I had used this company in the past for refrigeration repair and I had a great experience so I decided to call again when in need of a stove repair. I was informed they would call me prior to my appointment to set up the exact time frame that they would come for the repair. The day before the appointment, I contacted them because the tech still had not called me with a time . I was informed that they would call the morning of my appointment with a time window in which I needed to be there. She explained that the techs do not even look at their tickets until the morning of. I have never heard if this. My time is valuable as well, and I need to set other appointments for the day. While I was willing to wait the day before to set up the rest if my day, and be there within a time window of 4 hours or so, I cannot wait until the tech decides to call me and tell me a window of a time on the day hes coming. My time is equally important and I refuse to keep my entire day free until I get a call and then have to hurry around to try and fill in the other appointments and things I need to do for the day. I asked if they could have the tech look at the schedule a day early and give me at least morning or afternoon time frame as I have a busy life as well. I was told no, thats how they do their business and I can cancel the appointment if that doesnt work for me. This is a complete disrespect to the customer and their time. I will give my business to another company that actually values and appreciates their customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lady at the front desk was rude on the phone and even more rude and unprofessional in person.

Techtronics lied and is incompetent! I bought an LG Dryer which was making a noise once it was installed. LG sent Techtronics to repair it The dryer stopped working shortly after the repair.I called Techtronics and was told they couldnt come back for another week. I stated that unacceptable as they had not properly repaired it, and now they were asking me to go another week without a dryer.LG scheduled the repair with Techtronics for the following week, and I waited all day for Techtronics to show up. When they didnt show, I called LG to find out why. Techtronics told LG they had called me and canceled the repair.I received no call and they lied. Had they called me and canceled I would have called LG to schedule the repair with someone else. Their lying cost me extra time with no dryer.LG then Scheduled a repair with Sears another week later. They came today and repaired the dryer. Guess what, Techtronics had not put the dryer back together correctly on the first repair. The Sears guy fixed it simply by putting it back together correctly.Techtronics are incompetent and they lie. I would never deal with them again.

Ruined our floor pulling appliance without lifting feet. Came three times, replaced two parts, then came back and rudely admitted he had not clue what he was doing. Lady on the phone was not much different. Because of this we had to scrap a $3500 LG fridge less than two years old.

They sent a tech out right away and he fixed my dryer right then!
