I don’t personally live there but my daughter does. When she moved in almost 3 years ago it was so nice and well kept and beautiful! She felt somewhat safe there while coming and going. It isn’t safe to be outside alone there. Now it’s just waiting for the lease to be up. If it wasn’t for them ruining her credit the lease would be broken! The place isn’t kept up, isn’t clean, it’s loud, the building gates don’t lock a lot of the time. The gates for property entry are broken most of the time. Cars that don’t run and left parked in the lot. There is no security at all. No rules are enforced. Basically, it’s just like any complex after a few years they let them go and no one cares. What a shame! Can’t wait to get her out of that place it isn’t safe or clean there at all!
I moved in a little over a month ago and can honestly say the great reviews this place has are true! It’s super quiet, clean, landscaping is well maintained, and neighbors are friendly. The office staff are so friendly and accommodating, they made signing a lease and moving in a breeze and maintenance is quick. The amenities are next level and make this a great place to live...not to mention it’s literally minutes away from pretty much anywhere you’d need to go.. the only downside (if you’d call it that) is that most of the parking is in the middle, so depending on where your unit is, it might be a bit of a trek to your car..but I bought a small wagon to help w bringing in groceries and other items so it’s not so bad. Definitely give these a look if you’re in the market for a new apartment!
I moved in 3 months ago after living in single homes. I was downsizing and looking for a different living experience. I am so happy I found Bexley on Main. The apartment is great, modern and the perfect size for me. A big shout out to Andrea and the management staff. They are so nice and efficient with any request.(so far!). I also want to give huge praise to the maintenance crew. They have been so efficient with maintenance requests and do a great job with keeping the complex so neat. They also get a thumbs up for how they have to deal with the trash dumpsters! They deserve a big pat on the back!
Office staff here are very nice. Kiara and Shawanda are so caring, friendly and courteous. They always greet you with a smile and it just makes your day start great!
My recent maintenance request was great! The guy that came was professional and great customer service. Fixed the problem with our toilet and asked if I needed anything else. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks,Pam B.
I toured Bexley on Main and absolutely loved it and the leasing agents on site. Kirsten was so friendly, genuine, professional and knowledgeable. I stopped in the first time 15mins before they closed and she was more than willing to give me all the information I needed and even offered to give me a property tour. I told her I wouldn’t do that to her at closing time and would come back another day to see it. She followed up with me with a personal text and was there, ready when I came back. I can’t say enough about how awesome she was! I decided to lease at another Weinstein property due to location, but I highly recommend checking out Bexley on Main (ask for Kirsten) or any of the sister properties in Mansfield, because everyone I encountered at these properties were so polite, professional and made me feel like they wanted me there in a genuine way!
Living at Bexley on Main was the best apartment experience. We only moved out because we were buying a home but the transition was great. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and eager to help and maintenance requests were fulfilled within 24 hours! I highly recommend if anyone is looking for an apartment you have found your next home!
We lived in Bexley for about 10 months and we absolutely love it! Andrea and leasing staff were extremely helpful and responsive during the time we lived there. The complex is beautiful and the apartment has awesome pool . Maintenance is also very fast to respond and get things done efficiently. We are so happy that we found this complex! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
We Love the location of this apartment. The management staff is helpful. The dog park is in a great spot in middle of complex. Cant wait to use pool in summer.
A lot of problems. Parking spaces are so narrow that you will - with 100% certainty - have your car damaged by another resident. There is never any parking near my building and its because residents can allow guests to park in the lot for as long as they want. Id say that around 1/4 of the cars in the lot at any given time do not belong to a tenant. There are literally no rules (assigned/visitor parking) in the parking lot. I typically have to walk very far to get from my car to my building. There are abandoned cars in the lot that havent moved for months. The leasing office NEVER answers the phone even if it is open and they are inside working. I have actually seen their employees screen phone calls before. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced for what you get and I wish I had gone to a different property. Hopefully this review helps others avoid making the same mistake I did.
Shawanda and Keara are absolutely amazing. Shawanda assisted me with my lease renewal and the customer service was Impeccable. She explained the process and the leasing terms to me, which left me at peace knowing my family will still have a place to stay after experiencing a terrible loss with buying our dream home. Not to mention when I lost my package for one of my clients Keara went above and beyond to help me track it down and has always assisted me if I had any questions or concerns. If you are looking for an amazing apartment with an amazing staff. Check out Bexley on Main I can assure you your disappointment will be the last thing on your mind.
I moved into Bexley on Main apartments nine months ago and from my very first time viewing the model apartment Ive been so pleased to be here. The entire Weinstein property is maintained be very well by Housekeeping and Maintenance. All of the Office Staff have been helpful when I have a question. Their emails keep me up to date about general and event information. Im so happy that Bexley on Main is my new home! Thank you Weinstein Properties, Management, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
UPDATE: I initially had issues with my reserve parking and the towing company here at the property. However the NEW property manager Leann was able to assure me that my issue would be dealt was appropriately and promptly, which it was . Leann also followed up with me and assured that my problem did not go unnoticed . Leann has great customer service and makes you feel heard !
I recently moved in two months ago. I chose this place because there is almost always someone answering the phone whenever I call the office. They have responded quickly to fix small concerns. Overall, they work with you and also, Jesse has been very helpful.
Where do i start? I toured with Ms. Kimbre and she was the most down to earth, Professional, and super sweet person EVER! She provided the most quality customer service that i have encountered while looking within the area. It made me feel as though we already knew one another! Applying now, and looking forward to moving in! Thank you for this experience!
I have lived here for almost 3 years. Any concerns I have with pretty much anything, are addressed promptly. I was skeptical of the buyout but its proved its worth. Shannon and her staff, especially Rivers and Andrea have been HUGE asset to me continuing to live here. They are prompt and most of all, fair and caring. The place is clean and tended to in all aspects. Its quiet and no drama or crime. Me and my daughter couldnt be happier to spend our time here till we are in our own house! Until then, we will soak up living here. I would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a safe, luxury, quiet apartment living lifestyle with or without kids!
Me and my boyfriend have been living here a little over a month and so far we love it! We have nothing but good things to say about these apartments! The staff has responded to any questions or concerns we have within 24/48 hours. They have been very helpful in the moving process even with a pandemic going on it has been a very easy moving process with the help of staff. The complex has an awesome pool, good parking, and a really great gym. The location is right by Main Street and close to Broad and Debbie which is awesome for shopping and food! We love it and would recommend to those looking in the Mansfield area!
My family and I have stayed at this property for almost 2 years and I can say that the staff and the complex is amazing! from the maintenance workers and the fabulous leasing agents. They made my family and I feel at home every day especially Andrea from the first day me and my family moved to this property
New apartments.... They are nice inside... the halls are enclosed and gated... you need a key to get into the buildings so very secure... you can get a garage if you need one... their mail center is indoors with giant mail boxes... they have a kool package delivery system so you can pick up your deliveries anytime you want... there is a nice city park right next to them... they are right on main street so there is road noise... but if you want to live downtown road noise is part of it... some of the buildings even have elevators... nice new apartments....
Bexley On Main was our first home when we moved to Texas and we had such a great experience here that we decided to stay in the complex and get a larger unit. The community looks great and is always taken care of. We see the maintenance guys every morning walking around and cleaning up anything that looks out of place. The Leasing Team is always quick to respond if we have any questions. We are so happy to live someplace where the team is so committed keeping everything perfect. We love living here!
Incredible location to reside in! Perfect location to all favorite stores and major highways. Have been here for over 2 years and when decided to upgrade unit, the transition could not be more PERFECT! The team was very patient with my needs and flexibility was second to none! And a HUMUNGOUS SHOUT OUT YO ANDREA! When I say, she was FLAWLESS in her execution of my transitional last minute needs... I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. I can honestly say I finally feel more at home than ever! Thanks to this phenomenal staff!
Bexley on Main is the perfect location for me to start my adult living! From the secured gates and buildings, to the 2 story gym and luxurious pool, I couldnt ask for more! The staff have been so incredibly helpful during mine and my fiances moving process and are always ready to assist us and answer our many questions. Its pet friendly with a great dog park and a HUGE park right across the street and is just minutes away from wonderful shops and eateries! The staff are ROCKSTARS!!! Thank you guys!!
Love this place!! It’s in the perfect location and the amenities and apartments are amazing. Courtney has also been such a huge help here.If you’re looking to be in the heart of Mansfield, I definitely suggest this place!
Bexley on Main is a wonderful place to live. From the very beginning when I moved in here June 2019 they have made me feel welcome. I am not your average resident, since I have Muscular Dystrophy. I also got caught between owners with paper work from Doctors for proof to modify my apartment for my MD, yet my apartment still got all the necessary modifications done by the time I moved in.Since June it has been a pleasure getting the know the staff and interacting with them. They are very professional, yet know with the type of service they offer they take time out of their day to get to know their residents. This can be just asking how our day went and even joking with us as we pass by to pick up our mail.I especially like that community events are offered to help us interact with our neighbors. The staff take time and thought into planning the various themes depending on the time of year. This has helped to get to know residents in other building since everyone works at different times.Bexley on Main is a wonderful place to live. They do care for us here.
We sold our home but had not yet found a new home so we needed a short term lease and a large apartment. In all of Mansfield, Bexley on Main was the only apartment willing to work with us and accommodate our needs. In addition to needing a short term lease, we have small children and my 80-year old mother lives with us and could not walk up and down stairs. Bexley on Main was able to put us in an apartment building that has an elevator. The daily trash pick up has been very convenient for us as well. The employees and Manager at the complex have been very helpful. Always very friendly and great customer service.
I just renewed my lease at Bexley on Main, love living here! The location is fantastic, the facilities are great, and staff are super helpful. I recently had an issue with window blinds, and within 24hrs of my maintenance call they were replaced! Maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt. Id highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and easy place to live in downtown Mansfield.
Equal Housing Opportunity: As a young family with 3 small children, we ‘landed’ at Bexley on Main in between selling our home (out of state) and purchasing a new home in Texas. Prior to signing the lease, I was told that I needed to bring my MARRIAGE LICENSE with me when I returned my lease paperwork. I was caught off guard, and asked the leasing agent again - You need to see my marriage license? Yes, the young woman said. Do they only want legally married couples living here? ODD. After I completed my paperwork and upon further questioning a different woman in the office (assuming a manager) said no, they wouldn’t need to see my marriage license and was shocked when I told her I was asked to provide it when returning my lease paperwork. Looks like the office staff at this facility could use some training in EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY.Inequality in rule enforcement: They pick and choose when and how to enforce certain rules within the community, for example, the POSTED POOL RULES. They asked my family to leave the pool because we had two guests (as the posted sign clearly allows) having dinner with us at the pool. We’ve literally done this twice weekly since the pool opened, without a word said. Pool monitors have never mentioned a “no guest” rule nor is it stated anywhere in/around the pool area that guests are not permitted.Safety: It’s a ‘gated community’, with all the usual crime. In the six months we lived here, at least 1 car was stolen in the complex and OUR vehicle was broken into (and we just moved from DC - go figure). This places touts itself as higher end “apartment living”, you can decide for yourself. Save yourself the hassle AND MONEY - rent elsewhere.
Yesterday I did an online tour of the complex. The staff was great at taking me through the amenities offered and providing details on certain aspects of the apartment complex. I appreciated the option to do an online tour due to COVID-19, the staff seems to genuinely care about their tenants.
I absolutely LOVE Bexley on Main. The apartments are clean, beautifully designed with open floor plans and the amenities are the best I’ve seen in any apartment complex. They have a great downtown vibe that doesn’t make you feel like you’re in an apartment, but more like a condo. The management team is superb too. Andrea is efficient, friendly and extremely helpful; and Rivers is guaranteed to make you smile. If you are looking for an inviting community and a beautiful apartment, then check out Bexley on Main. 💕
Edit: There has been a change in management since I have moved here. New management is super helpful and kind. They always seem happy to help.I moved here back in February and I really do love it here. The apartments are nice and modern, with great appliances. The staff are always super nice and helpful. The halls are a little echo-y but it’s not bothersome. Valet trash is amazing. Other residents are super nice, welcoming, and helpful!
Just renewing our lease. My wife and I have been very pleased with the apartment. For the area it is reasonably priced and within very close proximity to everything in Mansfield. Newest management has been great and seem to be addressing issues very quickly. It is very quite and we have had very little noise issues. The one time we did, it was addressed promptly and has never been an issue since. We recommend this apartment to couples looking for a nice family oriented place to live, not the younger crowd looking to party.
This has been the BEST place I’ve ever lived. The staff is so professional and always greeting me with a smile . The amenities are always clean and the outward appearance of the property speaks volume. Love this place!!!!
The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. Nothing but praises on my end. Shannon, Kayla, Courtney, and Andrea are delightful to work with. I am proud to call Bexley home.
Andrea and Rivers really did a superb job of helping us find the right place and coordinate the move. I love the contemporary / modern style of Bexley on Main. The apartments, pool, workout room and common areas are high quality and the living comfortable. Mansfield schools are excellent. Mansfield community feels safe and people warm and friendly.
I love the new Bexley on Main!! My experience with the new management has been very positive, everyone in the office is super sweet and responds to all my concerns. I LOVE my apartment. New rules have taken place which have helped so much keeping things in order. I know plenty of people that believe this change is good and was needed!
This complex is so pristine! Management obviously really cares. I have loved living here and cant see myself going anywhere else. Plus the maintenance team is the nicest that I have ever seen!
Is very nice complex and quiet neighbors and very good coustmer service
Changing my stars on this one. Spoke with Anita and she listened to my concerns. Looks like they have taken action to make things better. I give Rivers 5 stars. He was very professional and courteous. His calm manner is very helpful and that will most certainly help with residents whom are upset. Thanks for all you have done!!!!!
I once had a pretty negative review on here, but the staff went above and beyond to go out of their way to make things right. They’re all wonderful, but special shout-out to the manager, Kayla, and also Rivers. Both of them have been exceptionally kind to us and made us feel better about signing another year long lease here.
Been here 1 yr, staff is super friendly and willing to help and go the extra mile, is a great place to live, very clean, very well maintain, amenities are great, definitely worth living here, Definitely renewing my lease for another year.
10/10 would NOT recommend. The staff is rude, never in the office or answers the phone. Leave dumpsters in parking spots as if there is any room to do. The parking is awful, unless you want to pay $150 a month for a tiny garage prepare to walk across the whole complex just to get to your room. The walls are paper thin, the ceilings are paper thin, and the paint on the walls is bottom shelf. Got a little scuff? Try to clean it and the paint comes right off. The vinyl wood floors develop dents when something has been on it too long, ie: tables and chairs. The ceiling fans rattle, the gates to get in and out are always broken, and the trash service is too strict. If it’s not perfect they won’t pick it up. Also who closes the pool and hands out citations for being in it past 10pm on a weekend??$1200 for the cheapest apartment and it’s far from worth it.
Went in on a weekend to view the building and get further information, the staff was so sweet and friendly. They ladies were well-informed, which was awesome! Thank you all so much for your help!
We just recently moved in and I feel like I am on vacation!!!! I love my place and the amenities that comes with it. Everyone that visits loves it as well! The elevator makes it so easy to live on the 3rd floor. I’m glad I chose Main Street lofts as my home for the next 15 months.
Great Place to live back when it was Main Street Lofts now with the new management(Bexley) it’s becoming less community like and less enjoyable to live here. Before we(main street lofts) would have events in the complex and in the community now you need a wristband to get into the pool. Before I used the conference room to host work meetings for about an hour or so now apparently nothing can be “reserved”. If are looking for over priced apartments and decent kitchens you found a good place but there are plenty other nicer apartments in the area as well. Nothing special here anymore. We cannot wait till our lease is up a few of my neighbors have already moved because of the management.
The new management staff has been awesome! Tonight, after only being new management for less than a week, provided residents with a wonderful catered dinner. Each staff member made a point to indroduce themselves and try to get to know everyone. The diversity of the staff is appreciated. I have lived in many complexes where “management changes” but no real differences are made. These people are not only already hosting events for us, but also cleaning up the property, sprucing up landscaping, and enforcing old rules that were once overlooked. I look forward to seeing what Anita, Kalli, Rivers, and the rest of the team will bring to this beautiful new property in Mansfield. Downtown needs it!
I am editing the original rating from 1 star to 4! My husband and I are very pleased and grateful for the office taking care of what was originally promised: 1st full month rent free. While it was a frustrating road to get here, ultimately, the office manager and the Weinstein Properties did do the right thing in our eyes, and they certainly took care of us. It has given us more peace of mind as tenants here. Please recall my previous post: the property itself is nice, clean, modern, and in a great location. The associates who work the leasing office have all been kind. Weve been here almost 1 full month, so far so good!
Wonderful place to live! All new apartments, very clean and modern. The leasing agents are all so friendly and warm and do a great job of making you feel right at home! Truly a great place to call home ❤
The aesthetics are made to look very nice, but it is very cheap work. I have had issues with appliances, flooring, and electrical problems. Not to mention two months after moving in, they tried to take me to court for a mistake made by THEIR leasing office. Even after they lost the case, it still took them months to get my account back together. Save your money and go someplace where they actually intend to give you what you are paying for, not just smoke and mirrors.
Main Street Lofts of Mansfield has been a great experience. I just moved in two weeks ago. It was a very tight time table, everything worked out great thanks to Courtney and her staff. No issues or hiccups. It is a modern living experience in a down-home Texas suburb. Theres a nice park across the street and easy access to all major roads and the cute downtown. Im looking forward to coming home to my Main Street Apartment after a full day of teaching!
Too expensive for what it actually is. Maintenance staff are great, helpful and friendly but NOT the office staff. I would NOT recommend this place to my friends.
Im moving out soon. I wouldnt recommend anyone live here anymore since it changed ownership to Weinstein Properties.
We were wow’ed from the the moment we walked into the club house to tour the property. The array of windows and natural lighting complimented the amazing view of the pool area. The front office and leasing agent was extremely helpful and informative about the property and the surrounding area. We all know moving is not fun, however the move here to Main Street Lofts has been pleasant. Our move in date was December 1, 2017 and we have had nothing but a great experience. The Loft’s on Main Street have given us an option of a modern, upscale place to reside until we secure a more permanent place to live. We were so happy to get an apartment located on the first floor, facing the pool with many large windows, and all the upgraded appliances. The feel of this community is only one of the many perks of living here at the Main Street Lofts.
I have lived here since March 2019. With the previous management and property manager, everything that could go wrong did. We have new ownership and a new property management team & manager. In their first week, Anita Bailey...Mr. Rivers...and her team have made tremendous differences in every way!!! In less than 1 week!!! I am sooooo happy they are on board as this complex will FINALLY be what it should be.....outstanding 😊 Thank you Anita for your sweet manor and attention to all residents, plus the socials and events you are hosting for residents. You are a breath of fresh air here in Mansfield and I know you and your team will elevate services for all of us!
I have lived here for 7 months now and I love it. The apartments are great and also beautiful. Courtney at the front office has always been extremely helpful beyond words. Trash valet works great, the pool is always well kept, the grill is cleaned daily during the Summer, and the package concierge is efficient. I have had to call maintenance for a thermostat issue that left me without AC for a couple days but, overall, Ive had a wonderful experience here. The downsides are: you do hear the train (more often in the Summer); the units are echo-y, if youre on the phone and turn on a faucet the other person will absolutely hear it; hallways are very echo-y as well, but the neighbor-noise is not bothersome.
If I could rate just one star I would. Had a pleasant experience at first, then went days at a time without responses to emails. DAYS before my scheduled move in date, and nothing signed, they then decided it was urgent to get the proper documents from me. When I provided what I could, they were not sufficient enough, time after time. (after being told in person at my viewing it would be okay) The whole moving process is difficult enough, but trying to get a response from someone was by far the most stressful from this complex....now I am moving to Downtown Dallas with everything signed and ready to go in less than a week!!!
I love living here Keisha H was best. She was relatable and knowledgeable. My moving was seamless and pleasant. I loved all the gifts and wine down Wednesday is the best. Had it not been for my leasing specialist, I would have been lost Everyone is nice and professional; most options on line.
My fiancé and I only had one weekend to look for a place here in Mansfield and we needed to move in by the next weekend. Courtney was extremely welcoming and helpful the moment we came in the door. Every email was followed up by a phone call. We decided we wanted to live here and applied online on a Saturday by Tuesday we were approved (most of the other apartments in the area could not get us in because of our time frame they said it takes 7 business days to be approved), by Wednesday we had everything signed and ready to go for our move in that Friday morning. Overall such a great and easy move in experience. Easy five stars.
Ive made several complaints since my time here. We are approaching the end of our lease in Spring, we will not be renewing. Ive had issues from both 2nd and 3rd-floor neighbors dumping dirty water over their balconies. Once while I was sitting outside on my very expensive MacBook, another time with my daughter playing outside. If Im not getting an involuntary shower from the neighbors upstairs. Im dealing with barking dogs every morning from my next-door neighbor. Another issue that I have personally gone to the rental office about and still no resolve. Im understanding that dogs do bark, but every day at 7 am - 10 am is unexpectable and disturbing my peace. I can only assume that we no longer have landscaping with this new management team. The same dead bird, shampoo bottle and a piece of carpet are laying in the bushes and grass surrounding my balcony area since the summer its now November. When asked about this issue it also went unresolved and the trash remains. There was such a big deal made about the pool area and wrist bands were issued to residents. Instead of hiring young kids to police the pool area and harassing residents about a pool band. Lets clean the dead crickets from the hallways and mops the floor more often for the paying residents. Not just for your weekend showings for new residents. Its embarrassing to bring guests into our home because they have to walk through a graveyard of dead insects. The final nail in the coffin is the extremely narrow parking spaces. You cant open your car door without hitting the car next to you. If you have any respect for the persons car next to yours, you have to open your door gently and squeeze out of your car. Many dont have that same respect, ask the dents and scratched paint on my new car. There are 50 parking spots properly spaced and you are lucky to get those spots. the parking lot it completely full by 7:00 pm. I have come home late with my daughter and have had to create a parking spot. Or hopefully, find a park near a completely different building from which I live and walk. No, I did not enjoy living here and I would not recommend this place.
My wife and I were looking to downsize from the house we were renting, and on a whim we stopped in since we have friends that live right around the corner. All of our experiences with Heidi and the staff here have been outstanding. She was very amenable to our circumstances and very professional. The shared amenities are absolutely amazing and well-kept.Something I didnt see mentioned in many other reviews was the quality of the other tenants. I have not met anyone that we didnt like. One couple even went way out of their way to assist when we were stuck with a car that wouldnt start. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that we know thats looking for great apartment living.
Edit: since they changed names it has gone down hill fast. So dirty, cobwebs in the hall corners. Filthy elevator and stairs.Love the apartment and the amenities! So convenient living in the 1st building with the mail, gym and main office. Only down fall is the limited number of garages.
My husband and I wrote a review for this apartment complex 11 months ago (Under his email) and gave it 5 stars. Since we are not allowed to update our past review, I would like to let everyone know how things have gone downhill since we rented (under my email).1) Vastly differing policies for different people. The same apartment floor plan in the same building was rented after we were already living here. They asked to be let out of lease early and were quoted $3000 for the fee while we asked for fees on moving out early and they literally quoted us double - $6000.2) since new management took over, they let go most of the previous staff, including the cleaning person. The previous cleaning person was mopping the entire building - including elevators - every single morning. The new company took over two weeks to get a new cleaning person and you could hardly tell they have one - we counted 5 days before they cleaned up the mysterious stains and same 5 leaves from the elevator. Four days the same wasp nest was on the floor and counting - it’s still there.3) when I reported a wasp nest in the hall way it took them over a week to get it down and I had to tell staff about it three times before they did anything.4) I just called to speak to the manager - I gave my name and apartment number - about using the kitchen/game room or conference room areas for my daughters birthday because the apartments are too small to have family over, and I was on hold for 34 minutes then they hung up on me (see attached photos).5) If you have allergies do not move here! We were told they would be changing AC filters every month and they have been changed twice since we moved in over a year ago. Additionally, they lock you out of your HVAC/Water heater closet so you can’t even change it yourself. When you ask them to come change it, it takes five or six requests until they come. There is also an over one inch slit on the bottom of this closet that is constantly sucking up my kids toys and such and we have no access to get them out - and since it takes over five requests to get them up to the apartment for anything, we’ve lost hope of recovering those items until we move at the end of our 14 month lease in August. The end of that lease can’t come soon enough as far as we’re concerned.6) there isn’t enough parking for everyone to park near their own building. If you aren’t home by 4pm and don’t want to pay $100+ a month for a garage (which might not even be available in your own building) be prepared for a long walk when you get home.7) the locks to the buildings don’t always work with your electronic key. You might have to walk around to the other side of a building to go in another door.8) we pay $1700 a month for a two bed two bath with no balcony on top floor of main building. They want to renew our lease at over $2000 a month. This place is too dirty to pay that much money and the service is too poor.It is for all of these reasons that we do not recommend this complex.
I had the worst experience with these apartments since they switched over. The staff is never in the office and no one ever answers the phone. The worst part of it is the lazy manager Anita won’t get off her fat butt to even help the employees. All she do is sit in the office and laugh on the phone. Terrible place don’t move here.
My boyfriend and I just moved in last week, and Ms. Courtney McCrary, the Assistant Manager, has been wonderful to work with! There was a hiccup when we picked up our keys, but she handled it and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with our new unit. The community is absolutely stunning, so it only makes sense that they have the best people working there. It has only been a week, and they have had two events (a happy hour and a brunch) that promote local small businesses so that is also a plus. The amenities available to us are great - there is a post office right across the street, a convenience store with a dry cleaner, AND a cute little park within walking distance. Not to mention downtown Mansfield is a short walk/drive away as well. All in all I am extremely satisfied with this entire process, and am thankful to Ms. McCrary for all of her assistance thus far. I can hardly wait to soak up the sun at the beautiful pool with my little family this summer!
Very secure, beautiful place. Good apartment layouts.
What a poorly run office. We walked in on Saturday and they asked if we had an appt like it was a doctors office. The sales here are unprofessional. We called on Monday and they still wanted to schedule an appt to come in and said the tours take 40 mins. I told the front staff we were under a time crunch and just needed to see the apt and garage. It felt like a cheap used car dealership where they are trying to create a sense or urgency. Its a leasing office. Your job is to help the potential residents. We called and just wanted information and availability, and they wanted all our information. We dont want a sales pitch.
So nice and modern!
