We recently used Kaduce Plumbing services for gas line installation (for gas range). The entire staff (from Janell) to installation (Tim Tow) was professional, courteous and extremely flexible. We definitely rate them above expectations and would recommend their services!

We had low water pressure and were not sure why. The technician that came to our house walked around for 2.5 hours and could not figure out why either, way too much time spent wandering around not knowing what he was doing. While he was there I talked to the city and they suggested it was likely due to water softener issues. We were still charged $250.

We were incredibly pleased and impressed with the service we received from Eric. We had a leak in a pipe and he was able to trace it to the source and quickly repair it. He ensured we were well aware of what the project may entail, and how extensive the repair could end up being, but with his expertise it was a quick fix and we are so pleased. Thanks!!

At house for 5 min. no diagnosing of water heater, called on phone gave me quote to replace water heater and charged me 80.00

We needed a new water heater. I called at 7:30am and our family had hot water by noon. The tech even called to check warranties for us and was upfront about pricing. What a wonderful service. Thank you Kaduce Plumbing & Heating!

I cant say enough good things about this company. They were always on time if not even a little early - and so professional. Jay kept in touch with me constantly about the status of the project, who would be coming by, and the progress. The quality of work was outstanding. We even had an issue where some electrical needed to be addressed that was not anticipated, and right away he found someone that could come and do the work promptly, when I quotes I got for at least a month out. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed. I understand the$80.00 service fee to find out the problem and look for parts and maybe a little more but came out,took pictures and figured out what they would need. They charged me a total of$180 for telling me what was wrong and looking for parts which they didnt do any work on it. Would never recommend them ever. Good luck.

Kaduce Plimbing installed all of the plumbing and heating components in my house, garage and detached garage when we built our house 15 years ago.Since then, we have needed service and parts from time to time and Chris and Kim have both gone out of their way to take care of us when we needed their help.They install high quality components and stand behind their work. I have always been happy with anyone Kaduce Plumbing has sent to my house.I would definitely recommend Kaduce Plumbing if you are building a new house or fixing / changing your current house.

If you like being ripped off, try this place. $500 water heater install price (labor only). Then called the business back and left a message about how the unit was not functioning properly. Instead of calling me back, they just showed up the next day. Ignoring the message, which informed Kaduce what service needed to be done. They charged $80 for the 3 minute service Long story short $580 later the water heater still doesnt work. Unfortunate experience overall.

Jake is great and honest about the issues we were having. He helped steer me in the right direction in not wasting money on something we both knew wouldnt work out long term. He was very friendly and not bothered by my big dog and all my crazy kids running around which is a plus!

I’ve engaged Kaduce Plumbing & Heating for three separate heating/cooling issues with my home in the past year. My first experience was when my furnace failed during the cold snap last December. They had a knowledgeable and friendly technician available that morning and were able to quickly provide me with a diagnosis to resolve my issue. In my second experience I had the fan go out on my furnace when the outside temp was hitting 90+ degrees. Again they were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly resolve this issue. Most recently my AC stopped cooling the house. They found multiple issues with the AC unit. The technician provided me with options for repair but ultimately recommended replacing the unit. I will be working with their sales team this afternoon to get a quote on a replacement. I appreciate their technicians drive to provide the best solution over making a quick sale and will continue to utilize Kaduce for any issues I may have in the future.

We are very pleased with the help and advice given us by Kaduce in replacing our 18 year old furnace and air conditioner. Woke up on a Saturday to a cold house. The furnace wasnt lighting, but Kaduce Plumbing & Heating provided quick service to get the issue fixed. The work was done within 1 1/2 hours after I called them. I highly recommend using Kaduce if you need work done, especially if you have an emergency.

Kaduce was quick to dispatch a plumber when I emailed and said we had a gas leak. The technician, Dan, was here in 60 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the leak in under an hour. He sent me pictures of the issue so I have a record and replaced all the ceiling tiles that were moved to diagnose the problem. I will call Kaduce for any future needs.

My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year and Jake came out right away, explained the problem very clearly, repaired it in no time at all, and checked to make sure everything was working before he left. Will never call them for service again. My toilet was leaking around the base and they came in and automatically assumed it was the wax ring and replaced it. Charged me $240 just for me to find it leaking again. Came back again and found out the real problem and was going to charge me hundreds more. All they want is to take peoples money. I’ll watch YouTube and figure out how to do it myself.

Ive had a slow leak in my central AC unit for a few years now. They came out earlier this week on the same day I contacted them, did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of my AC unit, and got it up and running again. Jake was my service tech, and he was awesome!

If you want something new for the area, theyre probably the right guys for the job. Accurate estimates, quick work. Though now I have to wonder if they maybe overcharged for something...If you want something they didnt install originally fixed? Forgetaboutit.Trying to charge DOUBLE the cost of the part needed for no good reason? Nope. We went with somebody else.

On February 11, 2019 my furnace went out and I called Kuduce Plumbing and Heating at 8am. There Hvac Mngr was at my house at 10 am. Since my furnace was 30 years old I wanted them to replace it. Needless to say they had my new furnace installed and working the next day. Very professional, no betting around the bush. My family and dog thanks you! Thank you again!
