So everytime I’ve booked and had a wax done It was a good service but as I booked for my birthday wax, I get a call saying I can’t book with them anymore saying i can only come in for walk ins. Because I had THREE no shows. Which if they understand things happen. But NO ONE said or reminded me the next time I came in even after a no show like “hey! If you don’t show up to your next two appointments you won’t be able to book with us.” How was I supposed to know that. And saying I can’t ever book with any location. So inconvenient if I come in and you guys can’t fit me it’d just be a waste. Thanks again.

Just got my eyebrows done by Samantha! She is super kind and makes you feel like your best friend is doing your wax! My eyebrows look amazing! Also the front desk lady is super kind as well! 5/5 stars! Will be continuing to go back!

Every bit of the experience I have received at the MG location has been amazing from the receptionists, the clean facility and of course the outstanding service I receive from Vicka! I followed her from another location and have been seeing her for about two years now and I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else but her. She is professional, friendly and ensures the service she provides is top notch. I drive 45 minutes out of my way just to see her, I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new specialist or if this is your first time. She makes you feel very comfortable and talks you through what she is doing on your first visit!

I went to the maple grove location. The lady that did mine was super nice and talked with me about all things needed for after care and gave me ideas for my next wax. She was super happy and did my wax in about 15 minutes. I didnt feel like I was judge or rushed.i gave her a nice tip and will see her next month. I forgot her name but she is amazing. Lets not forget about the receptionist she was amazing and taking my information, offering different ways to pay and booking my nexet appointment,Thanks ladies Dao

I would avoid this company. Apparently when you walk in for appointment they still count you as a no show with being 8 mins late due to traffic. I have been a loyal client for over a year will no longer

I’ve been to this new location a few times and the staff here are great! So professional and easy to work with. Selma always does excellent work and I doubt I will ever go to anyone else for my wax! I followed her from another EWC location and the staff made it such a smooth transition for me. Since it’s a new location, the facilities are beautiful and it’s always clean. I have no problem going out of my way to come to the MG location, I’ve had a great experience so far!

First time. Not bad though it felt a little rushed. But next time al be on time and maybe the experience will be different.

Very professional and a great environment! Everyone was very nice and helpful when needed. The place was well kept and clean! They were on time and got me in and out with no issues. Also very professional with a sense of having fun and good attitudes about their jobs which makes it a relaxing place to be. Would recommend Julia over and over!

I’ve been to this location multiple times now, it’s very clean and the workers are very nice and respectful. The only person I go to here is Julia and she always does an amazing job and is very respectful and provides great service.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but i felt that this place needed one . i’ve been going here for about 8 months now . i’ve seen a variety of the staff & i was pretty impressed . usually with other places, you have a few staff members who aren’t up to par, but that’s not the case here . i have always been greeted the second i walk in the door & they ask what they can help me with (sometimes they even recognize me - which is awesome) . & the waxers are always friendly & i like to talk so they are great at keeping a conversation going while i’m getting waxed . they have mentioned their products to me & ive actually purchased a few . they are honest about how each product works & what would be the best for you personally . i haven’t always felt very comfortable while doing some type of beauty appointment (hair / wax / etc), but this staff makes it so easy for me to feel comfortable & relaxed . julia is my frequent waxer, but i have seen others & they are all equally amazing . the text / email reminder for your appointment is a plus . i’ve also been late a few times & they are always so understanding & still get me in or give me another date that might work better . extremely happy with this location ! definitely check it out !! :)

This location is a joke. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. Not only do they provide horrible service ( at this location ) they actually mocked a customer right in front of me. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Lauren provided a horrible experience.

Samantha, my esthetician, was very welcoming and made me comfortable! She answered all my questions. The facility was very clean and the woman at the front desk was very courteous! Will definitely be returning!

My wife had a reservation for her wax and they kept rescheduling her, when my wife finally decided to talk to the manager about it, they said the offer was finished and that my wife was harassing them. Very unprofessional staff and very rude.
