Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. I can’t remember my nail techs name but he did an AMAZING job and was very patient with me while helping me find a color I liked (I’m getting married in a week so I was being extra picky) I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

So I’m so annoyed with my pedi! I picked their fancy one that has all the bells and whistles and they ran 20 mins late so they said they didn’t have enough time to do the one I asked for all they had time for was the basic. And the massage was not a massage, it was kind of just a rub down.

Hygienic, quality & consistent mani pedis w/ excellent customer service! They are typically fully booked... may have to schedule appointments a week in advance. (Note this pic was taken 4 days after a basic gel re-polish, not a full manicure).

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is fun and very clean. Lynn is amazing, hes seriously on point with his acrylic sets! I walk out 100% satisfied. Thanks for the good service.

I was recommended to go to this place. I rarely get my nails done. Maybe once every few years depending on the length of time I need them done for. However, I have never been verbally assaulted like this in my life. No foul language, justscreaming and yelling by first the man at the register doing a ladys nails and then some other man clear across the room. What do you want, what do you need, why are you here? I said I dont know, I can wait for some help, I want to make an appointment. We cant help you if you dont know what you want. Then came, We are moving.The man at the register got up to speak to me and the lady he was working on said it was okay. He gets up and says to me, we are moving, I said to him, Well I was recommended to come here. He asked me by who, and I told him. Then another technician said the name of nail technician who does my friends nails. All of a sudden, Helen is leaving the establishment. Okay. They may be a great nail salon, I couldnt tell you, but the professionalism is SH*T! Nail salons are a dime a dozen in Manhattan, Kansas. You wont get my money. Carry on...

I’m new to town and this was my first experience in any MHK salon and I’m happy to report I will be going back to Queen Nails. Everyone was friendly and they have appropriate COVID/sanitation procedures/policies in place. I was a walk-in and they immediately started services for me. Q/Cue (unsure of spelling) did both my pedicure and gel manicure. He was fabulous and I will request him next time I go in. Bonus - you can tip on your card or in cash.

I went in there today and I asked if I could get my nails shorten or filed down. I had short nails already but I wanted them shorter because they grew out. I showed the man my nails. The man looked at my nails, gave me this terrible look. And then told me “Not right now.” That was it. Didn’t give any reasoning just was flat out rude. I only gave them two stars because I got my eyebrows done there before and they came out nice. I also noticed another black women shared a similar experience on how they wouldn’t service her either and gave her the run around as posted in the reviews. This sucks because I came here because the nail salon in the mall was prejudice/rude to me it is sad to see the same outcome here as well.

The first time I came to this place I made an appt. There was no problem getting in for manicure and pedicure services. The second time I used this place I stopped in and the lady told me to come back at 4pm. I came back at 4pm and they started telling me I should have wrote my name on some list that no one even told me about. The lady looked right at me and denied everything. This is a lack of respect for customers time and is very unprofessional. They be should thorough and consistent in the information that they are relaying their procedures. If they are that overwhelmed they should get a receptionist

I meant to write a review a while ago, but I had a French manicure acrylic set done here and it was by far the best Ive ever had. My nails usually hurt for up to a day after getting a set put on, but these never hurt, werent thick at all, yet stayed on and did not break. The place was clean and they were so friendly!

I have been going to Queen Nails for 8 years and always receive wonderful service. Lynn and Angel are personable and timely, doing everything they can to accommodate their clients. The salon is clean and professionally run. Definitely the best nail salon in town!!

I honestly don’t know how this place isn’t more popular. Im original from DC, so city girl through and through. I’ve been to every single nail salon in Manhattan and this place is by far the best. what I take into consideration is how well they listen to what I want as a custom, the quality of their work and the consistency- this place has it. The pictures on google didn’t sell me on this place but seeing a friends nails did- the pictures posted arnt really my style so I was hesitant at first but now i’m a loyal customer !
