Weve been here about 3 months so far and really enjoy the apartment and the quiet. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly. Lindsey made our move in very easy and helpful. The only bad weve seen so far is not everyone thinks they need to clean up after their dogs even when stations are provided everywhere. Other than that we love it here.

The leasing agents were very friendly. Answered all my questions during the process. On move in day I was pressed for time. They made the day smooth and the move time frame work. They are focused on the details in the apartment community which is rare these days.The apartment is a great value and very spacious.

After owning my own home for 35 years, I was skeptical about renting. Taking advantage of the sellers market, we decided to downsize. We’ve been at Redwood for a month and it feels like home. It is comparable to the quality we were accustomed to enjoying, with less to clean and no exterior work. The most challenging part has been the requirement of no drilling or screws to hang items, although we are managing to decorate. The manager, Crystal, has been very friendly and helpful. Mike has responded rapidly to any issues we have with maintenance. There haven’t been many issues other than a few new build things that needed attention. The rent is high, but In comparing other rentals the quality is incomparable. We enjoy our new apartment/condo at Redwood and look forward to seeing the neighborhood completed.

The person who was called regarding our dishwasher issue showed in under 10 minutes. Took care of the situation and everything is working great. Very pleased with the service.
