Table was creaking the entire massage therapist ensured me everything was fine. Went to get up from table. The table collapsed I fell to the floor scraping my arm bumping my head. Therapist told me the tables are more than 7 years old. The therapist apologized and said there wasnt anything more they could do. Ended up with sprained knee and crutches and no one even called to check in.

My husband and I had approximately $250.00 in gift cards and made appointments to finally use them- post COVID. We drove 45 minutes to get to our appointment and the receptionist said the gift cards weren’t in their system and then called the manager for assistance. The manager said they wouldnt honor them because they no longer had them in their system. The manager said we would have to provide receipts from purchasing them a few years ago to prove we bought them at this specific location. They were purchased at this location, there was no expiration on the gift cards, and with COVID we had held on to them longer than planned and she took no responsibility nor offered any resolution. Terrible customer service and also their book keeping clearly needs some significant improvements as they do not keep a record of the gift cards their business sells. Was shocked that she offered no resolution or apology and then hung the phone up on me- terrible experience!!!

The membership is great. Massages are wonderful with therapist i have had. Not good availability for facials in the evenings right now but i hope this will change soon.

***UPDATE*** Called and requested to speak with the manager on Monday. Spoke with the co manger who took down my complaint, but informed me that the manager would be calling me. Never received a phone call back from the manager.Yesterday I had a hot stone massage and I was told that it would be 2 hours long. The massage ended up 1 1/2 hours long. When speaking with the therapist, he told me that with the stones, he cant do hard pressure and I said that is is just fine with me because I dont like hard pressure and prefer light pressure. The amount of pressure that was used was not light it was hard and I was tensed up for a majority of the massage. Also I dont feel like enough lotion was used, as I felt like friction was occurring during the massage. Not once was I asked about the pressure and honestly, I was in too much pain to even speak out.Initially after the massage, I felt okay. One hour later, I could barely move. When I went to bed, I basically cried myself to sleep because I was in so much pain. Today after waking up, I had to take Advil because Im still so incredibly sore and in pain. A massage is supposed to relieve the pain, not make it worse or cause more pain than what I had going into the massage.I definitely wont be going back to this location or any other Massage Retreat and Spa. I wish I could get back my $100+ that I spent yesterday for my services.

I booked an appointment for 3pm when I showed up I waited 20MINS just for my esthetician not to show up they didn’t offer anything for my time wasted but if it was the other way around & I didn’t show up I bet I would’ve got charged. Just unprofessional

I go here often and have never had a bad experience, all staff are polite and professional and the facility is very clean. I have the monthly membership and love it but you dont have to have it if you want to go inn here and there, they almost always have some sort of promotion or deal going on as well. I would recommend this place!

I have been going to this location for a few years now, participating in the Healthy Savings Plan. This is absolutely not a knock on anyone else Ive seen, but Brianna did a notably remarkable job this week. I opted for a 90 minute session with the Deep Muscle Relief booster which I would highly recommend for anyone who is on the tight side and needing a little more help to loosen up. I was having tension headaches consistently prior to my last appointment (I hadnt been able to get in for a while) and Ive felt so much better since the treatment and following Briannas home care advice. I am very happy with my results.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Brianna k., the massage therapist, gave me the best massage Ive ever had! I like more pressure to be applied and she did amazing! What I loved the most was that she gave me advice after the massage on what I could do at home to relieve the knots in my back. Overall, I had a great experience😊

I have been getting a deep tissue/trigger point massage for over 25 years now for my muscles. And hands down Fay is the best (if you can book with her, do it) love this place.......

My girl was hilariously open with me the whole time during my prenatal massage and while that may not be for everyone, I personally felt more relaxed talking to someone like we were friends when Im 90% naked at 9 months pregnant. She worked out so much tension built up from sleeping on my left side, lower back pain and neck knots. Left feeling refreshed and ready to have this baby

Great massage therapists - I have seen about 5 of them outside my regular lady, just need to explain when scheduling what you are looking for. Have had no issues with scheduling or cancellations. Great tables, room esthetics and soothing music. Highly recommend the deep muscle relief, very cold when leaving, but really helps during and after the massage.

Worst message ever! They promptly stopped at 8pm for my hour message that they didnt even start until 7:20. And you have to apply pressure to call it a message. Dont waste your time or your money!!

Been here a few times and usually have a great experience. I had a 90 min massage yesterday with Courtney and it was the best massage Ive had. Only down fall, the people in the room next door were VERY loud. I believe the masseuse and client knew each other so they were talking and laughing the whole time. It was distracting and I found myself listening to their conversation verses relaxing. I wished the masseuse in the other room was more professional and whispered.

I made an appointment after 9pm the night before and woke up with the flu- and with their policy they pulled my session still even though I couldn’t make. When I was clearly upset about the situation, I was hung up on. This is not my first or second bad customer service experience with the company. I will be cancelling my membership and providing someone else with my business going forward.

Great experience! I have been a member for 2+ years and never had an issue. The front desk folks are friendly and accommodating. The therapists work with you to identify specific areas of need and follow up from the previous session.

I just had the most wonderful massage! I can turn my head without discomfort. Highly recommend Roy.

If I could give zero stars I would! BEWARE!! I received a facial here not even 2 days ago, and now I have a giant stye in my eye. Clearly, the staff is not trained on cleanliness. There are much better places to receive spa services.

First of all, I was satisfied with the three massages that I had time to find time and schedule. But “buyer beware”… I signed up for their membership which is a year commitment at $65 dollars a month. They wouldn’t let me cancel. I guess I didn’t realize what I was really agreeing to. They won’t let me off the hook. So here I sit paying them $65/mo. I’ll struggle to find the times I can get in to get a message for the remaining months. But they don’t care! They promptly told me that if I didn’t continue to pay that they would turn my account over to “collections”. I can see being on the hook if these were actually “goods” but to be stuck paying for services of this sort when you can’t find the time to receive the services.... is just plain crooked.

I accidentally came to this location and said I had an appt. at 1:00 and they said i was checked in. I sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes watching other guests be greeted and get called for their apts. Not once was I asked for my name. To further alienate me, 2 of the women at the greeting desk would look at me and proceed to whisper amongst themselves. I would give zero stars if possible.

Always an amazing experience. We have a membership and have been getting couples massages monthly for 2 years.

I requested an appointment online and hadnt heard back a week later. I sent in another email asking why I never received any follow up. They called me that day and said I had already been scheduled for this Sunday. (mind you I gave 3 possible days as options in my request) Thankfully I was still available for the day they scheduled me. I got the morning of my appointment only to be told Id have to reschedule because someone was out sick. Very unimpressed. I will go back and try a different location only because I have a gift card I dont want to waste.

I dont know what all these people are talking about. My massage was great. I got a couples massage with my wife and we both enjoyed it very much.

Nice environment with good staff. I had two services (massage and facial), both therapists were knowledgeable and have good tips for home maintenance (stretches, skin care).

The ladie at the desk was extremely rude! She wouldnt take no for an answer. She yelled at me for being right on time for my appointment. If they had told me on the phone to be early i definitely would have. The massage sucked! They were very rough. Im so soar I can hardly move. I have had tonz of massages at multiple different places. This by far was the worst experience EVER! They are also very dishonest about there pricing. I pay $70 more than I thought I would be paying. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy!

I had the most awful experience. Waste of money. They were 15 minutes late for my facial, they spent ten minutes just talking and they ended 15 minutes early. So I got a 20 minute facial and paid for an hour. And the facial was awful. My toddler can do a better job.

Brianna gave me the worst massage Ive ever had. I came in and told her Id been moving and so Id been bending and lifting and from my lower back to my mid hamstrings was killing me. She spent collectively about 30 seconds even coming close to the painful parts of my back (she never actually massaged the part that needed it).

Horrible customer service!! Severe lack of communication with scheduled appointments cancelled 15 min prior. Only 1or 2 good therapists on hand and no availability! Dont waste your time or money getting stuck with a 2 year contract thats not worth the hassle!

First experience with company: Receptionist asked for credit card to hold appointment but never once said if I didnt make it to the appointment that I would be charged $35 nor did I sign anything.My eye exam ended up going late and my phone was dead to call, ended up being charged $35 a few hours later.Needless to say I will be getting my lawyer involved.
