Great Place ! I was a last minute squeeze in but they went above and beyond to address my needs. Everyone was very not only friendly but very attentive as well . Glenn took great care of me . Bring Glenn some food he loves to eat.

Great place for great tire service! Sara at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. (You can really tell that her staff really respects her expertise and experience). I’ve been there before with a previous tire issue and she got me out of a pinch then as well. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

The service was great. The guy that did my tires helped me out a lot. Needed tired on my hauling trailer in mid trip from Florida to Tennessee moving. He noticed I had regular vehicle tires on and said it would be better to put trailer tires on.Informed me they would be almost 100$ cheaper. When I went in to pay for them the cashier only took off 40$ and said the change was made on price. Had no choice but to pay the large amount. So I would say garage guys was great customer service was a disappointment 😞

Glenn and Rajai spent a great amount of time and effort finding a hole in my tire. I really appreciate them spending the time to find an issue that other tire stores werent able to find. Great service!

Sarah is the new manager and all has changed for the better at this Mavis. Sarah listens and takes complete accountability for the shop. In my case, I asked her to hold two tires that came off my car in new condition after changing all four. When I returned to pick them up, they had disappeared. It’s not good that someone actually stole the tires, but Sarah made every effort to find them and after they were unable to be located, she made it right, crediting me for the cost of those same tires new. This kind of accountability is rare and I would have expected excuses and denials. However, I decided to outfit my other vehicle with four new tires with the credit she gave me. Moreover, Sarah is open to learning. There is a tire rating that does not appear on tire sidewalls and no one I asked knows about. Together, we investigated the difference between XL and SL. XL is a harder, stiffer tire for heavier vehicles and is the reason I was experiencing a hard ride on my very light convertible. She didn’t know the difference but was completely open to learning and this solved my hard-ride problem by switching to SL tires. I highly recommend this location if you care about customer service and wish yo have a positive experience servicing your vehicle.

Got an alignment and four new tires in January. Immediately after and even now the tire light will not turn off. Felt like the vehicle was pulling a little to the left but I figured hey, Im not a tire expert or anything. Figured maybe it would correct. In May, I noticed the inside of one tire and the outside of the other was losing serious tread. I went to the business and spoke with a manager named Chris. He looked at my tires and my receipt and asked me if I could come back the following week. The following Tuesday I returned and spoke with him again. He looked at my tires and paperwork and contacted his tire warranty guy. Told me he was waiting on a return call and that he would contact me. After three weeks of no call, I went back to the store and spoke with a female manager explaining the situation. One of the other younger male managers there told me I must have hit a pothole and knocked it out of alignment. I explained that I had not but he continued to use a sarcastic tone inferring that I was either lying or mistaken. The manager then told me she could replace the tires and alignment but I would have to pay for a portion of it. I refused and requested to speak to someone higher. She gave me a customer service number of which I called and left a message with no return call. That was about a month ago. At this point, I would rather go buy four new tires and an alignment than to spend another dime at a business that took my money without doing the job I paid them for and refused to own up to their mistakes. Be very wary of spending your money here because if they do make a mistake, you will foot the bill for it.

My Guy Glen made sure I was back and rolling better than before. The customer service here is amazing, just felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. They keep our best interest at heart. Highly recommended.

The service here is INCREDIBLE. Sarah was so up front and honest about what was ACTUALLY wrong with my car, and she helped direct me in the right way to know what I needed done, versus what wasn’t necessary yet. She helped me with a good deal on tires and she was so friendly! Very glad that this is the tire shop right next to where I live, because it’s not only convenient but they do a great job!

I stopped by to get my tires aired up today and was greeted by the kindest and most polite person ever. His name is Glenn and he is incredibly helpful and cheerful. Workers were very nice! I had to get a plug placed in my tire and the guy working on the register was so cool. Made conversations with me and made it a point to see how my day was going. Couldn’t expect better! Definitely better than discount tire, pep boys, or good year!

Glenn and Sarah were AMAZINGLY helpful. I popped a tire and came in to have them replace it. Glenn showed me where the hole in the tire was and explained to me why the tire would have to be replaced and under what circumstances it could have been patched instead. I felt very informed during the whole process and not stressed at all. Will definitely be coming back to this location!!

I do most of the work on my car at home. One of the few things I cant do is an alignment. Ive had my project car aligned here twice after major suspension work and both times it has tracked perfectly straight (which hasnt always been the case with some shops I have used in the past). Friendly staff and I was in and out pretty quickly.

The staff at Mavis are exceptional. Donte only sold me two tires when I thought I needed four. Rarely is anyone that honest and helpful! I highly recommend coming here whenever you need tires or brakes!

I dont normally leave reviews but Sarah and her crew have earned it. I started going to Mavis after getting a bogus estimate for some work on another car. At that time Donald gave me great service. The location I was going to Donald was promoted and his boss became the regional mgr cause theyre that good.I didnt receive quite the same care at first but I had came in again and Sarah helped me this time. She was expecting and round and it was hot outside but she still delivered knock your socks off customer service. I went back again and she wasnt there. On my way to work I stopped at the Chastain branch and Sarah was there. Again I received over the top service. There are several Mavis locations closer to where I live in Atlanta but customer service and quality care are as important to me as the care of my car so Ill continue to drive to Kennesaw to continue my car care with Sarah and Mavis car care.Walt

I brought my car in to get inspected before I go on a long road trip. I was prepared to have to have an entire brake job ended up just needing air in my tire. I had great customer service will definitely come back here again for my future needs.

Got great service from this business on a trip. We had picked up a screw somewhere and had to stop to get it fixed. They got us in and out in a hurry. Special kudos to the gentleman (from NYC) running the customer area who was instrumental in managing our situation successfully.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This will be a lengthy review:In early June 2021, I made an appointment for 4 tires. I went on the Mavis tires website, found a set of 4 Goodrich tires for my wife’s car, and made the reservation for 4:00 PM June 12. I called the store upon making the reservation and they confirmed they received it. I called the store because I knew the tires had to be special order, and they confirmed they tires would be in the store for the Saturday 6/12 date. 2 days later I called again to confirm the tires would arrive at the store for the 6/12 installation, and they confirmed AGAIN the tires would be in. I told them my family was going to Florida on Sunday 6/13 and I needed to have certainty that the tires would be on the car on 6/12, otherwise, I told them, I would just take the car somewhere else even if it meant paying more. Again, I was assured the tires would be at the store and I was even told the tires were already on the way. Next day (Friday) in received a call from the store to ask me if I could bring the car in at an earlier time “because the crew liked to go home early on Saturdays”, I said no problem, and we arranged for me to bring the car at 2pm instead of 4pm. Saturday, I received a call from the store and I was informed they had only received 3 of the 4 tires and that they did not have a set of 4 20-inch tires in stock. I was livid, but I thought I would just leave a review, which I never did (until now). That time, I ended up renting a car to take my family to Florida. All because Mavis didn’t get their stuff straight. Worst thing was receiving an email from them saying the were sorry “I missed my appointment” - again, WTH!!Fast forward to September and I decided to give Mavis another chance. I ordered the same Goodyear tires on their website for a 9/10 installation. A couple of days after I made the reservation I got a call from the store to confirm my reservation for 9/10 and I asked if it was possible to move the date to 9/11, the person went to get “the manager”, and I asked him if we could move the install to 9/11 @11:00am; he said no problem. Today, 9/11/21, I came home to find Firestone tires on my wife’s car. When I asked her about it, she told me she took the car to Mavis at 11:00. After waiting 2 full hours (2 HOURS!!), she was told they only had 3 of the 4 tires in stock (interesting how they always manage to secure 3 of 4 tires!). They tried to get her to purchase 4 Mavis brand tires, and my wife refused the offer. She was then offered 2 Goodyear tires and 2 Mavis tires, again my wife refused, and asked for her car. They had her wait another 45 minutes. My wife ended up taking her car to Firestones Tires, where they price-matched Mavis quote. Firestone tires also offered free rotations for the life of the tires. Needless to say we are lifelong costumers of Firestone tires.Oh, and I earlier today (9/11/21), I received another email from Mavis saying “they were sorry I missed my appointment.” 🤦‍♂️

After making an appointment online using the $99 brake coupon, I visited the location on Saturday May 15. Long story short, I was told I needed my rotors replaced and left 3 hours later with a $380.00 bill. Once I spoke with the guy that normally does my brakes he stated there was no way I needed new rotors when I barely drove last year because of the pandemic and asked if they offered to turn them, I said no that was never mentioned. When checking out with Chris I asked about the $99 coupon and if it was applied to my transaction. He did not answer and instead offered to sign me up for a credit card that would offer me a better deal. I declined. He ended up taking off $54.00. The next day I received an email from Mavis saying we are sorry you missed your appointment. This confirmed for me that I was never going to be charged the $99 special. I will never know if I actually needed rotors, but I do know this transaction was not conducted right and I do not recommend women use this location. Full disclosure, I also left a review on Yelp.

I went here to see if they could fix my girlfriends tire. Turns out that it’s beyond repair. Glenn was awesome he explained to me why it was unfixable. He explain that the previous plug was too close to the tire wall. He pumped up the flat tire to show me is it gets warped and explained what happens when you drive on a warped tire. To top it all off he got me in and out very quickly and even gave me a Red Bull. Great experience!

I have always came to Mavis ever since I got my car. My car seems to be a nail magnet, and im always getting flats. If theyre unable to fix the hole, they always get my weird tire size in and are great prices for good tires!! Always very nice, and Im in here so often they basically know me without pulling me up in their system. I never have bad service here. Theyre always willing to help!

Came in for a slow leak on my tire before work. So i was in a hurry, they quickly figured out that it was actually the rim that was dented. They were nice enough to fix it for me even though it wasnt a service they offer, and they didnt charge me either. Very respectful and welcoming the entire time, i definitely will be back if i need their services.
