofessional in their communication skills not only with the customer but within their own companies. After many issues of lack of communication, broken appointments and sending people out to my home that had no idea of what they were supposed to do. We decided to cut ties and they are wanting to keep $8000.00 of our money and we have had NO work done. Run FAST!!!

I had all of my gutters replaced by using Gutter Gard South & Home Renovations. I obtained three estimates, Gutter Gard was the most reasonable by far. They labored shortly on the major gutter replacement job. They have been additionally capable to accommodate transferring a downspout area and some fascia painting so matters would match. I would suggest Gutter Gard South and rehire them if I want any future work!!

Excellent. They replaced all gutters, including re-configuring the system to better handle heavy rains. The team arrived promptly in the morning, and went right to work. Gutter Gard South installed 6 gutters and the Gutterglove Pro panels on the new gutters to prevent leave from clogging the gutters on my home. The original installers said they did a perfect job! However, I downloaded the Gutterglove Pro User and installation Manual and the installation was far from perfect. The Gutterglove Pro Installation manual specifically noted that the front edge of the Gutterglove Pro panels are to be bent so that it sits flat on the gutters front side lip. This will lower the drainage section of the panel into the gutter to assure the rain water is dumped into the gutter and not allowed to flow over the leading edge of the gutter. Gutter Gard South was not aware of this procedure, so I sent them a copy of the 2019 Gutterglove Pro Users and Installation Manual.After the installation, I have been emailing Nicole at Guter Gard South and she arranged to have their installer Tim to come out and correct the situation. Tim was not aware on the installation manual, so I gave him a printed copy of the manual. About a week later Tim came back and worked on the Gutterglove Pro panels on the front of my home. About half of the front was fixed and he left, and the back side of my home was not touched. I emailed Nicole about the installation and she said that all was done and she would NOT respond to anymore of my emails, and I needed to contact upper management! However, she did not provide me with an upper management email address.After the Gutter Gard South installation of the 6 gutters and the Gutterglove Pro panels were installed there are no leaved clogging my gutters. However, there is rain water over flow because of the improper installation! This rain water overflow will damage my homes facia and possibly the foundation. Previously, I was climbing my ladder and cleaned the gutters several times a year to prevent the clogged gutters and water overflow damage. Now, I can not do anything about the rain water overflow damage!I sent an email to Gutterglove Pro in California and requested that they sent me a sample of the panel that is designed to have the leading edge bent to sit flat on the gutter front edge lip. This was to assure that Gutter Gard South had the correct product to work with. However, there is no excuse for their installers not being aware of the proper installation procedure for the expensive Gutterglove Pro panels!I like the Gutterglove Pro product and I have researched it for several years before making my decision to purchase the product.I want to work with Gutter Gard South to resolve this situation...Don_

Gutter Guard South contacted me instantly to set up a time for a quote. My husband and I were thrown off right from the start due to the company stating that BOTH of us needed to be home for the quote. Once I told her that my husband would be working outside of the home, she scheduled me for 12 noon today (8/27/21) and stated that I could be the only one here. It is now after 1pm today and no one has called to say they would be late or shown up. Due to the fact that we were unhappy with the obvious hard sale tactic as well as the no call/ no show, we will proceed with another company that did not require anyone to be home in order to take measurements (as it should be that way). I have not done business with Gutter Guard South but at this point, I would not recommend based on what I have dealt with thus far. The other companies also called me and Gutter Guard did it all via text which I found unprofessional and not a great way to establish a relationship with a customer.

Really great all around. Gutter Gard South was the most responsive contractor I contacted for an estimate. They arrived on time, had the best price, and did excellent work. The workers themselves took extra time to inform me I had a clogged drain that my old downspout was tied into. They then spent extra time to redirect my downspout water away from the house. They could have done the quick thing, tied into the existing blocked drain and I may not have noticed for months. I truly appreciated their integrity on this. Id definitely work with them again.

Buyer beware. Communication after you sign a contract is almost non-existent, so make sure you stay on top of them, assuming of course you can actually get someone to answer the phone or return your call. Had our gutters installed and they didnt properly secure about 10-12ft in the back of the house which resulted in water pouring over the edge of the gutters, leading to water intrusion in our basement. Called to have it fixed and the first appointment was completely blown - no one showed up, no one called, and no explanation was given by the office when I was finally able to get a hold of someone to try and figure out what the hell was going on. Second appointment, the tech was 3 hours late for. Outside of the initial call to schedule the install (called to schedule after the cashed our check) was initiated by me... They cost more than other companies and they dont provide anything that you cant get somewhere else. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by selecting another company.

They use quality materials and offer various color and material options. I received various quotes and although their price was not the cheapest I believe you get what you pay for.They completed all the work efficiently and effectively. No longer TrustDALE backed for a reason. Received a flier in the mail with a TrustDALE logo in early March. Was quoted almost 7k for my 2000 sqft ranch home. Was told because company has TrustDALE backing they cannot gouge or discount on the pricing like the competition does when the competition play games. Decide to pay more and go with TrustDALE backed company. Install is scheduled for March 27th. March 20th. Install team shows up and says they are here to put in gutters. No prior notice was given. They have a very young kid with them. I had to scramble to have someone else at my house while Im gone for an even Im now running late for. I come home. Team apparently finishes because my doorbell rings, a piece of paper is thrown at me, and the guy walks away. Their car battery has died. I walk around the house and notice end caps are completely missing and large gaps in the micro mesh. I catch the crew before they leave and show them pictures on the Gutter Gard website. They claim to have never been taught how to make the install look like that. I ask about end caps. They say oh we forgot them sorry and offer to put them on. A few minutes pass, my doorbell rings. They tell me they are done and the guy runs off and drives away. I walk around again and am appalled by the quality of the end caps. One week later I get a call from the gutter company asking if I am satisfied with the work. I say no, it looks very sloppy. She apologizes and says shell take care of it. April 9th, the same gutter crew shows up with no notice and bring the kid who is apparently working with this crew. They look at the work, add a bunch of screws to the already sloppy work, and literally tell me this is the best we can do. I also now have broken pieces of roof around my yard (see pictures). I call the company and voice displeasure at the follow up. The rep that came and pitched me contacts me asking if I was satisfied. I say no and have already spoken with someone but havent heard anything. He says hell take care of it and says their best crew will be out that Sunday. Sunday rolls around and after canceling plans we wait. And wait. The window passes and we move on with our day. Rep follows up on the 11th. Tell him no one showed up. Says hell follow up. Hear nothing. Get a call from the owner, explain my displeasure, am interrogated and told Im sending my best guy to inspect it and WHEN he says its good youll pay him. I say can we focus on fixing it first? Very rude. That call pushes me past my patience. Contact TrustDALE. Tell the story, send the ad. They tell me the ad does not have a valid TrustDALE number because if it was it would create a record of me in the TrustDALE system. Tell me Gutter Guard has lost TrustDALE approval because their practices no longer align with TrustDALE principles. Say they will work with me anyway. April 14th I get a call from Gutter Gard saying their inspector will be there the 20th. No show. I get a call the 21st from the inspector while Im at work saying hes at my house. No notice given. With no prompting, I watch on my yard cameras as he takes pictures of the areas that I have been complaining about, confirming there is a quality issue. No follow up is given. April 26th, TrustDALE contacts me saying they are sending an independent rep to evaluate the quality to send to Gutter Guard. May 18th the report was sent to Gutter Guard saying actions are required. May 21 Gutter Guard tells TrustDALE it will issue a formal response to the report. May 24th am told that Gutter Guards response is to take the guards off and just part ways. What!? This leaves us with a damaged roof. Every time I was told that I needed to be at my house and took of work only to have them no show. Stay as far away from this company as you can. If you want critters and junk in your gutters, call this company. The pictures are just representative of the gaps, lifted seams, and broken roofing. Worst home project ever.

I had a great experience with them. They came out the same day I contacted them for a free estimate. The price was reasonable and the style of gutters they had looked much better than the standard K-style. I signed up with them the same day and two days later they came out and installed the gutters. No issues, all very fast and professional. I will recommend them to my neighbors and family.

I called to get an estimate and the lady asked if 6 pm was fine. I specifically asked how long it would take and if I would have to do anything. Was told it would take just a few minutes and no, I wouldnt have to do anything, the guy would just look around outside. I went ahead and scheduled for 6 pm.The guy came out at 5:30, which was fine, but after he looked around outside, he said he would need to come inside and give me a short educational presentation. I told him 6 was supper time for my 2 toddlers and that wouldnt work, plus I was told he wouldnt need to come inside and I wouldnt have to do anything. He insisted on coming inside and said he would shorten the presentation to 15-20 and that they didnt give out quotes without the presentation. He said that the lady that does scheduling is told to inform us that the quote is an hour long process and includes the presentation. I told him I never would have scheduled for 6 pm if I had been told that and that he would have to come back.Then he says some people in the office had tested positive for Covid and he wanted to come in my house WITHOUT A MASK! Unprofessional all around. Will not be moving forward with this company.

Guttergloves installers were great. I live out of state and their coordination was excellent. I was given two options that could have saved on the cost but went with the higher quotation. From phone call to finish the job was expertly completed in a week. Ive has the job inspected and have seen images of the completed gutters.They look great.

I needed to have about 100 of seamless rain gutters installed. They also needed to be connected to our existing gutters. I got a few bids and we decided to use Gutterglove South & Home Renovations. Matt bid was very competitive and very reasonable. He didnt try to up sell me anything or add stuff I didnt need. We made an appointment. The evening prior, he confirmed our appointment time. Matt and another employee showed up on time and completed the work in about 2 1/2 hours. When they left, the took all of the trash with them in addition to the old gutters they replaced. With the recent rains, we have had no issues with standing water. Very happy with the quality of the work performed by Gutterglove South & Home Renovations.

I am not a fan of hard sales, as it was this morning awith gutter guard. The young lady presented well and on time. She measured my home with no problems. Then came the long boring presentation. The price stated at 18000 then discount down to 12 something. The young lady phoned someone who could provide a price of 5000 and something. Really. Only if I sign the contract now. Dont fall this sale tactic.

Buyer Beware... if you have steep roof pitches I do not recommend this product as the guards serve as a ramp for the water. I had to have these removed after less than a year as I had water issues in two places that I had never had issues prior to having these installed. The mesh does not allow enough water to get through during heavy rain. I have the video to prove.Waste of money for me. Go with the the cheap Home Depot screens. Not pleased at all with this company and this product.

Easily a 5 star review/product, however, the install was an adventure.The office set up a time to have the gutters installed. We were excited, then on that day, no one called us and no one showed up. We had to contact the company, which seems odd.When the gutters were finally installed, they look great. After closer inspection, the installers did not install the gutterglove system and left several (9) large pieces of aluminum shrapnel in the grass. The installers were recalled to install the gutterglove system that afternoon. Another inspection revealed 6ft of a different mesh than the rest of the mesh used, which was not explained until after several attempts to contact the company without response.After leaving a scathing review, the company called to replace the mesh. Circumstantial or not, communication and transparency are important.This review was changed because regardless of a lousy experience, the gutters look great.

I am extremely satisfied and content with this company my house didn’t have gutters and needed some remodeling. Mike was prompt for the inspection and quote of our gutter challenge and suggested only what was needed which was larger gutters and not a leaf guard. When the work was completed the crew was thorough and professional.

I originally had appointments with three gutter cover companies. Gutter Glove was the first appointment. I was given visual common sense comparisons with cost. The choice was extremely easy, I didnt need to be sold on the product. Installation was done in a timely manner.

The sales rep seemed to know the product and the necessity of protecting the gutters. The installers were well mannered, nice and professional. They did the install efficiently and were finished by the time they were supposed to be there.

They worked very well around my schedule and budget. House looks pretty much brand thanks to the job they did on the gutters!! Getting it done was quick and easy.

New gutters look great and no more worrying about remembering to get somebody to clean them. I enjoyed the experience and would use them again.

At first we told that guy that we’re interested with the gutter guard but if only with the fixed monthly payment with no interest if paid in full.He said Don’t worry that I won’t get charged for Interest.A month after we got the service i got charge for interest. Tried to contact them for so many times and they said they will correct it. And also they will call me back. It’s been 3 months still haven’t get any update and call from them.So dissapointed ! Why you guys need to LIE JUST TO GET THE SALE?!

I had new 6 gutters and the gutter glove micro mesh pro installed January 2018, now its spring and I have 2 huge oak trees hanging over front and back of my house. The trees have literally a gazillion little worm-like buds that fall off ever year at this time. Usually they clog up my gutters and downspouts, to the point where they overflow during heavy spring rains. Not this year though, because every last bit of those gazillion worms are on the ground in huge mounds, thanks to my gutter glove system. Awesomeness! Worth every penny! Cheers!

We have Gutterglove came out for an estimate. We like the product, but very uncomfortable with the sales guys. He is very aggressive and pushy. He says the original price on our project cost around $5k, but they have a special running this week and he can do it for $3900. We didn’t go with it.. 4 days later, we received a call from sales manager who claims they are doing a very aggressive marketing in our area, and now he can do $2500. We really don’t like and not interested in playing the pricing games.

I came across GutterGlove South at a local community fair. I had already done my research and anticipated using the GutterGlove system. I liked the micromesh better than the solid top gutter guard systems. They came out promptly for an estimate. Make no mistake, these guards are expensive. They were definitely more than I had planned on spending for gutter guards. However, I have been pleased so far with the results. I have seen some leaves and other debris start to rest on top of the guards, but thus far that accumulation hasnt prevented proper drainage, even in heavy downpours.

Rep who visited our house gave us clear info and the advantages of the mesh vs plastic covers. Installers were prompt and professional. The real test was the recent rains with leaves falling and we could not be happier with these gutters and this company!
