Today (Dec 9, 2020) was supposed to be my return visit to this establishment. Yes, I was a return customer. Unfortunately, thanks to Crystal, today was my last day going any Sports Clips. I left work and picked up my son from school and headed to the shop. I checked in online at 6:03pm. I was with my son INSIDE of the establishment waiting for the stylist. Then I received a text at 6:31pm stating that our stylist would be ready within 15 minutes. There was NO ONE else waiting to get a haircut. Crystal finished with the customer she was with then rang him up. She then asked me my son’s name, I let her know, and she repeated his name back to me. She said, “Let me sterilize and get set up.” At 6:47pm I received another text stating, “Please be in store and ready for your haircut experience.” WHICH I WAS.I knew Crystal was going to be our stylist because the only other stylist was with another customer. Shortly after receiving this text another guy walks in. Crystal greets him, has some chit chat and then proceeds to sit him in the chair. She says to me, “Oh, he checked in online.” I reply, “So did I.” She said that he had done so before me. Without confirming my messages or another word, she walks away. How is that possible when my son’s name was the ONLY name on the TV screen showing customers who are waiting? This is inexcusable customer service.A very much nicer stylist, Ashely, tried to get us to stay, but at that point the damage had been done. Ashley tried to help out by saying Crystal accidently checked in the wrong customer. I know Ashley was trying to be nice, but Crystal already new my son’s name and still took the other person before my son. Note to the manager: check the video and your text message history. You will see how long we had been waiting. And then you will see when that guy showed up. If this was accidental, which I doubt it was, do a better job of confirming who is actually next or I guarantee you will lose more customers.

This location is awesome. They are punctual and do a great job. Nathalie (the manager) is my stylist and is fantastic. Great cut and wonderful conversation. She makes a 15 minute haircut feel like 5 minutes, but all the girls engage and do a great job. You wont regret your visit

Ive been using Sport Clips for about 5 years now and never been disappointed. First time at this location and it was amazing service. Ask for Nat, she did a great job!

Checked in on for a 12:45 appointment Waited for an extra 30 minutes before being seated. Then was told i had to have a mask but wondered why they didnt have to where gloves. If your going to require something of a PAYING customer then abide by all the CDC rules.All in all experience was terrible at this location Ill stick to Euless location.Service is WAY better.

First time ever at a sport clips. The experience wasnt bad the wait was a little long and it was a bit pricey for my taste. That being said the hair stylist actually did a pretty good job. Nintendo charge extra to groom periods as well which I guess the extra five bucks isnt too terrible. Overall a good experience.

This is a typical Sportclips. Much like any of the others in the area. I recommend going early in the morning to reduce your wait. You can also check in online now to reduce your wait as well.

Dont go if you are looking for a fade. ive tried just about every stylist here and evertime i come out with lines and uneven cuts.

Can be a long wait most of the time. Im not big sports fan other than golf. But they never have golf on. Not a big fan of ladys shaking my hand as ferm as a man. By the time its over it feels like going to your buddys man cave and finding out his wife took it over.
