So I wasnt a believer in foam support, but the technicians showed up and started their craft, a few small holes and injecting the material and this stuff flows under deck and starts lifting the surface. Man even the foam that comes out is a hard like board material. If you have sinking or compromised concrete deck surface that you want to support and extend the life of call AquaGuard Foundation Solutiins. They even put my zoysia grass back in the right place like it was never disturbed. Thats huge for me!!

We were looking at 2 different sink holes in our backyard that were not only potentially tens of thousands of dollars to dig out, but were actually threatening to harm our in-ground pool as well. Chuck our sales guy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing to us, when he came out and discussed a solution that we frankly thought sounded like magic.Over the course of a 2 day work period, Craig, Mike, and Jason were busting their tails out in 95 degree heat, working to save our yard, pool, and even the concrete deck that was the most impacted by the sink holes. They raised one edge of our concrete deck by 12 inches with their work, across a nearly 30x12 foot span that was so big, you guys even sent out your sales team to see the work, so that you could have them talk about it later.Craig, Mike, and Jason were amazing. Friendly, communicative, helpful, and tolerant of our fierce 3 pound dog that wouldnt stop barking and growling at them. They worked a full day and a half on our yard and the results are amazing. I will be 1000% recommending Aqua Guard for any future work of a similar vein to everyone I know. Thank you all, so much for your work and your efforts. It was worth every penny.

AquaGuard waterproofed my basement years ago, when it first started flooding during torrential downpours - there has been no water in my residence since the installation. In August 2021, I scheduled my annual inspection, and Chris Hunt was the assigned technician. We have been playing the waiting-game for almost two months now with this company. We called (and emailed) in early July to have work done in our basement. Since then, we have received one call from the company stating that they would have to reschedule and that it might take weeks before they would be able to come out to us. I called on several other occasions because no one ever reached out to reschedule a date/time. When I have called, I was either sent to voicemail (none of my messages have been returned) or was told that they are busy and they would try to fit us in when they can. AquaGuard does not seem to want our business and I will be sure to let my circles know about their customer service.

Concrete lifting. Highly recommend.A concrete pad on the side of the garage was sinking and had dropped about 16 inches below level grade. I wanted the ground stabilized so that it would not pose a threat to the garage, and I wanted the concrete lifted as much as possible back to level. I did not expect it to be completely made level, but I hoped it would be improved as close as possible to level.Raymond and Mike did an outstanding job! Their customer focus was at the top of their priorities. They set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. They kept me involved in the key decisions all through the day. Each time I went to see their progress I kept being surprised at the level of achievement they had already met. There were problems with our slab being thin and unreinforced but they worked creatively to overcome the issues.I will see what happens with the warranty and how things progress in the future, but my expectations are good. Their word was not full of hype and marketing puffery, but if anything it was understated, realistic, and totally credible so I have a good feeling about the future of their repairs.I already recommended them to a neighbor..

This was a project to lift and stabilize concrete slabs. Two slabs had considerable brick stair cases on top of them. Another part of the project was to lift and stabilize a part of our pool deck with flagstone over concrete. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Anthony and Jeremy. They are knowledgeable exceptional in every way. They encouraged me to watch some of the procedures and explained what was happening and the potential risks. We had concrete lifting done on our walkway and front stoop. Ray and Mike did a Fantastic Job! They took the time to go over everything they were doing and to answer all questions. Mike even realized that they forgot to do something after leaving and turned around to come back and complete the job. Not many people would do that in the world we live in today. I went with AquaGuard for my new gutters and also to fix the water leak in the basement. The gutters were shoddily installed they had to come back twice already. First it was the pipes coming off. Now another problem with the gutters. The fasteners have come off. This is a brand new installation. The worst part is you have to wait six weeks each time for them to fix the problem. I would not recommend them.

We reached out to Aquaguard in October for a free consultation on the health and integrity of our crawl space. The assigned consultant, Derrick, was very professional, and took the time to explain how the process works in addition to demonstrations of the technology used for crawl space encapsulations. He worked with us on our financial options and was able to ensure we were quickly scheduled for service.Our actual crawl space installation project began in December. The crew members, Titus, Jared, Matt S. and Thomas arrived early and ready to tackle the project. They were all very professional, willing to answer any questions we had and completed our project ahead of the estimated schedule. They provided great communication throughout the process and gave a comprehensive walkthrough of how the sump pump and dehumidifier worked post-installation.

Foundation leak water control.Frank and Russell called 1hr before arrival. They pulled in and worked over 10hrs straight. They did what they were supposed to do cleaned up and left. Both were courteous and professional.It looks like they installed everything correctly so provided the design is good I will be completely happy.

Contracted for basement waterproofing. Came out on May 17, 2021 to install system. Upon leaving the site we found piles of concrete rocks left in the front and backyard, wires to the system loose and disorganized, ground pump station not level to the concrete floor, and concrete dust EVERYWHERE because they did not plastic off the area so the dust would be contained. Called back and reported it with them scheduling us another date to come out. During the rain on June 8, 2021 the area was leaking and soaked where they installed the system. Texted photos of the issue to the representative. Still waiting on someone to come back out and address the flawed installation and/or system.It is interesting that you cannot find my information. My details have already been provided above. But, let me help you...the Aqua Guard Representative is Curtis Whitt and our contract was prepared on April 30, 2021. I have a new appointment today, June 17, 2021 for Aqua Guard to return and fix the leaking issues. However, with rain scheduled for the weekend we will see if you did what you promised to do. More updates to come. Thank you.UPDATE: On June 17, 2021, my basement foundation was dug up again, but yet again when it rains, water is still leaking in my basement so I keep a towel on the floor. It is wet again from rain yesterday. This is ridiculous and I will be seeking legal counsel for this disaster.

Taylor Smith conducted an annual inspection of our 5 y/o AquaGuard foundation drainage system. The system has performed exactly as we required, keeping our basement consistently dry over the years. Our dehumidifier had run its course after five years, needing replacement and so Taylor installed a new whole home coverage unit explaining how the unit worked, finding the best location within our basement to place it, and then insuring that it worked as designed. Bravo Taylor, bravo AquaGuard for keeping our basement dry and now that we have a new dehumidifier, insuring that mold will not get a foothold within the house.

I had 8 piers installed under my porch and parts of my foundation. Daquan and Mr. Lowe were were awesome during installation - on time, courteous, and communicative with me through the whole process. Excellent service by John and Mike. The repair work was explained thoroughly upfront and the extent of the work, when completed, was reviewed. All of our questions were answered.

They came in two different teams, first a team that propped up our foundation (replacing old temporary supports with permanent supports) and second a team that waterproofed everything in our crawl space. Both teams were competent and professional. I especially admired their genuine enthusiasm for the work they were doing -- their excitement to be installing sturdy steel supports, their pride in the waterproofing. Overall we are very happy with the work done.

This company is great until your system is installed. I had my basement waterproofed with aqua guard system and it continue to fail and you can not get in contact with customer service. They only answer if you press #1 for new service and tell existing customers sorry I can’t help you. My basement has flooded 3 times since I had their system installed. Beware

Raymond and George were great. They explained what they would do, answered all my questions, and showed me their progress along the way, making sure I was happy with what they were doing. They were respectful, careful of my plants and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

AquaGuard is a dishonest company that preys on homeowners and scares them to think the worst. They employ used car salesman tactics to peddle their products. The sales rep showed us fancy videos and gave us glossy brochures about their products and then wrote up a quote that was almost $10K. We called B Dry to get a second opinion, and B Dry said that we dont need ANY of the products that AquaGuard mentioned. B Dry told us that all we needed was a handyman to do some repairs (which costs much cheaper!). The folks at AquaGuard are paid on commission and they will try to scare you to buy their stuff. On top of that they brag that they are a trusted company. Beware folks! Do your research and get second opinions. Im glad we did, otherwise we would have lost $10K on stuff we simply dont need. If we had moved forward with AquaGuard, we would probably be dealing with more issues down the road in the future. So glad that we avoided such a costly mistake!

A section of our patio needed to be lifted due to settling. AquaGuard came out promptly on our date for repairs. John Lynch and Mike Kelley did an excellent job fixing the problem, showing and explaining each step of the process. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and checked to make sure our expectations were met. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and the final results. I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone who is in need of foundation/patio lifting.

Will, Mark and Zarek were wonderful to deal with! Will absolutely listened to what I needed and didnt try to sell me anything more! He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Excellent job all around from Vincent, Jo, and Roy. They were able to install the helical supports for garage foundation and a new support beam to level our dining room out. Quick, efficient, and a very clean job.

Raymond and Mike showed up today to perform a leveling of the walkway in front of my house. They showed up on time and executed a great plan to level my complete walkway. They kept me informed of what was happening and solicited my input on any necessary decision points. Im a very happy customer and the walkway looks great!

Adel, Joe & Lo did a great job yesterday installing piers and lifting my foundation. Basement door opens and closes perfectly again. AquaGuard is a great company to work with! From the first call into the office to schedule an appointment to the inspection to the actual work, the experience was great all around and I could not be happier. Eddie Hyde, our contract/sales rep has been such a pleasure to work with. He is so knowledgeable and he has constantly gone above and beyond to help us throughout the project. The crew that came out to install the IntelliJack system (Adel Taylor, Joe Law and Issac) for our crawl space was phenomenal as well! They did such a great job. Adel was the crews team lead and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered all of the questions that I had. I couldnt be happier.
