Eiffels Place was one of the best mechanic service center Ive experience over my years. They specialize in Hondas and give your Honda 110% of service. Ive had two Hondas throughout the last 15 years and have never met another maintenance service center; other than the car dealer service shop, that will give you excellent results as Eiffels Place does. Ive never received my car back from Eiffels with regrets, but joy because my car has always perform great after the service. I no longer have a Honda; therefore, I now have to find maintenance services else where. I do miss Eiffels Place services.

I’ve known Eiffel Chin for a while but only had my vehicle at his shop once for a Pre-Purchase Inspection for my 99 Acura NSX Zanardi Edition (I was the seller, the out of state buying payed for the service). His PPI was extremely thorough and he and his guys were extremely knowledgeable of the NSX which is a rare exotic when it comes to Japanese cars. If you need your NSX or any Asian vehicle serviced I would highly recommend Eiffel’s Place. If you are buying a used NSX, take it to Eiffel’s Place for a PPI.

Eiffel and his staff were very professional and took extra time to make sure I was satisfied with repairs to my Honda Civic Si. My wife was most impressed with the cleanliness of the shop work area.

My wife and I brought her Toyota Rav4 in with a specific problem that we wanted identified and fixed. This was our first time at Eiffels but I saw many excellent reviews so I was fairly confident we would get the service we needed. He didnt have much to say and didnt seem interested in my description of the problem. I suspected an issue with the transmission. He told us to leave the car and an email address. A few hours later we got an email from him with a bill for $150.00. No mention of the problem, but a long list of all that had been checked. He had performed a complete vehicle diagnostic inspection on the car, the type of inspection a person would have done on a vehicle that they were considering buying. When we were there to pick up the car he said that he couldnt determine the problem because it wasnt happening while they were driving it. He told me that if I could make it happen he could diagnose it. If he had told me he was going to perform that type of inspection and charge $150.00 I would not have left the car with him. Suspecting a transmission problem I really wasnt interested in the cleanliness of the cabin air filter or the battery level. I was so angry that I told my wife to pay the man and I quickly walked out of the lobby. I wasted $150.00 and half a day, so I wasnt able to get the car to another garage until late afternoon. Im glad Eiffel has many satisfied customers. Im just not one. The following is an update in reference to the reply by the owner of Eiffels Place: I was with my wife when the car was dropped off. She didnt request a complete vehicle inspection. We later took the car to Kristina Magic, owner of Speedy Marietta. Extensive diagnostic work was performed and the problem was not determined by her technicians either, but there was NO CHARGE. A few days later the car broke down so we had it towed to Speedy Marietta where the repair was made. I suggest that anyone who suspects a problem with the transmission take their vehicle to Speedy Marietta.

I have been using Eiffels Place for regular maintenance of both my Hondas for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences each time. He has always been able to provide me with a loaner car at no extra charge and always returns my vehicles fresh from a good exterior cleaning. Eiffel has always been honest with me about that needs to be done for safety and what can wait but will eventually need to be addressed so I can plan out my expenses and the value to my Honda. His team has always shown their appreciation for the business and trusting them with the cars upkeep. I have recommended them to co-workers and friends.

Eiffel has taken care of my car for over 10 years, and now my daughters car. My daughter was recently in North Carolina with brake issues. We called Eiffel for advice. He suggested she get it fixed in NC, and told her the part number along with suggesting she contact both Hyundai and Kia dealerships to limit delays. The part is used in both make/models. I had a problem with my Corolla and took it to Marietta Toyota, where they overcharged me for a part and service that did NOT fix the issue, so I decided to try Eiffels Place. Its very easy to find, near the S. Marietta Pkwy exit off of I-75. I spoke with Eiffel on the phone, scheduled the service, did a test drive in my car with him so I could point out the issue when it was happening (this was his idea, and it was a good one). He gave me a free loaner car, and the next day I had a quote on the repair. He was more expensive than some other local independents but cheaper than the dealership, and my car was fixed as promised, when promised. Everyone was on top of things there and pleasant to interact with.

Eiffel has always diagnosed what is needed and gives the list to me in order of immediate importance. I sincerely appreciate this as I cant always do everything needed. He is fair and honest. I have recommended him to anyone on our neighborhood FB page who is looking for someone who works on the model of their car.

A friend referred me to Eiffels Place after I had a not-so-great experience at a dealership. As soon as I brought my car in, Eiffels mechanic put it on a lift and invited me in to look at what he was inspecting. I was able to see some repairs the dealer had recommended genuinely needed to be done. But the water pump was NOT leaking as the dealer claimed. I wound up getting the needed repairs done at Eiffels Place at about half what the dealer would have charged. Oh and I was given a loaner Camry. AND they washed my car before returning it to me! Sometimes its the big and small gestures that distinguish a good company from an excellent one. Eiffels Place is an excellent repair shop and I cant imagine going anywhere else.

Although my Honda is fairly reliable, I want to go to a place where they use genuine parts from the factory and not cheap aftermarket parts like many other shops use. This shop is highly professional. It is kept very clean. The owner is dealership experienced and all of his employees are clearly good, competent people. Eiffel will email or text diagrams of specific parts, conditions, and assemblies to clarify whats wrong with your car. From a CS standpoint they are hugely accomodating in that a responsible person is often given a lender during the service if necessary. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
