Technician showed up not in uniform which seemed a little unusual to me but I let it slide. It was clear that the technician was some type of independent contractor of Kiwi Services. He was not in an official uniform (dirty jeans and a T-shirt), his vehicle had no markings on it that represented Kiwi Services (Van was an old beat up minivan). Those were the first red flags. Once the technician was done cleaning carpet and left, I noticed what appeared to be 2 large spots on my carpet. I called customer service to complain. They sent out a representative to look at damage to my carpet and a claim was filed. After waiting almost 2 weeks I never heard back from anybody concerning my claim. I had to call in to check on the status. The rep on the phone told me that my claim had been denied. They stated that the damage to the carpet was bleach and that it was not caused by the cleaning tech because Kiwi cleaning products do not contain any bleach what so ever. I escalated the claim and was met with resistance and repeated denial of any wrong doing. As if I damaged my own carpet with bleach and decided to blame it on Kiwi services. The customer service dealing with this issue has been the poorest I have ever encountered. Still no resolution and I am not seeking legal counsel on the issue. I am unsure of what caused the damage to my carpet, maybe it was the cleaning solution used by the technician or maybe it was caused by the cleaning equipment (the buffer) some type of rug burn. I am certain that the damage was caused by the carpet cleaning technician. The damage was not there before he showed up. If damage was present before technician began working, I would think that the technician would document pre-existing damages to the carpet before beginning his work. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how I have been treated and handled by Kiwi Services. Very unprofessional.
I support many of the negative reviews about Kiwi Services. They are the least trustworthy service I have utilized in Atlanta during the few months I have been here. They made an appointment a few months ago, then called and changed the date. Later they called on the day of my duct cleaning and said they will reschedule. On the 3rd occasion, they scheduled a date, called and reconfirmed the date and did not show up. Each time, I took time off from work and waited at home. Totally disappointed with their customer service. If they cant make and keep appointments, how good will their service be?
I tried using this company. I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate which was more than a week away and they said they would be here from four to six. I received a couple of calls from Kiwi confirming my reservation for an estimate which I confirmed on both occasions. On the day the individual was scheduled to be at my house I received a call from Kiwi stating they were running a little behind and was this ok which I agreed would be fine that Id be home when they came. At seven I receive a call from a guy saying they had been given my job but couldnt make tonights appointment and wanted to know if the could reschedule for more than two weeks from the original appointment. I couldnt tell if the guy that called me actually worked for Kiwi or not or if he had been subcontracted to do the work. I told the individual that called and tried to reschedule my appointment I wouldnt be interested in doing business with Kiwi if they thought treating customers like this was acceptable. I would recommend not giving this company your business!
UPDATE 3: After filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally got a reimbursement check for the services we didnt receive. The three month fiasco is finally over.UPDATE 2: For whatever reason, Kiwi refused to issue a credit for the tile they didnt clean to the card that we had used originally to pay for this service. Instead, the said they had to send refunds by check. Now its been almost two months and we still dont have the check. Ive called countless times and each time Im told that they are busy and will reach out in a few days. What a joke. Ive filed a complaint with the BBB.In short, STAY AWAY.INITIAL REVIEW: The Kiwi tech showed up in an unmarked truck and no uniform. She was nice enough but, having inspected her work, I literally cant remember the last time I was this mad. The carpet was barely vacuumed, there are missed hairs, bits of paper, etc all over the place, and the woman didnt even bother to clean under desk where all shed need to do is move a rolling chair. By the looks of it, she completely skipped the tile cleaning and, according to a manager at Kiwi, flat out lied about having applied the tile sealer we paid for.A manager scheduled us for a redo next week so we now have to take MORE time off work to see if they can actually do the work the second time. I will update the review afterward.UPDATE 1: The guy who came out for the redo was better. He did a test patch on the tile and said they wouldnt do as good of a job on the cleaning as I do so they agreed to refund that portion of my payment. I was told that the refund will be sent by check in the mail in the next 30 days. The carpet was at least properly vacuumed this time. I wont try them again because weve hired others that have done better work in the past.
I have used Kiwi a number of times over the years. I scheduled a technician to come out on 7/31 to clean carpets in a home I purchased & will be moving into. Technician was prompt & did a fine job cleaning but after he left, I noticed a windowpane in one of the rooms is cracked. I called Kiwi immediately & was directed to an email address to which I was to send photos of the damage. I did so on 8/2 & still have not even received any acknowledgment of my message. Very disappointing.
Not pleased with the service, timeliness, or communication. I bought a used rug that needed cleaning in April. The technician came April 8 to pick up the rug. He warned that it might be 15-30 days until they were able to get to it. By June, I still hadn’t heard from them so called to get an update. They called back a few days later and finally dropped it off on June 10. When we unrolled it, it filled the room with a musty odor and the stains looked like they hadn’t even been touched. I’m very disappointed we waited 2 months for a dirty rug to be returned.
I have been waiting for over a month and a half for an appointment, that has been cancelled/rescheduled by Kiwi three times. They tried to reschedule yesterday, but I was not hearing that. They stated, the technician will be there by 10. Today, one hour prior to the arrival time for my appointment, I get a call from Kiwi, stating they will not be able to clean my carpet today. I have had furniture moved, done everything I needed to do to prepare for the cleaning. The reason I was given for the cancellation was, The technicians car broken down, and they didnt have anyone else to send out. REALLY!!! Needless to say, I am quite perturbed! I then asked for a manager, president, the owner, a top executive anyone over the person I was speaking with. The rep, who said she is a supervisor gave me a name. I then asked for a phone number, she said she couldnt give me one, I then asked for an email address she then gave me a generic email address and refused to give me any other contact information for this person. She offered to refund my warranty payment and later called back and said I didnt pay one. They gave me a credit because they had totally messed up my last years cleaning. I have been a Kiwi customer for over 15 years and Kiwi is now THE WORST!!! They really need to close their doors.
5 weeks ago Kiwi picked up my rug. I was told upfront that it would take some time and I agreed that was okay. What I didn’t agree to is paying to have my rug cleaned and it not be cleaned. My rug was was returned to me in the same condition I gave it to them in, not even vacuumed! I would like a resolution, either my rug be cleaned like I already paid for and returned this week by Saturday or a refund.
I have 2 persian rugs that needed to be washed and to remove some stains so I called up Kiwi Services based on their impressive reviews. They gave me 2 weeks period to come pick up my rugs and then to be cleaned. The pick up went very good. I showed the person the stains that needed to be cleaned and they told me it will take 4-6 weeks. After just one week I got a phone call that they were ready...and Im thinking Wow that was fast! Dont they need time to dry?Anyway, when I got them they didnt look like they were washed at all as the stains were still there and I found a couple of pets hairs or human hairs (who knows). It seemed they vacuumed my rugs aggressively, causing damage. If anybody is familiar with Persian rugs, you know they are very delicate since they have silk in them.I paid $368 and when I called them about the issue and my concerns they said there is nothing they can do about it.I immediately took my rugs to another company called Persian Oriental Rugs on Johnson Ferry Rd to see what they could do for me. They are more expensive but WOW my rugs are beautiful with all the stains gone. They look completely brand new.If you have delicate rugs DO NOT trust Kiwi and I recommend you go to Persian Oriental Rugs on Johnson Ferry RD.

If I could give negative stars I would. It started with the appointment for pick up, I had to take time off from work to meet them. Stood me up with no excuses. Customer service arranged for them to pick it up while I wasn’t there. The pandemic has made things a little funky so I wasn’t upset yet. After 4 months with my carpet, literally 4 months- they stood me up AGAIN on the delivery. Took time off from work AGAIN. No apologies or reasons and I had to contact to inquire as to the drop off status. Ended up dropping it off when I wasn’t there -again. So after all this, roll out the carpet, which wasn’t rolled up properly, dents and folds that had to relax, and the carpet is soiled in exactly the same spot it was when I scheduled this. No follow up or apologies for the missed appointments, nothing. I will NEVER EVER use or recommend this company again. And they weren’t even cheap- 260.00 for a 9x12 area rug? Still dirty? Never ever again. Save your money with this organization. Lousy experience start to finish.
Kiwi didnt show up for the appointment. Even worse, they confirmed the appointment and only offered a sorry. No appropriate or timely reschedule offered . Worse company Ive ever dealt with.

Worst service EVER! Stay clear away from this company. They offer a service and either are late or dont show up at all. Then will reschedule to not show up at that time either. Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. If you are looking for professionalism from a company or just a company that will show up, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! I have since relocated to the Atlanta Metropolitan area and was elated to learn that I can still get the same quality carpet cleaning services of which I was accustomed. The office staff and cleaning technicians are very friendly and professional. I am excited about the air duct cleaning service that was offered in response to my expressing that I have allergies. I felt that the staff member was genuinely concerned about our health and wellness which means a lot to me and my family. Not to mention I love that they use green products and a very nice citrus scent that is not overbearing in our home. Our Kiwi experience earlier this spring was awful. So many missteps by this company. The first time it was returned it was clear that it had only been vacuumed. When it came back the second time it was still filthy. Gently scrubbing a small area with mild detergent had massive improvement. But we didnt send it back again because theyd already had it nearly 90 days. They did discount the fee considerably at the end, and the people we spoke to were all pleasant and wanted to help. But whats the point if even basic execution isnt possible?
I stumble upon kiwi services doing a Google search for carpet cleaning in read the reviews and was pleased with their ratings. They came to my home on time play my sectional which was very large and my stairs and did an amazing job my couch look brand new and stairs were nice and clean. the gentleman that came to the home was very professional very courteous and I will definitely will use their services in the future.

The price was higher than others but well worth it based on the honesty, professionalism and clarity of their process. I couldnt buy their services because of my time constraints but will give them a positive review for their profession.
Wow, I dont even know what to say about this company. They had my rug for 2 months. It took 3 appointments to get it delivered back (they didnt show up twice). And the rug has not even been cleaned. It is just exactly the same as when they picked it up. Not clean. Im so upset and hoping they will give me refund. I would suggest not using this company.

Two no-show appointments. 1st time they called 15 min after window, technician had family emergency. Today, they never called. I called them 40 min after. Guy said he would find out. He never called back.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. Three area rugs ( two 9x12, one 8x10) were picked up from our home on September 3. I was told that they would be cleaned and inspected for any repairs. I was given a price on the day I scheduled the pickup of $611.77. After several weeks, I called to check on the rugs. I was told that an escalation ticket would be started and that someone would call back to let me know the status. No one called. I then called every week. I got the same answer about an escalation ticket but no one could give me any details about the rugs.Finally I was given a delivery date of October 10, but that was rescheduled due to rain. The new delivery date was today between 8am and 5pm. I was told that I would get a call when they were on their way. When I didn’t hear from anyone by 5pm, I began to call any number I could find for Kiwi but none of them worked. Finally, at 5:30pm and without calling first, your delivery person arrives. He is not wearing a mask and we had to give him one. He removes our rugs out of the back of a truck where they were lying on top of a bunch of junk. Two were rolled and wrapped in plastic and one was folded up and tied with string ( just as it had been when it was originally picked up from our home.Upon inspection, the folded rug was found to be in the exact condition as when it was picked up. It was not clean and had not been repaired as requested. The other two rugs that were rolled and covered in plastic were then inspected by us. They too were found to still be dirty with leaves and sticks strewn over them. The 8x10 rug even had a new stain and was damp where something was spilled on it.The delivery man called his manager who began to argue with us that the rugs were clean and repaired. Clearly he was not telling the truth as two rugs were exactly as they were at pickup and one rug was in worse shape.I have never encountered such unprofessional incompetence. First, the rugs were kept for 6 weeks without anyone ever calling me or notifying me of any delay or problem. Secondly, none of my inquiries were ever answered when I called on my own. And thirdly, no service was ever performed on the rugs and they were returned dirty and in disrepair. Of course, the one thing that was communicated the day before delivery was the amount I owed you. I did not and will not be paying for services that were clearly not performed. No one even tried to clean these rugs.
This company is a complete sham...6 weeks later I still dont have my rug and I was told I would have it back in 10 days. Ive called every week since and Im told to call back every 6 days. They are completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. DO NOT BOOK! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I had booked Kiwi for carpet cleaning and repair. On the day that they were scheduled to come in the morning, they did not show. After calling them several times to find out when their technician would arrive, I was finally told that they did not have an available technician to provide service that day. After speaking with them, I decided to give them another chance to provide service the next day. They promised that I would be first on the schedule. Halfway through that morning window appointment, I called again to find out where the technician was. I was told that there was no available technician that morning because he was assigned to do a $600 job, which was more than my job would cost. I voiced my frustration that despite being promised a morning appointment for the second day in a row, they not only ignored my appointment, but did so in favor of servicing the more expensive job. In addition, had I not made the phone call to them, I would not have known that my time was again to be wasted!Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment. While I received a call from the corporate office, it was too little, too late. Their lack of communication; their lack of concern that customers schedule these appointments around other responsibilities was apparently not a concern to their dispatcher(s).My advice: be wary of this companys promises.

Had an appointment between 10-12...they didnt call to say they were running late. I called them at 2pm, and they said they were behind schedule, and would be at my home in 45 min. I cancelled...I had other things to do. I had already waited almost 3 extra hrs for them to show.

He was prompt, even a little early.He was thorough, professional, and did ever ask of the service.Finding out Brandon was a new hirer to Kiwi impressed me even more of because of the level of service provided.I was so pleased I have hired them to due my carpets next week, the entire 5 bedroom house.
So disappointed in this company! Was told one thing and did different. Did not move anything to clean carpet under. When I talked to sells rep they I was supposed to move everything off floor. I paid almost $400 to move my own furniture. They are out of there freaking mine. I would have gave a zero if I could. One mad mess up carpet customers.

Customer service (which is sourced out in Dallas) tells me they have no idea what’s going on and why it has not been delivered. Never using this company again. They basically stole or lost my rug. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay for the rug or return it.

Its fast and easy to set up an appointment, and they can typically come out the same week you call them. They have an awesome warranty (but I have never had to use it). I found out about Kiwi 2 years ago, and I was attracted to there 1st time client offer. The service was excellent and I was very satisfied. I had planned to use the 12 month revisit plan, which is a awesome deal, but because of my busy schedule didnt get around to it. Now, I needed them again and figured since I had already used the 1st time client offer Id have to pay full price. But to my surprise I was eligible for an even better deal, also they offered to keep in contact with me to make sure I dont miss my regular cleaning. I highly recommend Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning. They have good prices and excellent service.

I waited 2 weeks for appointment and the day come for tech to show up and NO SHOW, I called the Kiwi and an unprofessional person answered phone and stated they needed to reschedule until 28th, he had loud music playing in background and stated he could not here me. IF YOU PLAYING LOUD MUSIC of course you cant hear. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Dont expect them to hit an appointment window on a Saturday, dont expect any follow up because their departments dont talk to each other.First, they missed the appointment window on a Saturday with no phone call, after confirming the day before. I called, they said someone was in my neighborhood but a previous call was taking longer than expected. They called 2 hours later to reschedule to a weekday the following week, saying Saturdays are busy (then why offer?). I have no idea what took so long, because the person just picks up the rug-- didnt even unroll it, even though they said it would be inspected at pick up. If all youre doing is transporting, then how can calls take longer than expected?So I called to ask about the inspection, as what I discussed with the original sales rep was getting their professional opinion on whether the Ozone treatment was needed. They had something totally different in the notes-- that I would wait to see if I wanted to schedule a second cleaning with the Ozone treatment. That would make no sense and they basically admitted they dont really inspect the rugs, so I asked to have the Ozone treatment added. Now I get a call confirming the appointment for the rug to be delivered, and they didnt do the Ozone treatment after all. Most likely didnt do the additional protection treatment they said theyd add for free for missing the original appointment (I had to ask how they could make it right- wasnt offered).Currently waiting on a call from the sales team, because while the person who called me from Dallas to confirm the appointment could see that there were notes requesting something different than what was in the original order, she apparently isnt able to do anything other than confirm the appointment time (which doesnt seem to matter, anyway). Im not hopeful, because the last time someone from customer service was supposed to respond, I had to reach out to them myself.Please reallocate your staffing resources, set up an autodialer/email/text system to confirm appointments with an option to speak to a live person, and have that person able to respond to customer service issues in a meaningful way, regardless of where they sit.Will update if this gets resolved and when rug is returned.
With 3 small kids, I love the fact that I can have my carpet professionally clean at an affordable price. The also like the method they use for cleaning because the carpet dries quickly before everyone gets home (no wet socks all day). Although it is sometimes difficult to get a good time slot, the customer service is great and the people are friendly.

Kiwi Services did a fantastic job cleaning our sectional sofa! We have two small children, two dogs, and a cat, so our sofa was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Kiwis team was very thorough and left our couch looking and smelling great! We will absolutely be using them again in the future.
I had an appointment set up weeks in advance. Waited the two hour window and called 45 minutes later after no one showed up. I was told that I would receive a call back within 15 minutes and then 45 minutes later I called again. They told me sorry no one can come out Because we let go one of our technicians. They then wanted to set up a time three days later to come out. Beware of this company
Ive had KIWI to come to my house on 3 occasions and have now scheduled the 4th. Troy was my technician and he does an incredible job. He is quick but thorough. The customer service at KIWI is top notch as well. Once when they had to cancel because the technician was sick, they came out of another day and cleaned my carpet free of charge. I highly recommend KIWI services.
Carpet cleaning was excellent, very thorough and got out any stains and smelled very fresh. Carpet was soft and smooth and not stiff and crunchy after cleaning. Service was very quick. Easy to schedule. I’m a repeat customer and just scheduled my second cleaning. Great discounts for return customers. Very reasonable prices. Always lots of emails offering specials.

The service technicians are polite and helpful and take pride in doing a good job. Nice and courteous employee who introduced himself and the cleaning process. Technician has been working for kiwi more than 10 years and was happy himself. He was able to get 2 spots out of rug without much effort.
They always do a great job cleaning our rugs. They do a very detailed cleaning and the technicians are always very friendly. Easy to work with on appointment times as well. The warranty is an incredible deal. They come back out and clean during the year for a small transportation fee.

I had called Kiwi to clean two upholstered chairs for my 100year old blind aunt.Her chairs needed to be cleaned badly! Rico cleaned those two chairs so well they looked brand new.Beyond being good at what he does,Rico was so respectful and kind to a little old blind lady.Some people dont take the time to make human contact.He reached out his hand to her and thanked her for the opportunity to work for her! First experience was great.Second experience fell flat on its face.3 followups to the day - I got up early to clean up the space. Later between 2 and 4.. No call. I called at 430 to understand nexts steps and was offered another appointment 1 week from today. Coined as a reset. I asked to be removed from the schedule and will do it myself since everything is moved out.

I used Kiwi carpet cleaning services for the first time. Troy was very professional, took time to ensure we were pleased with the cleaning. Troy also took time to explain how spills and spots reoccur, what’s best to remove them. Troy also explained how the guarantee works in the event we were not happy or if they need to come back. We were very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
Service attendant was very prompt professional and courteous. I appreciate the fact he didnt come telling me what he would not do. Maybe next time you could give him some type of fragrance, to let me know the carpets were really treated and are clean. All in all I like him. He was very clean. Maintained cleanliness throughout my house.

They have independent contractors to come out to your home. No company vehicle or anything. We had a guy come out once to clean our carpet. The smells came back a few days later. They sent another guy back out that weekend the carpet stayed fresh for maybe a week or so. Find another company to go with or clean your own carpet. The owner responded to this review stating someone would be calling me. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a call yet!

They vacuum your carpet, carefully move your furniture, professionally clean your carpet, and once they leave its dry. They actual respect your time and come within the timeframe and remained respectful during their entire visit. What more can you ask for from a professional carpet cleaning service. The carpet looks brand new, I love their service and will definitely use their services again. Please note: some places clean your carpet and it looks good for a few days and once its completely dry, dirt resurfaces. But that has not been my issue with Kiwi Services.

The previous owners of my home really did a number on the carpet but he was able to bring it back to life. I would definitely recommend Kiwi to my friends and family.
Great carpet service, never been disappointed in the cleaning. My only advice to give is to make the appointment before you want them to come because I have noticed they are typically late, probably because they are giving great service so make it to the next job later than the 3 hr window.
