Had the worst experience ever. I’ll spare the details. But when I had messaged the clinical manager she did not respond back appropriately to fix the issue. If they don’t care about my health or life, they’re probably not going to care much about yours. It’s all about money to them. Judging by previous reviews, this is not the first time something like this has happened. You are better off heading to nystrom. If you want help, stay away from this place.

Wonderful front desk staff! Talked with Lori, Jess and Kelsy. Everyone of them were very very nice and understanding. They all were very patient and understanding. Whoever works in the Maple grove office was so nice to my mother. She was very very kind to her. Thank you so much for that!

To mirror others feedback, this practice is disorganized, rude, and unprofessional. From the appointment staff to the therapist, you for one have a massive intake form to fill out and assume if you spend the time doing that then the therapist would actually read it and prepare for your appointment, not the case so they were happy to charge me for an appointment I spent the entire time answering questions I had already done on a profiled form. The therapist did not seem prepped in anyway or good at leading an uncomfortable conversation which seems like it would be a requirement for this type of job. Then attempted to charge me for a “no show” when they switched my appointment time 3 times that week. I could go on but main point AVOID THIS PRACTICE.

The clinic staff along with Dr. Dahl have been nothing but caring. They show professionals return phone calls or emails right way. I needed surgery and Dr. Dahl sent me a message to check on me. I have been a patient for over 7 years with bi-weekly to weekly appointments. Lastly, you dont have wait 2 months to get in for an appointment.

Very negative experience here. Half of the time the psychologist showed up 20 minutes late and the other half of the time she didnt show up at all. I found the staff to be very unhelpful and rude when trying to reschedule the visits that the psychologist had missed. Please find a different psychologist, because this one is overbooked and understaffed.

I called to schedule an appointment because I thought I would prefer this clinic over the one I already had a future appointment with. The lady right off the bat answered the phone in a rude way. I asked her if they took my insurance and she was like “................umm that’s something you have to check for yourself or call your insurance company” I told her that every clinic I had ever called just simply told me yes or no if they take Cigna or if certain doctors were at least covered. She replied “...do you want to make an appointment?” I told her I’d have to call back then after checking with my insurance company and she hung up the phone without saying anything else. I was completely shocked that a healthcare person working on the PHONE would speak to someone seeking out care in that way. Obviously I never called back and will stick with my original appointment elsewhere. The doctors may be nicer but it says something about the company as a whole when they have people like that working their front desk.

I was appalled and deeply disappointed by the way I was treated when attempting to make an appointment. For an establishment that is supposed to be a safe place for helping others, I was horrified by the way one of the administrators spoke to me! She was so incredibly rude, I was dumbfounded. I had to cancel my first “consultation” appointment because I thought I was going into labor a few hours before my scheduled appointment. She was rude when I explained my situation, but decided not to charge me for my last minute cancellation. When I tried to reschedule, I was told I could no longer see the original doctor I had wished to see. I wanted to get in as soon as possible before I had my baby. I couldn’t get an appointment in time and was told the first initial appointment “wouldn’t help anyway.” I could go on but don’t want to write a book. Bottom line, this woman was not helpful and seemed angry at me and this facility made it so difficult to make an appointment. You never know what someone is going through or what’s going on in their life, please try to always be kind- especially at a place full of physiologists and therapists and people who are “supposed” to be helpful. Being rude makes things so much worse and doesn’t help any situation. I will tell people I know to steer clear of this place.

I look forward to coming to Healthwise every time I make an appointment here. My therapist is Heidi and she’s been amazing, she’s a little hard to get into sometimes but that’s understandable and not a problem for me hardly ever. Kelsey at the front desk always remembers my name when I come in no matter how long it’s been since I’ve come in or what color my hair is (I change my hair fairly frequently) and that always makes me feel really special. I tell everyone about this place, I just adore coming here!

I have worked with two different providers at this location and they have both been incredibly knowledgeable and excellent in their practices. I would highly recommend this location!

My family uses 2 different therapists there and they are both wonderful. I really love the cozy environment of the offices, makes it easy to feel safe.

Stacy is an amazing therapist with knowledge and training in many different areas that were helpful for me as a mother, daughter, mother and fiancé. She also allows you to bring young children if needed. She’s perfect!

The staff there are extremely friendly! They make sure you are in good hands and are very flexible in appointment scheduling. I would recommand this place to anyone, it is in a great location and has parking.

Did not take time to explain payment or fees. Two appointments cost over $400, so I cancelled third due to financial strain and they charged me (without saying anything on the phone) for a late cancellation. Poor communication. No follow up.
