I like that I can get in there fairly quickly and not have to make an appointment. They are following all safety measures: You go in and set up what you want done. Then they have you go to your car and wait until they come get you. They are not allowing anyone to wait inside. All of the operators wear masks. They sanitize after each client. All of them are very friendly and helpful

I took my grandson to get his hair cut and ended up getting mine done as well. What can I say? They did a great job!!!!

I absolutely love the staff, policies not so much. I cannot even look at product because I stepped out of my box to do so. Had to wear a mask (last I checked that was up to the customer) couldn’t stand at counter to pay, couldn’t pay in cash and was charged to leave a tip on my card. I understand being safe but I think this is a little much. Let me repeat. Staff was wonderful, but I won’t be back.

Receptive staff, good cut!

I used to always go there when it was Famous Hair and now that they changed names I never got the chance to make it over there, but they were not professional in the way they spoke about the person that cut my hair the last time and she made remarks that it was a bad job. She did a worse job than the person before and I am not satisfied with my cut at all. Terrible

I am going to toot our own horn here a bit. I understand the frustrations that come with the covid-19 restrictions, trust me I do! (I work here)Since we have reopened, our company has made very strict guidelines for us to follow, masks required of all who are in the salon, sanitizing our stations after every guest/client/customer, clean, fresh cape for each one, handwashing/sanitizing our hands and yours, high touch areas (door handles, light switches, etc). No cash to pay for your service(s).It is with great pride that I work here. We have done everything that we possibly can to keep not only you healthy, but ourselves and our familes too.With these guidelines, appointment times may run a little late, please be patient with us. Its for all of our health and safety.Thank you to all of you who are navigating these waters with us. We want to be back to normal as much as you but until then, this is what we must do.

New guy named joe did horrible job on my son he cried all nite n begged to not go to school be sure u r confident in ur ability to cut hair before u ruin someones hair wont be going back

They did a great job on my sons hair, and my lil girls hair.. but my 3 year old, and I were next for her hair to be cut, an employee who was not working came in with her daughter and goes straight back to the kids chair, so my daughter had to sit in the big chair which shes not used to. I even said we were next and shes used to sitting in the kids chair for a cut. That comment was basically ignored. I found it rude and was slightly offended that I am paying for my childs cut, but was basically put to the side so an employee whos NOT paying can bring her daughter straight in to put pink color in her hair. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I feel if the employees want to bring their children in to do there hair it should be at a time when no other customers are waiting.

I dont usually post negative reviews but I just want to let others know to beware of this business. I took my daughter to Famous Hair on Ashland road (Stewart plaza) because her friend was getting her hair done there and she wanted to get hers done at the same time. Against my better judgement, I let her go but she ended up with the worst case scenario in hair color horror stories. We agreed upon a picture of blonde hair with low lights and signed off on that. The price went up due to the length of her hair so I agreed to that amount via text. After she was in the chair several other prices were quoted so they talked her into all over color to make it cheaper. This is not what we as parents agreed to!! She went in with beautiful blonde hair and just wanting low-lights...she came home with all over color...as a Red head!!! Took her to get it fixed and after a huge debate with the manager (whom blamed it on my daughter) an extremely kind employee (Terry, thank you Terry!) stepped in and took on the small feat of trying to make this right. Though it looks better than it did, I am just dumbfounded at the whole experience. Beware of this establishment!
