Came out with in an hour of calling. Had something very minor wrong with our dryer and it did not need a part. Very honest cleaned out clogged piece and only charged for service call. Highly recommend!!!

The technician pulled the washer out of the wall which busted the hose and caused a major water leak to the downstairs. The issue was addressed with the owner but he refused to acknowledge the technicians carelessness. We ended up with a major ceiling repair and damaged walls. The technician came out three different times before he finally fixed the problem but only after the hose was damaged and the water leak.

Al is the best. Dont be put off by the clutter

Used them 2 months for repairing a 7 year old refrigerator. They charged $300 for replacing a part which retails at $30.But the refrigerator has stopped working with the same part they replaced breaking down.Waster of money and time.

I would highly recommend Rapid Electronics repair in Marietta. They were efficient, reasonable, and had the knowledge and tools to fix my unit. Al, the owner, he is simply great!

Buyer Beware!!!~I have two identical TVs, one worked, one did not. I took out the power board from the one not working and inserted it into the good TV, good TV still worked, knew it was NOT that board. I then took the TV that was not working with the good power board to Rapid TV for diagnostic on the problem, quoted price was $50 that was supposed to be applied to the total amount of the repair. I then received a call from Al (the owner) that some of the boards were bad, the total price to repair the TV would be $250. I told him to proceed. When I picked up the TV, they told me that two boards were bad, one being the power board! I told him that there was no way, the board came from the working TV. Al argued with me, then did not deduct the $50 he charged me for the diagnostic from the total repair cost and insisted that the power board was bad. Before I left, I got the bad board from the trash and when I got home, I installed it into the TV that they allegedly repaired, and the TV worked fine. By the way, when I went to take the cover off the back, there were only two screws in the cover attaching it to the body of the TV. Also, when I open up the TV, there was only one screw holding the two boards in place, should have been six per board. When I contacted Al to discuss these issues, he got mad, argumentative and told me to bring the TV back and he would refund me $40 for the board that was NOT bad… HA! Great customer service. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. BUYER BEWARE! Take your TV somewhere else!

I brought them my 10 year old Harmon Kardon receiver that one day everything worked fine & a second later the lights worked but nothing else did. They were a little backed up and held on to it for 4-6 weeks. Its been 3 years since they fixed it and it still performs great. I meant to leave a review sooner but now I know their work lasts, at least in this case.

I really wanted to like this business.... if I had only read the negative reviews, I likely would not have selected this place. So... my 12 year old dryer kept cutting off mid cycle & was no longer heating. I called to request service & a repair guy was dispatched same day. Guy comes out takes dryer completely apart, then leaves without putting back together & doesnt provide a repair quote. Says I needed to call Al to pay service call $59, then hell provide the quote for labor. Weird! So after talking with Al, it became an unnecessary argument. He really wanted me to pay $59 without telling me the cost of repair AND with my unit dis-assembled. My spirit said to me, dont use this business, ur machine is prob on its way out... Anyway, the next day Al called & really apologized for our exchange and I accepted. Hey, sometimes ppl have bad days, I just wanted my unit fixed. He then gives me the quote (the magic number $258) & I agreed to move forward. So repair guy comes out, replaces heating unit, & it appears to be fixed. The very next day, unit completely died, no power at all. So as the customer, you can only imagine what I am thinking! Anyway, $238 wasted. Its not even worth calling them again.... wish I never used this service!

I took a Samsung TV here after it was struck by lightening in Florida. I brought in on a Thursday & it was ready for pick up the following Monday morning. Not bad with the quick turn around time. The sign on the business say Rapid Electronic Repairs, but here on Google Maps it comes up as a different business name. The desk rep was a pretty friendly guy. They reported to me that the module was damaged. Im not sure if they repaired or just replaced the module, but the repair does come with a warranty. I recommend these guys if you have TV set this is not working properly.

Everyone knows you dont repair a TV when you can buy a new one for a hundred dollars more or less. In this case the lesser is Rapid Electronic Repair. Thanks for everything guys for a great deal.

Was told about them, by my neighbor. I dropped my TV off this morninng, and it was fixed the same day! The repair cost, was affordable and theyre very nice and professional. I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

I called to inquire about fixing the screen on two TVs I have. Both are busted. Employee immediately cuts me of to say to expensive, not worth it. I had to ask him to repeat it because I was still talking. He seemed agitated but I asked is this always the case or like 90%? Employee hangs up on me.

My tv is fixed!!! I called the Vizio customer service and it was almost $500 to fix my less than 3 year old tv. (I could buy a new tv for that!!) Rapid Electronic repair fixed my tv for less than half the price. They were great, friendly and fast! I dropped my tv off and the same day it was fixed! I would absolutely recommend this place!! Great customer service!

This place is a joke. A module went bad in my tv and I read some of these comments thinking it was a great choice, oh how I was wrong.1. As the gentleman before stated, Al is a con artist.2. My tv had a bad module that needed to be replaced. Nothing wrong with the actual tv just the power cord. I asked Al to call meandlet me know what he did say out. No call back was made.3. I come to his location 2 days later asking what he found wrong. He then lies and says its​ in the back and he was going to call me later. I then let him know ow he lied and said that last time. Profusely he says he will call later that day. Guess what no call again.4. Now a week has passed an Al finally calls me to tell me the part would cost me $250 minus the deposit. I drive over to pick up my tv thinking its repaired and he tells me he hadnt started and the part was so hard to find.Yet he didnt order it. CON ARTIST P.H.D.So basically this man made me wait an entire week to tell me the price of a part! On top of that he kept my deposit saying it was for all he had to do, WHICH WAS WASTE MY TIME!!!If you are trying to go to a professional please find someone else. I couldnt believe how unprofessional this guy was.By the way how does so someone work on​your tv and it still has dust on it like it hadnt been touched. Go figure and Al please dont reply to this post because its all bull!

Messed my hard drive and sound card then the owner ended up giving a company check to cover up the mistake he made on my soundcard. And havent been able to audio record since.
