I called ahead and asked if they were busy and the lady replied no so I asked about setting up an appointment and she said I have nobody in here just come in so I do just that. When I walk through the door shes cutting a mans hair and that was fine the guy got there before me so I sit down to wait she then tells me she has an appointment on the way and she is the only one there and that I needed to come back so now im super irritated Ive been all over town trying to find a place to cut hair with no wait and this lady tells me she can get me in so I drive 15 minutes across town just to find out she lied smh never used roys before and now I never will

Small shop in downtown Mansfield. Highly skilled and experienced barbers. Unlike so many chain shops, you can expect to see same barber(s) every time. I like the consistency which Roys offers.

I love Roys hair shop. The people are super friendly and the place has a down home quality to it. To them you matter. Patricia has cut my hair for the last three or four times and before that another lady who works there and let me tell you, I always have the best experience there.

Warning...dont go here if you have a beard. Other than that its an okay place to get a haircut. The older lady that was cutting my beard went on a rant about how she hated the beard trend that started since no shave November. She did not have a clue how to cut beards. It was pretty bad. Just a heads up.

Older woman was working alone, told her I wanted a faux hawk, she said she doesnt do those. It is a very popular haircut. She said she wasnt going to work herself into a tizzy trying to do it. Obviously there should be someone with more knowledge there than just her. She told me to come back tomorrow. No thank you. I dont believe I will EVER get a haircut there.

Worst haircut ever will never step foot in this place again, haircuts is uneven. Side burns not cut straight, hair Sticking out everywhere, her name was Patricia she was a lazy worker was moody & decided her phone was more important than a customer. If there was negative stars I would put them.

Absolute worst haircut ever.. Didnt listen... Asked for a low fade.. Got a high one.. Fade isnt blended.. Didnt even edge me up in the back... Will never get a haircut there again
