This is hands down the best nail place I have ever been to. I have used high end salons and gone to some cheaper ones as well. I used to drive 45 minutes just to come get my nails done here before I moved back to the area. The staff is amazing and are very patient. Alex is the absolute best, and I will forever come here and use this salon.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I was charged too much for some poorly done nails. I went in the next day to tell the lady i was unhappy with my nails to see if she could fix them or take them off and she said that she wasn’t going to do anything about it. I truly do not recommend this place. She did not do what i wanted i even showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just did a bad job. Im so disappointed...

I recently moved her from SC. One of the first weeks here I made an appointment here and have been back every two to three weeks. This salon has found a great way to differentiate itself in a very competitive market. They are priced competitively but offer services above and beyond that dont cost them extra but make you feel special. For example, removing jell polish they file the top layer off and then wrap the remover around your nails. It reduces time it takes to remove the polish,. When getting both a manicure and pedicure both are done in the pedicure chair. They place a large pillow on your lap and place the ultra violet light on the pillow. You go through two 60 second cycles versus one between polish layers. I have yet to have my polish chip or come off at all between visits. The service options range from basic pedicure prices at 25.00 to highest option at 53.00. Very reasonable for whatever your budget is that pay period.. Great place.. I highly recommend it... Terrific service!! Friendly staff that are happy to serve you! My mom and I went in kind of late, and they took us in happily. You can tell they enjoy their job, with in turn makes it a very enjoyable environment. Also their technique is spot on.

My Girlfriend went here to get her nails done for prom and long story short, the woman didn’t do what was wanted but nearly completely opposite and she had shown the woman pictures of what exactly she wanted. It was a completely different color and not shaped either. When she got out she went and talked to some of her friends and family and they said she should go back and get it redone. Well I was thinking, they messed up, it should be free since she did it wrong. But they tried charging us full price at first. But we managed to get it down to half, but it’s still wrong. I think if you messed up you should fix your mistake free of charge.

Very good experience. I have diabetes and they did a fantastic job on my feet. Definitely a great place to get spoiled.

I passed by other places I normally go to because they had a wait. I stopped here because they had no customers. I see why. Worse place ever!! This was my 1st time and my last. The owner is not friendly at all. He barely communicate with you. Limited selection of polish and average shop. Their prices a bit much for the service provided. They are not up to date as their competitors in the area to charge the prices they do. I had to pay $10 to get another color because the one I had was too thick and it was coming up around edges as it dried. This was before I got out the chair. Its not like I left the shop or didnt like the color and just wanted a new color. It was because the polish was too thick and wasnt a clean finish. It looked as if I did it myself. I have never had to pay additional $ for something that wasnt right to get it corrected at any shop whether its an upscale spa or average nail shop in walmart. I usually dont take time to write reviews but had to for this place because they are all about $ not the service. I should have read the recent reviews 1st. I was there over 2 hours and only 1 other person came in and I see why. This place will not last in this area. Do not go here or you will regret it. Its too many other locations in walking distance thats 100% better and show their eagerness to satisfy each customer.I dont have the option to respond back to the owners response so I have to edit this one to comment. What he said is 100% false. The tech only painted my feet once with 1 color. She did not have to test the initial color I went with nor did she fully paint all 10 toes with one color after another. She had to keep adjusting the initial color because of the thickness of the polish. If you had taken the time to ask was I satisfied, you would have known what the issue was instead of putting incorrect info in your response. After having to change my color after it dried is when she tested 3 other colors that she helped to pick but it wasnt on all of my toes just one because she saw my disappointment and wanted to ensure it was right that time around. The tech was the only one that was polite. Also I stayed longer than usual trying to get that initial color to dry because it was so thick and ensuring the 2nd polish picked was dry. I decided to go back threw the process of saving time of going elsewhere and wait. Lastly, Your response furthermore proves my point of you not caring about your customers satisfaction but rather go back and forth. Usually a response to a customer starts off with I apologize for your experience.......

They were nice, but they cut my finger pretty bad. Also I just got my nails (real nails)painted, instead of the top coat, I asked for the matte top coat. They charged me an extra 3 dollars to put matte top coat on nails. I literally have never paid extra for that. Crazy. Wont go back.

I found my former nail technician - Teresa Shes great so Im happy. The people there are friendly and the place is clean. I recommend it. Shes no longer there so neither am I.

Bad service and they cut you. I recommend that nobody go there. I got cut 3 times and thought maybe the girl was having a bad day so I went back....a different girl cut me too. With all of that and they are VERY rude. Go somewhere else!!!!
