It was friday night, around 7 pm and my refrigerator broke down. I reached out for help and this nice guy came at this late hour at night and did the diagnostics so fast and was able to fix my refrigerator that same night. I highly recommend him to everyone, he is very professional and a very nice great person.

Very expensive for non manufacture tech repairsI made the mistake of not getting multiple quotes before hand and it cost me bigtime. The tech replaced a water inlet valve on one refrigerator and a water line on another, the bill was $560. I was expecting $350.Subsequently, I checked the cost of the parts and got quotes from other local, non manufacturer, repair services. The other services said the cost (parts and labor) would be about $300 - $350 for both repairs.The tech said he used the GE national pricing book for the water inlet valve repair, but hes not a GE technician and he didnt use an OEM part. The repair took 30 minutes, he charged $321.He charged $219 to replace the water line and $20 for the part, it took him less than 30 minutes.He does good work, but charges a premium price ($400 per hour on site), and works out of his car.

Great service on a very short notice! Our house can’t function without the dishwasher and we got them to come out a very next day. He didn’t just solve the problem at hand he solved the root cause which will prevent it from reoccurring. This is our second repair for the same root cause and the only regret is not calling him sooner!

Thomas responded quickly (when others did not) to my call about my dryer not heating up. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job with the repair. I hope to not need him again anytime soon, but will call him if I do.

He took his time to figure out what the issue was and now it’s working again. We have an old downdraft unit that they don’t make anymore, and to replace with a new model is $2000. It was still in good shape and we didn’t want to throw it out and get a new one. I plan on using his services again if need be.

What a pleasure to deal with Darius. I had an error code on my LG refrigerator. He asked me to send him a picture of the code along with the serial number. He pretty much diagnosed the problem before coming out. I made an appointment and he kept me updated throughout the day as to when he would arrive. He had the part in stock and ended up replacing the freezer fan motor. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t be happier. If you need an appliance repair in the East Cobb area this is the company to use. Thomas is local (not part of a large network of repairmen), experienced, trust worthy and most of all...honest. He gave me guidance verbally over the phone about what the issue could be so that I might be able self-service my fridge. He is very in demand and I would suggest trying to schedule him with a few days notice if at all possible.Even when he showed up at my house, he gave me options for me to consider, one of which would have resulted in him not making as much money on this job. I gave him the green light to help me resolve the issue - since I have the the Land Rover of fridges (a Samsung French Door model) - and it had been 5+ years since the fridge had been inspected in detail by a repair person. At every major step during his inspection and work, he would show me exactly what he was doing and why it was important. He also gave me a 30 day warranty on the work and said if the issue came back within a year, it wouldnt cost me as much for him to come out again (Samsungs are notorious for issues with their ice machine and the main fridge compartment).If you have a Samsung or another fridge brand, dont call the 800 number. Call Thomas. Local, honest, experienced and trust worthy.

When my Samsung washing machine just decided to not wash anymore, I called Darius straight away, but due to him being out of town I thought I might find someone, who can come faster so I called every single appliance repair in Kennesaw and surrounding towns. But either they didnt pick up or were very offish on the phone, with not even having the decency to hear my issue but just telling me to make appointment, sometime next week for inspection. I had a very specific error code, that my washing machine was showing, but they didnt even wanted to know that, refused to give a quote and not even able to tell me a price range, just kept insisting that first service call needs to be done with payment due and then if I want repairs, that cost on top of the service fee. And then I called Darius again and the difference was night and day. Not only was he patient and listened to my issue, but he was also able to narrow down on the problem and give me a quote. He got the part from the supplier and showed up next day after memorial day. It turned out that he was able to pinpoint the source of the problem during our phone call before even seeing the washer and within 15 min he fixed it and my washing machine started working smoothly like before. I will never use anyone else for any appliance issues. He was patient, friendly and helpful. If you want someone, who really cares about your issue and will be honest to you, pick Darius.
