I went there because I had previously went to another salon and they completely chopped my hair so I went to smart styles to have them fix it, I have been here several times and they always do a pretty good job on my hair as I am very picky about it! But some of the staff that works here are so unfriendly and just kinda cut your hair and get u out which is fine but its just kinda awkward setting in complete silence while someone is holding scissors above your head. Other than that I would recommend them for a good hair style and cut,color Ive had it all done here only the ontario walmart one not any others there horrible at the other one!

Mackenzie was absolutely wonderful! LOVE the new style! She did exactly what I wanted and had great recommendations for me and my daughter. Kayla did my daughters cut and she really likes hers too. Thanks ladies! We WILL be back!

Dee Dee is amazing! Cant recall the last time Ive had a great hair cut. Also, I wanted to take my hair as close as possible back to its original color (silvery white) and multiple other hairstylists told me 1. Not to because I would look 100 years old and 2. I just had to let the brown grow out on its own. Dee Dee got it close to my roots and Im thrilled. Now I can let it grow out without a vivid demarcation line. Thanks Dee Dee. Youre nothing short of amazing.

They are usually so good. Wearing a mask made it more difficult for my stylist to cut my hair properly. I had to go back the next day and she fixed my hair at no charge.

Great Salon, very clean and very professional. Mackenzie is the only one Ill ever let touch my hair.

I would definitely recommend Mackenzie Castle. She was very nice and very sweet. She gave me the most perfect hair cut. And is very careful about what she wants for your hair and she cares... definitely the best there in my opinion. She needs a raise!!! lol

Got a perm here and about two weeks later doesn’t look good at all so dont spend $50 It’s a waste of money👍

I had a 5pm appointment. I arrived and checked in at 4:45pm. They took people in front of me that had just arrived. They acted as if they didnt know I was waiting. I walked out at 5:30pm. after bringing their attention to the issue. Wasted my time.

I cant lie, I wont be back. The hairdressers are sweet people, my cut though...not what I asked for, nor was it even. It might have been the luck of the draw, but haircuts should be decent enough to want to come back...I rarely get my hair cut...but I got comments about how uneven...and as it grows its getting even more obvious that it was a bad cut.

Horrible. I had 13 cut off my hair for a cancer donation well sherleen was supposed to just trim it and make some layers.... well she cut at least 3 more inches off. You think if i wanted any more cut off i would have donated it like the rest... so angry

Didnt really like my hair cut and the price is steep. Ill never go back.
