I have gotten my nails done here three times now and loved all three sets! The first was a simple manicure done by Renee(Owner), which I loved and the quality was great! After that I started going back and seeing Dani(@missdanidonails) for designs and Ive gotten constant compliments on them. Super cute, super sweet, super accommodating, and Dani is such a sweetheart working to bring design ideas to life. 100% recommend seeing either of them!Ive also gotten a pedicure that I enjoyed as well!The actual shop is also very clean and has great covid precautions with barriers and masks

The staff is great and very sweet. They didnt have as many odors for powder as I am used to and the powder started to hip and crack after a week.

This was the worst experience 8 of my 10 fingers were bleeding when I left. When I complained thy said that they try to be careful. When I asked for a refund they told me all they could do is fire the lady. Very disappointed and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone

It was very calming and quiet in there(Wednesday at 11am). Went in for a gel pedicure $50. My right foot had an injury and she was very gentle with my foot. She took her time❤️

Salon is very nice and the staff friendly and attentive. I had the Deluxe Pedicure and it was wonderful! Included sugar scrub, callous removal, mask, oil massage, hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. VERY reasonable. This was my second time there and will definitely return.

I got a manicure and pedicure but the lady who did my service was so rude. She rushed the whole time, kept pulling my hand and commenting rude things. She is the older Asian lady. Everyone else seems nice but I had a bad time due to her.

Called for a manicure and pedicure... got there was only scheduled for a pedicure. The WORST pedicure ever, the young lady barely did anything to feet. The older Asian lady was nasty and negative. I won’t be back!

Seriously had to be the worst place I have ever been to get my nails done. When I went in I hadnt kept up with my nails and I wanted a new set because one of them had cracked, and usually when that happens they all start to break. The lady refused to give me a new set. So I just got a fill. I went home for the weekend and it didnt even last a whole day before I noticed that the polish had started to chip off on basically all my nails and the lady hadnt even fixed my cracked one. I called back, they got me in, the lady fixed it free of charge and had told me that the lady who did mine had done it way to thin, but all she did was fix the polish in some areas and the crack. I went home again and the polish still cracked in less than a day.When I first went in that lady had been rude, but when I went back and got a new lady she fixed it free of charge which is a plus. But it still chipped in the end. And a few days later all my nails started to break and I had to have them removedI wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone, I paid over $50 for a fill which is extreme compared to the place I normally go that only costs $20 and it will last weeks. Some of the staff was rude and it was definitely not worth the money. Worst place Ive ever been and I have worn fake nails for a few years already.

The woman that did me rushed though my entire experience. The person next to me got the exact same thing but their manicure and pedicure was twice as long and much more detailed than mine. Also got the worst manicure Ive ever gotten here. She glued all of my nails to my skin, painted on my skin, all different shaped, super thick, just alroundooks awful. If you use them DONT have the woman with short hair that runs the schedule. She will rush everything, skip steps, and wont give you a good/full service. Would rate a zero if I could

This salon is the best I have been to. I have been injured before at other salons in my past and that has never happened here. I always make appointments with Kin. She is the nicest and most professional nail technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I always get acrylics with shellac or just a shellac fill on my current set. Every time I leave the store I am so happy with the color and quality of my nails. They always last a long time and my color has never chipped. The only times I’ve broken an acrylic off was from being rough at work where I am constantly doing things with hands so it was my own fault.Sometimes I wait a little longer than my set appointment time but I honestly don’t mind. The store is always busy because they are good at what they do and people know it so they go there. I would rather wait a little longer there than go to another salon. The wait is definitely worth it. The entire staff acts professionally and are very kind and helpful. They know their products well and always help me pick the best color when I can’t decide myself.I highly recommend Infinity nail salon and my favorite nail technician Kin to anyone looking for a quality manicure in Manhattan!

I took my mother in for a late mother’s day surprise and I was nervous as I have never been before and we are VERY picky with how our nails are done. We left so satisfied! My mom and I have no complaints whatsoever. They were very time efficient & friendly & very professional. I wish I found them before. It was money well spent. Definitely recommend.

On a Saturday when they are supposed to be open Until 6pm showed up at 3:15 and was told “sorry we closed early today”. I’d like to add I realize that sometime a small business have to close early. HOWEVER. I tried calling at 2:30 because I live about 20 minutes away and wanted to see if they had availability. No answer. I called twice more. No answer. I called one more time as I was on my way around 3pm. No answer. That’s a total of 4 unanswered phone calls. There were clearly still employees there when I walked In the door. One was still finishing up with a client.How hard is it to answer a phone call to tell someone HEY we are closing early today? The whole reason I called was so I wouldn’t waste my time if they had no availability. Is that not the point of a business phone line?! To answer customer questions???This was the first time I was going to try and get my nails done here. Definitely won’t be trying again.

I LOVE coming here!! I always call ahead of time to make an appointment which is best since they are busy which should tell you how great they are. They have complimentary drink if you would like one and they are very accommodating. The ladies there make connections with me and they remember what I like and what I dont like. Just remember that although you may have time for a fill, full, pedi, etc. if you dont make an appointment and they turn you away saying they are booked its nothing against you its just they have a full schedule. I make mine the day before and never have a problem, I am a regular every 2 weeks!

Couldnt understand at all the older lady that works here. I wanted ombre acrylic nails I picked om9 color and she switched it to om8 because SHE liked that color better. Then she pulled out a stick that had the length and I picked length of 5$ but then she told me no no thats too long I do the 3$ length look better NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT.

Ive been going since they opened. Sometimes they are busy--but an appointment ensures that youll be seen pretty quickly if there a wait while they finish up with a previous client. Im picky--and they are consistently good at giving quality service while catering to my particular preferences. They know they customers names, will joke with you and are generally pleasant (even when overworked) on the regular. Even if I try other places, I always come back

The place appearance wise looks nice and presentable. They opened at noon. Its 1230....one customer was in there getting pedicure....one.....the other lady asked me to come back at 3pm......🤷🏽‍♀️

My tech was so great! Friendly and professional! Fun, silly conversation and awesome service. I got my first oil slick nails, and theyre beautiful! I just got them last night, and Ive already had several compliments on how great they look. Im not from there, but I hope another trip to Manhattan coincides with a need for nail maintenance!

Very rude people. I walked in for a simple nail removal and manicure. The woman at the front doesnt even make eye contact with me and tells me to come back tomorrow. I wont be spending my money on rude service.

This was my first time at this salon. The ladies are super nice and friendly and Im very happy with my nails. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because its a little annoying when the person doing your nails answers the phone multiple times and checks in people coming through the door all in the middle of doing your manicure. I think a receptionist would be a great idea and beneficial for this business.

From the pictures it shows it says walk ins welcome on the door, but when I pulled up you can see that those words have been scraped off. I decide to still go in and see if they would be able to do a pedicure, when I pulled on the door it was locked. I looked at my phone it’s 12:30, the door says open Sunday 12-5. I guess I won’t be going here.

The ladies were nice and having a drink was nice as well... But the nail service, not so much. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in until I walked out... Which shows how little attention to detail there was. I am a nail biter that is working really hard to not bite my nails (which I mentioned). Being a nail biter, my cuticles always need some help. My cuticles didnt get pushed back, cut or anything. They look awful. Im going to have to go home and push them back and cut them, which is going to make an even bigger gap between the color and the cuticle than there already is, which is already pretty significant. I mentioned that Im going to be taking engagement pictures, so there will be some shots of the hands, which Im now going to have to avoid or go somewhere to have them fix what wasnt done and pay someone else to redo them. She put cuticle oil on maybe 4 total fingers the rest she wiped a dry brush over. Which I know it was dry because my already dry hands and 6 fingers are still dry. Ill never be back. Im so sad because this was the only salon that I found that had great reviews.

I have been coming here since they opened and I wouldnt go anywhere is. Ken and Yumi are really personable and sweet! They do a really good job with remembering your name and what you like! They are all awesome. I highly recommend!!

Staff was polite and professional. My low rating is due to the quality of my nails. Usually my natural nails with shellac polish is wonderful. They did not have the nude- natural colors I would prefer. My nails are usually hard with using this polish but they werent. They were still bending and that should not be happening.

Im so glad this place opened! Its located conveniently near my work so I love that I can walk over & get a fill or pedicure whenever I want! They are all friendly & do a great job!

Terrible terrible terrible. I asked for 2 pedicures. I sat In the chair for 2 hours while my friend had her nail tech being instructed on how to give a pedicure. It was clear shes not a licensed nail tech. Then the main lady could see I was getting upset so she bounced from me to her client without changing her gloves or washing her hands in any way. This was a terrible experience.

I chose this nail salon based on the high praise from its reviews. I booked an appointment for a pedicure in advance. The pedicure was mediocre at best despite it being one of their more expensive pedicure options. My primary concern was during my time here, there were a total of three employees in the building attempting to take care of eight customers all at once - waxing, pedicures, manicures, the whole bit. The service felt rushed because of this and appeared to be so for the other customers as well. Their reluctance to turn away walk-ins when they’re understaffed and rush those with appointments was beyond frustrating.

There should be hundreds of 5 star reviews on here! I had excellent service for being first time customer. Friendly, clean and extremely professional! Dont go anywhere else! Check this place out first!!!!

I have been to this place multiple times, and up until my last visit, Id consider this a subpar nail salon. Now, I will never return again. I have been getting acrylics regularly for about 5 months now, getting them filled at Infinity or my regular place at home in KC. The KC place always does a great job, but when I get my nails filled at Infinity, they always chip, pop off, or separate from my nail.On my last visit, I called to make an appointment over 24 hours in advance. I arrived about 15 minutes early, picked my color, and waited until they called me. The tech was extremely cold and didnt offer me a beverage (which they always do!). I came in with a broken nail, and I was told by the tech (long, braided, silver hair) that there was no time to fix it. She tried to convince me to switch from my normal fill to gel because of the lack of time to fix my nail ($12 more expensive). When I refused the gel, she grew mad and treated me with no respect the rest of the time. While working on my hands, she would jerk them instead of being gentle, and she finished in about 15 minutes.After 7 days, the acrylic has already separated at the cuticle, when I can go three weeks with acrylic from my home salon.

I came in yesterday to get a dip manicure. I have never been more upset. I honestly should not have even paid for this. My nails are incredibly misshaped, one is even lumpy, and she didn’t even file down my cuticles, so it looks like the polish has already been on for 2 weeks. The only “good thing” about this appointment was that they gave me a discount because they knew they did a terrible job. I will not be going here again. Sidenote: my friend got acrylics, and they looked good, but my experience made me leave in border line tears.

Went in to get a fill. I was told right when I walked in they could not help and to come back later. Would not tell me how long it would be. There was no wait in there and plenty of people to be able to help they just did not want to be bothered with me. I will not be returning to a place that does not appreciate their customers.

The owner/ receptionist did my nails today and they turned out nice but she would tell me I was wrong when I pointed something out, and took a phone call every 5 minutes. She also did not touch up mistakes and was rude. I wanted them longer and she ignored me and raised her voice at me when I showed her a Pinterest picture and said our nail beds were different. Nice place, but poor customer service. Due to all of this, her rushing through it all, and additional reasons I will not be coming back.

I like them and have been there once before but today because they had a so-called appointment with a lot of people (not sure how many is a lot of people) I was turned away. I came there because they made me feel comfortable before and did an excellent job. I was looking forward to having my pedi-mani done before I have my c-section in the morning but the lady told me to come tomorrow despite me telling her Ill be busy having my baby in the hospital. Its Iike she didnt care or hear me at all and said there was nothing that could be done. I guess the future appointments which may or may not attend are more important than a person thats right in your face ready to pay. So I had to wobble my 39 week pregnant behind with my swollen pained feet back to my car and leave. Not cool... 🤰😥😣😤

Went there to get my gel acrilics filled in and they did an awful job. My gel nails chipped within two days and within a week they need a fill. They were so busy and were jumping around from customer to customer. Their was 3 of us that went in together. Very unsatisfied. Will not be going back.
