Passion was very professional and helpful! It was my first time getting gel nails and she really helped me figure out what I wanted. She did an amazing job!! It was also pleasantly quiet and relaxing.

Hours online were posted until 6:30. I walked in at 5:50 and saw no customers. I verified with the employee that they closed at 6:30. She said yes. When I asked if she had time for a basic pedicure she said no, they were closing. I clarified again their closing time was 6:30. She said yes, but they were closing early. No apology for wasting my time. If you want to go there, you better call ahead and make sure they arent closing early.

The ladies running this place are incredibly friendly and nice. I do think more training needs to be implemented though, on the dip/powder process. It took nearly 4 hours for my nails to be done and while overall they looked great, you could see bumps on the nail and instead of having a smooth gloss finish, they were dull and almost had a sticky look to them. Within 2 days. I had one nail chipped. By day 3, I had a second nail chipped. 😑I’m not sanding down wood, just doing the dishes. I tried to call and see about what can be done but wasn’t able to reach anyone. I think this place has potential. If they’re able to do coaching/training where it is needed. I spent $60 on this..... 😒

I’ve been going to toes and tips for awhile now, and I love the environment, and the hospitality! The staff always make sure that you’re comfortable with the services you’re getting and I appreciate that! I recommend to anybody that asks where I get my toes and or nails done at!

I went in here to get my nails polished after getting acrylics in from a different salon (smh). The professionalism in T&T is top notch. The girls were very friendly and welcoming. Even when there was a nail polish bottle busted accidentally they wet very positive and apologetic. I saw the acrylic work of the owner and whew Chile! FIRE!!🔥 I cannot wait to need a fill so I can book and go see her. Leilani was the one that polished my nails today. She was the sweetest. And her lash work Def made me want to save up to get mine done!. If I could give more stars I would. This was a very good experience. Thank you ladies for being customer friendly. 😍

My husband paid $40 for me to get a pedicure for my birthday, but it was money wasted. My feet are super rough all around the edge of my heels and sides of feet, the polish wiped right, off and the massage consisted of a light touch on the bridge of my foot while the girl seemed distracted by what was going on outside. He feels more bad about it than I do because he was trying to surprise me and do something sweet for me. So disappointed.

I made an appointment online two weeks in advance and confirmed via email and they did not have my appointment when I arrived. The manicure was a simple file and polish, no soak really because they were rushing and then absolutely no massage and I was still charged the full $20. Pedicure was $30, slow and had to wait for the provider to take a lunch break while my feet soaked. Terrible and lacking foot massage. New ownership is not the same. Will not return and do not recommend.

Passion is an amazingly skilled nail tech. She does beautiful designs and clean work. Her professionalism surpasses any nail salon in Manhattan. I will not be going to anyone else!Also, the salon is clean and beautifully decorated.

Was not quoted times correctly.. a mani-pedi with a full set was expected to take THREE HOURS!! Then i was denied my brazilian wax because i was upset and they said i caused a scene im not comfortable with them seeing my personal parts especially after the way i wss treated here. So i went to another salon and spent $400 there after tip. And will continue to do so. Now i remember why i never came here. 🤷‍♀️ new owners didnt change anything.** Also i was late because the salon doesnt provide masks for sale for $1 like every other salon and i left to buy one. Cdc guidelines for covid are also not met here no plastic guards etc. Stop blaming customers for your unprofessionalism. I love my new salon.

Came in for a gel French tip on my nails and toes. The girl that did my nails was very nice but didnt tell me that she had never done a French tip manicure pedicure before until afterwards. The white line on my nails are jagged and not smooth and there is cotton ball particles stuck in my nail gel. I would like to know how I can go about getting my $92 refund. I would have asked while I was there but I was running late for an important appointment.

My heart was broken like no other. Ive been a supporter of this business for some time to only come back to the area and learn that it was under new ownership. However, I was still optimistic and decided to book a pedi day for my mother and I. BIG MISTAKE The atmosphere had very low energy, the water in the pedi bowl was cold, furniture was very worn and floor was extremely dirty. I have Faith that it could be turned around because the owner seemed very sweet but as for now....ENTER IF YOU DARE.🤷🏾‍♀️

I like how the salon is on the smaller side. It allows me to sit back and relax without the hustle of a lot of people around me. The drawbacks: the nail techs are not very friendly, the pedicures or manicures don’t last near as long as when I go to other salons, and the massage chairs feel like there motors are running out.

I got a Brazilian wax from leilani it was my first time, she made sure I was comfortable and warned me as we went along what would hurt. I totally recommend her! 10/10 for sure!

Awesome price and good hospitality, but the guy who did my nails came late even though I had made an appointment and he accidentally cut me while doing my nails. One of my acrylics was also too short and another was uneven. Acceptable but definitely not great experience.

AMAZING!!! Our nails turn out perfect every time. The staff is so nice and is very accommodating. I highly recommend them to everyone! After all, we drive almost an hour just to get our nails done.

I decided to try this place because of the overall good reviews and I was very disappointed. The had some sort of construction going on that was so loud and I felt as if the pedicure chairs were shoved in a corner. I also asked to have the Absolute pedicure and that was the most worthless and rushed pedicure I have ever had. She didn’t take the time for the best part of massaging my legs, the sugar scrub was applied to my legs and left there. It literally took her 25 minutes. If you can’t handle the customer load, don’t make the appointments

I went here with my wife to get a pedicure. It was worth all of it. It is reasonable price! The atmosphere is amazing! I do recommend this place if its your first time. They even have man cave so guys can watch sports to keep their masculinity. Love this place.

I last min decided to get my nails done. Toes and tips took me as a walk in and did an amazing job! I showed the lady a picture off the Internet and she nailed it! They look so good!!! I will definitely go back and highly recommend this nail salon.

The only reason that I am giving this two stars is because the girl that I finally ended up with was very sweet. But this place is very unprofessional and I spent $50 to get a Dip manicure and on day 2 4 of my nails are chipped/the top coat is peeling off. Definitely not worth the money.

This was the most unprofessional nail salon Ive ever been to. I will never go back here again. Most of the staff were on lunch break while I was there for my appointment and they lounged around the salon, one person was even sitting in a pedicure chair beside me, reclined and chatting loudly on his cell phone (with it on speaker phone). My manicurist stopped in the middle of filing my nails to check his cell phone and once again to crack all of his nuckles. I dont go to the salon very often; it is my treat to myself to pamper myself and relax. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received here. I didnt feel relaxed when I left, just irritated. Oh, and their idea of a manicure is to rub lotion on your hands. The services were way overpriced for what you got!

I was in this weekend for a basic pedicure and manicure with polish. No gel or shellac-the glitter on my third finger was the most complicated part of it. I had an appointment, arrived on time, but was rushed through the whole process. My techs next appointment arrived early but immediately took priority-once her feet were in the water I didnt see my tech again. It has been four days and my nails are already completely chipped. Ive had this experience with them before and will not be returning.

The service is horrible they dont talk to you, part of customer service, then they cant even half way do the simplest designs I could have done mine and my friends on my own. Very unprofessional will not be going back there. If I could give a zero I would

Google wont let me post with zero stars. Very unprofessional. There was quite a bit of conversation about what is normal for biracial people to be mixed with and what is not. As a biracial person, this didnt bother me at first, I mean hey, people have questions and thats fine, but towards the end there it got pretty excessive.Another thing is that in less than a week 3 of my nails broke, tried calling to see if there was anything they could do and they just talked over me. Horrible customer service. I sit at a desk all day. One of the nails broke off as I was getting a cookie???? Ive worked in these type of environments and the number one thing I was told to do was listen to the customer. They must have missed that lesson because he proceeded to tell me that I just must have been too rough as I was explaining and did not give me a chance to speak.I got shellack and he only followed up at the end and made sure there was a solid line on some nails. On others he just eyeballed it and now I am left with dripping polish.All this and I paid nearly $50. Id NEVER recommend and Id NEVER go back

D is wonderful! I called, set up the appt. he knew it was me when I walked in the door. He made me (the worst nail salon critic in all of Kansas) very happy, undoing the lifting of my set, and replacing one that could have come off- very good price, absolutely wonderful service. I will go back!

Took my fiancé here for a birthday pedicure. It was the most uncomfortable pedicure I have ever sat through. I had been here a couple years ago with a big group and they were fantastic. This time was a complete 180 degrees. The staff were rough with my feet and did seem to care when I mentioned that something hurt. They didn’t bother trying to make conversation with us but instead held conversation with each other in a different language which I found to be kind of rude. And when I got home I looked at the product I just finished paying way too much for and I had a hangnail! We will NOT be returning and I am looking for an alternative birthday gift.

I was basically ignored when I walked in. I made an appointment prior to arriving, and when I got there no one was ready to help me. Shortly after another customer came in and was helped almost immediately by another tec. I asked if she made an appointment also, she said no. That was my second bad experience here so I left without any services being done.

Very frigid, and Im not reffering to the room temperature. The employee that was working next to me was so cheery and conversational that my guy was a glaring contrast, silent unless down to business and answering phones and scheduling other people. It felt like I was an inconvenience with my patronage.

After the experience I had going to this salon I honestly would not recommend going to it. I went on 2/23/2018. My boyfriend took me for a nice pampering day and this was not pampering. (I got my nails done from who I would presume was the owner) I went in to get a full set done. I walked in and was greeted by a guy eating a bag of chips who seemed annoyed I wanted my nails done. He then told me to pick out a color and I was like “ I brought my own.” And he then told me to sit and I did. I sat for about 15-20 minutes waiting. He then came over and started getting ready and then wandered off. The part that really bothered me was the end. He had everything on the towel and it was really close to my nails. So I kept my hands close together so they wouldn’t get messed up and he kept moving them apart and they would touch the things around and get messed up, and he would blame it on me. He kept acting like I didn’t know what to do or anything about nails or like it was my very first time getting them done. Then when they were totally done he took me over to the dryer and told me to put one hand in and I did and he laughed and basically said I did it wrong and put the wrong hand in when I put the hand he told me to in. Also while I was under the dryer he went out to as I presume would be to smoke. When he came back in he was like “There is a sally hansen top coat you should get it’s almost like gel nail polish.” And Then I said “ Well I think I may already have it I have a large color collection and about 8 different top coats.” (I have about 300 different polishes the last time I counted, about 90% of it is the sally hansen collection.) He apparently did not like my answer because then he snapped back with “Well what’s it called then?” And I was like “I have no idea I have so many different top coats I don’t know them by name.” To which he snarled “It’s called the diamond top coat.” And walked off. He then charged 35 dollars when he said it was going to be 30 the 5 extra dollars was for nail art which I didn’t get. Over all my nails look amazing. But my nail do not feel amazing. My hands hurt immediately after which has never happened before and there are cuts all around my nails. Some of the cuts I feel were intensionally done, because he made me feel like doing my nails was an imposition as opposed to making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely not be going back. It doesn’t matter how my nails look at this point. It was how I was treated. Treating me like I am dumb and as if I don’t know anything. Knocking on my profession. Making my hands hurt to the point where I am cradling a cold bottle that night to make the pain go away. It was not worth it. That has never happened before in all the time I have gone to get my nails done. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went there one time before a few years ago and the experience was great. I was in there for two hours and the whole process normally takes no more than one hour. This was the second and final time I will go to toes and tips.

My gel sets last over a month and they do a great job. Great prices, nice people.

This place has changed owners. The review below is not old. I went there in Feb 2020 and noone explained where the old owners were or that the place had been sold. After I asked they eventually told me. I then also found out that a very young woman who was staring at the manicurists and customers and just sitting around was the owner. She never said hi to introduce her self. :HHI I am the new owners, my name is xxx let me know if you need anything then go look busy owner! Staring at us right next to us was just WEIRD. The whole thing was SO awkward. On top of that my manicure came off while travelling. And the lotion they use smells like old lady perfume form 30 yrs ago - I could not get it off my hands, it was horrible, despite washing my hands 3 times with soap. I am now going to a place next to Arrow coffee.OLD - previous owners pre 2020.Best gel manicure in town, not so great massage. Manicure massage is pityful, no pressure just rubbing lotion. But their gel always stays on for 2 weeks and all other salons gel comes off in one week, so I end up going here. The chairs are also very old and I can just not feel the chair massage even when they put he chair back to lie down. I think they should invest in some new chairs and a bigger space.

Walked in and for my appointment was immediately badgered about whether or not I had an appointment by two separate people. Got seated and had to wait on a nail tech, I waited so long I had to have a reheat.As I was sitting there the owner FELL ASLEEP in a chair I mean mouth open snoring sleep. Then my nail tech walked off didnt explain the process to me or what she was doing. The scrub is nice; but the lotion is so thick and caked on that I ran my hand down my leg to get water she missed off and the lotion literally balled up.She tooK her time I got the full 45 minutes she didnt get all of my calluses though.I am not sure if I will be returning here.

At times I feel this place is unprofessional, eating in front of consumers than not washing their hands also some of their conversations arent very professional. I love the staff but if you catch them at a busy day they are rude and rush you in and out of there. I went with a friend for his first pedicure and they had both me and him out within 7min (hes wasnt impressed). My manicures consist of just adding lotion nothing special. I once got a bumpy nail polish by accident went the next day and they said they couldnt fix it and just added clear coat and let me leave obviously very unsatisfied. I went one last time and KELSIE saved the day and although it was a fast manicure my nails look perfect! Literally the best looking shellac Ive gotten before( so that is why I am giving a 2). I will go back but only to Kelsie for my manicure only.

Great service and staff..

I have gotten my nails done there twice. The first time my nail broke not once, but twice. Still, I gave them a second chance and went back. This time, two of my nails have cracked in half, Ive gone back to have them fix it twice now and today my nail broke again. This is the third break in under 2 weeks. They are very unprofessional and they do not provide a good service. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there.
