The service center was great but Nissan is horrible. They know they have problems with their CVT transmissions and they dont want to do nothing about it. Just a simple google search on the transmission they put in their vehicles and you can see countless horror stories regarding their transmissions they put in their vehicles. Me, myself have a 2014 Infiniti qx60. Love the car but of course driving it for only 1 week and the transmission starts slipping. I go to the service center and they tell me I need to pay almost 8 grand to get it fixed. I said if they can work with me on this issue amd the service rep tells me Nissan knows they have a big problem and dont want to recall it because its going to cost them lots of money. The rep told me it doesnt hurt to try and call 1800Nissan1 and see if they can work with me on this. I also had a 2015 Nissan altima and of course the infamous CVT transmission is in there too and of course that went with only 3 weeks worth of driving.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Sat here for an hour and wasn’t even approached by 1 of the many sales people they had walking around. Was looking to getting a new lease but guess I’m taking my 3 leases somewhere else.
Greg was so helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. Looking forward to working with Greg again in the future.
