What a great day I had at this salon. Got my nails dipped for the first time. The lady at station #1 is the best. The whole place and staff were nice and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

I’ve been coming here since fall of 2020 and I love this place the people here are nice and do great! Today I came in and they were short staffed but they were still able to help out my nails since I had to get them done else where and they were done poorly. However Angela did great and fixed me right up with a shellac French tip which I never had before but they didn’t have anyone to do acrylics today. Point taken I love it and it’s my new go to. Also make appointments walk ins are rare since there usually busy.

Kayla was amazing! I love my nails! No bubbles, not thick, very feminine and just perfect! I recommend Kayla!

If you read and take advice from any review please let it be this one. I have been to many nail salons all over Manhattan and this one is by far my favorite. I got my nails done at another salon and they royal messed them up (as you can see by the before photos). I came to element with a dream of my Pinterest worthy nails and they not only delivered, my nail tech Tien killed it. I am so in love with my nails and she was so nice and understanding with what I wanted she really made me feel right at home and listened and took into account everything I wanted. 100/10 making this my spot from now on! Honestly, just look at the photos! Tien KILLED with these she takes such great pride in her work and you can really tell!

Im picky about my nails, period. (I always have been.) Ive rarely, if ever, left disappointed. The one time that I had an issue, it was heard and addressed quickly, without drama and to my satisfaction. There is a good reason that this salon is often busy.

Outside of the inability to schedule properly, the gentleman (manager, I assume) is honestly rude. Rather than holding himself accountable of the error is his scheduling abilities - he refuted claims of the issue on his behalf. He continuously attempted to place blame on other counterparts for the scheduling issue. Once I became present, he instantly told me he could not help me because I didn’t have an appointment. I was treated as a walk in. Even after noticing his flawed opinion and showing that the appointment was in fact booked, he decided to come up with the delusion that it was for the day prior. Which is incorrect. I was questioned about what assistance I would be getting and before I could speak, he spoke for me. Another client there had scheduled a manicure and pedicure. He immediately told her that she didn’t schedule that and she could come back for the other one. He’s disrespectful and unprofessional. I ended up removing myself all around because the energy was disturbing. One would assume that in a place where you are suppose to relax, there would not be this much tension at the hands of him. Talk about decline in service.

Pretty high prices for a not so clean place and mediocre service.

Made an apt with them for a fill in and pedicure & a pedicure for my husband. Was not pleased with the rush job done on my nails. Felt like the service was rushed and not neat at all. When I expressed my concerns, the guy came over and removed the polish. Again a rush job! Leaving blue residue on my nails and then polishing over it with a clear coat! Then tried to charge me full price for my nails although I was no where near satisfied with the services I received. I left in the middle of my pedicure because I did not like the way we were being treated. Guy ended up not charging me for the services because my husband asked how can you charge her and her nails look worse than when she came in. I offer one tip to this establishment women desire their nail apts to feel relaxing so it’s an insult to us to rush through the experience.

Work was amazing! The nail technician was very nice and gentle. Love this nail salon! Every time I come here I am never disappointed. All of you are very much appreciated!

I have never been fully impressed by them but have given them a few chances and tried different techs and I have finally decided this is just not the place for me. They care more about making money ie getting as many customers in and out then they do about their actual services performed. The techs either rush or are just not trained well enough and the services provided show the poor quality.

First time going to a nail salon here is KS. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and care that went into making sure I was happy with my nails. Even though they did a great job, there wasnt much clean up after she finished my dip nail set. Had to come home and clean up around and underneath my nails. Their prices are clearly laid out when you choose what you want but I paid way more than I usually would back home in CA. Paid a total of $75 for a regular pedicure and a dip nail with a tip. They charge extra to take off existing nail work and also extra to shape the nail. Not sure if Ill go back due to the high prices.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to, period. The staff is incredible. I can’t say enough how glad I am that I found them. Exactly what I asked for 🥰🥰🥰.

I went in yesterday after they had called and confirmed my appointment ten minutes prior, and after I had walked in and signed in they proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have an appointment after they had called and confirmed mine. I gave them my name and my number and they told me once again there was no appointment. I’m not saying they are bad at nail I think they are all great at what they do. I just recommend calling more than once to make sure your appointment is a for sure thing.

Truly exquisite experience. Comfortable environment, great massage chairs, perfectly air conditioned, and just the best service. The people there are so nice. My toenails are perfectly shaped and the polish was perfectly done. As soon as I sat in the chair, absolute relaxation swept over me. I have never felt that pedicures were worth the money but I couldn’t have made my feet look this good. Well done Element nails! I wish I was a local, I would come every week.

The lady who did my toenails legit CUT one of them in half and then told me my toenail was chipped and offered to do some extra job on it, so I would have to pay more. She ended up putting superglue all over my toe. Overall just a poor job.

I loved the atmosphere here and there service was very friendly! I had a technician named Coy (spell check!) and he was great! He did my ombre design. Hes very detail oriented and even when I changed my mind a few times he went with the flow! I definitely found my go to nail spot!

Cheap material my pedicure started chipping i got them done yesterday 😪 super high prices for the quality and effort they put!

They did a great job on my daughters nails. Ha was our technician and she was very nice and knowledgeable. She recommended the powder dip due to the state of my daughters nails--she bites and they were wayyyy down past the tip of her fingers, like muffin top fingers, lol. The powder dip turned out great (Id never heard of it before). She took great care to ensure they were shaped well all around and across the nails. We will definitely be coming back. The cost was $45 and you can see the length in the photos I attached.

Super staff. I love my nails. I have acrylics with Gel. The look great. I had the aromatherapy Pedi with Gel as well. My legs felt rejuvenated for days. Prices are very reasonable as well. Cats Eye Gel.

Angela did my nails and she was amazing 👏 and my nails look just like I thought they would. She did an incredible job and was so nice and professional!!

My gel fell off my toes after 4 days. Will not be going back

Always quick and excellent service

I’ve been getting my nails done for 6 years and have never had such a bad experience. The lady was rude, rushed me along, and did a horrible job. The only thing she got right was the color I picked and it even still had problems. If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would.1. I told the lady to do my nails in coffin shape, a shape I’ve been doing for over a year now. She charged me for the shape and didn’t even come close to a coffin tip they are square.2. I repeatedly told her there were bald spots in the glitter on my nails. She insisted it was fine and would not fix it.3. The same fingers on each hand nails length are vastly different lengths, and no finger on any hand is close to the same shape.4. When buffing my nails she proceeded to keep scratching the pads under my fingers with the buffer.5. She kept pulling on each of my hands hard each time if she needed me to relax and rushed through the job pushing them around instead of telling me if I needed to relax or move.6. I told her to keep my nails pretty long and she went and cut them all short before even asking me to clarify the length.7. my fill didnt even go all the way to the back at all. This will make it so I will have to get my nails filled a lot fasterWhen I addressed her with all this she shoved my hands in the dryer telling me “they’re fine”. I will never be giving this place my business again. Pictures to prove all my points will follow.

The older lady that works here gave me a manicure and a pedicure and she wasn’t nice and she cut my in two places. Once on my toe and once on my fingernail. She then put nail glue over the cut and it doesn’t look good at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible person who did my toes. Cant even wear a shoe because she cut too deep. 4 times she punched while cutting my nails. She didnt use a top coat and after 3 days its wearing off.will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

BEST pedicure I’ve received in a long time! Currently 9 months pregnant and this pedicure was LIFE SAVING. They did a great job, had different options, and the lady that did my nails made sure they were 100% and looked exactly how I wanted.Extremely satisfied with Element Nails

Such a great experience, had a party of four and they were so nice! Never felt rushed. Loved the massage chair and the hot stones on the foot massage. Clean and friendly. Stayed open late for us. And felt like they put our satisfaction first! Made all of us very comfortable and easy to talk to. Great experience, would definitely go many more times.

Came in for pedicures but they didn’t give an estimated wait time. After a 25 minute wait I heard them tell someone else 2 hours. So asked what our wait would be and he said for a pedicure it would be “soon”. 30 minutes later they brought us back to pedicure chairs but didn’t fill with water. Total time spent before they started the pedicures was well over 2 hours. Would have preferred they just ask us to come back at another time when they had more availability.

My husband found them online looking for a place for me to get my toes done. We both got a pedicure. Desiree was the sweetest. I was so relaxed, and she was so gentle. My feet looked and felt amazing! The shop is very clean and vibe was comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

Love Element!! I love that you can call and find out what the wait time is, and that they will hold your spot in line while you go about your day if there is a wait. I have only had one bad experience, hence the 4 stars, but since having Tonya do my nails it had been perfect every time since!! The staff for the most part is so sweet and so incredibly efficient! All the people working here are super nice!! The lady who did my nails was took the time to do my nails right!! At every step she asked me if I liked it and if I wanted to change anything! I loved this place and will definitely be returning! Great price as well

I will not be coming back here again they charge for every little thing I got my nails done which were done ok but for the price it’s a no for me and on top of that my friend got her nails done as well the older nail tech lady had her nail beds bleeding and in pain the color coat was uneven and sticky at that and they didn’t try to fix it either on the plus side we like Jayden he does an amazing pedicure 👍🏾

The lady that did my nails was very rude, kept pulling on my hand. Everyone else seemed very nice though. The lady said that it will take and hour to dry your nails, there is no way I am waiting an hour to get my nails dried. I hated it and probably won’t come back.

I came here to get a pedicure and the lady told me that they couldn’t fix my feet but mind you I paid my money and this is the results I’m highly disappointed but it’s cool won’t be back foot still had dead skin on it

I used to be a loyal Elements customer. I started going when they first opened and went at least 12 times a year. This past year (2019) it really started going downhill. The place is dirty, we are very rushed and the pedicure isn’t that good. The staff are short with you and once again rush us to an extreme extent. I will not being going there again. The only person I’ve had a positive experience with was Tonya. I went to her 3-4 times this summer for acrylic fills. She did a great job and the designs always looked good. I’m very sad to say I won’t be going there again anytime soon.

Professional, clean, and friendly environment. They are up front about pricing. They also have a check in sheet which makes communication easy you sign in and check what you want done they take the paper and give you the service from there. Nail techs there also care about your NAIL BED! Which is amazing.:) ♡♡

Khoi was amazing!! I got the jelly pedicure and matte black coffin shape dip! He was so friendly and my nails turned out great!! Will be making the hour and a half drive here on out just for him! His sister (I don’t remember her name but it starts with a T) was also very sweet!

I was fortunate to arrive when there was no wait for my first visit. I was helped right away and pricing is right there as you decide on services. Tanya did a great job with the acrylic overlay on my natural nails, I couldnt have been more pleased. I will be a return patron for maintenance of my overlays.

I’m never going anywhere else!!!! I’ve been living in the area for almost 2 years and I feel like I wasted my time and money everywhere else. My first time coming here I had a great experience. My nail job is PERFECT. Many people can’t shape my nails right because I have wide finger nails lol but she did amazing. My nail tech was hilarious I had a good time talking to her and the salon is super nice, modern and clean. Everyone there was funny and friendly. Really good vibe place. This salon has been my go to place for a while now. Most of the staff is pleasant and do a good job. For the most part I stick to pedicures because I don’t like the maintenance that comes with getting my hand nails done but the few times that I’ve had my nails done they did a great job. I’ve never had a bad experience with pedicures though and will keep coming back.

My nail technician did a fantastic job. He took his time and was very thorough. Apparently what I have on my nails is hard to fill and fix and they look fantastic. He also talked with me about other options that might work better for me in the future but did not pressure me. I will definitely be going back! I only wish I would have gotten his name.

I was impressed by the reviews and pictures of their work so I decided to try them out. I like my nails, but they are a little thin in certain places. The design and shape are well executed and I do not personally think they are overpriced. Im happy and will go back!

I’ve noticed many diverse ratings in the reviews but i honestly do believe it’s a 5 Star salon that need some more credit that it’s been receiving. I have been coming to Element since it first open in town without doubt I left my old salon and been a loyal customer here at Element since. Yes it’s it might seem like a long waiting time but it’s shows they take their time with the customers and you end up getting your time & money’s worth. Customer service has been upon and beyond my expectations. Its true many employees have come and gone but overall it proves they keep the best and try to stay open minded in giving opportunities to others. Without a doubt when I need a break or self care and need to relax I know this is the place I can do so and I plan to keep coming.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I am obsessed with my nails. The service was phenominal. My nail tech was very sweet and took her time. She made sure everything looked exactly as I wanted and symmetrical. Will go back for sure.

I recently moved to the area and found Element online, had great reviews so I figured I’d be safe! The first time I went I was so pleased, quick, friendly, nails looked good and stayed good for almost a month. I went back today and to my surprise got in right away on a Friday evening. Well the lady I got was horrible. Rude as can be, nails looked awful, shouting at me from across the salon. Honestly everyone else seemed great so just don’t get the lady in chair 9!

Nice place. I got right in a chair. A fill and basic pedi both with gel, $82 and I’m done in 1.5 hrs. The massage chair was super nice. Hot stones during the pedi? Amazing. She was attentive to detail and did a nice job. They have a detailed list of what they offer with prices and easy guides for your nail shape and length. Also multiple ethnicities working here if that thing matters to you.

This is the only place I ENJOY going to get my nails done. Consistent quality regardless of technician, clean, friendly and excellent color choice! All while not charging more than the other fairly priced salons in the area. I moved out of town but always try to find time to stop in when Im home! :)

Desiree has the most motivation and genuine quality I’ve ever seen, she takes the time to treat her clients with excellence and she is so devoted that she even practices at home to improve her talents. She makes so many referrals and I’ve definitely been speaking of her talents to other friends of mine to come see her. I will always come back and request her I’m the future!

The majority of staff is very friendly and skilled. Also the greeter is quite welcoming and you are always acknowledged when you walk in the door. My only issue was with the older female employee who treats her customers poorly and gives attitude at the slightest change/question.

Decided to try this place after living in Manhattan for 3 years and it was amazing. Friendly greeting as I walked in, offered me complimentary drinks, and I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes as a walk-in. Issac was extremely nice and massaged my feet beautifully. Overall, refreshing experience and felt like I was in a high class salon. Wish I wouldve gone here sooner!

This Nail Lounge is the best in Manhattan! It always looks clean. The staff is very friendly. I get my services done at a GREAT price and above all my nails look awesome. I get compliments on them daily.....I wouldnt go any place else.....

I’m sorry about that review being in place but I genuinely am concerned as to why it switched like that. I do apologize.

Whenever I walk in, even if they are busy, Im instantly made to feel at home. The services are excellent and well priced. I love the fact that they have different scented exfoliants! The staff, especially Tinkerbell, is wonderful and so very friendly! Definitely worth a visit. You will be hooked.

5/5 on the nails, i definitely recommend this salon, it was one of the prettiest acrylic sets i’ve gotten. only issue was that they have hidden extra costs for literally everything (which nail shape you get, how long your nails are, how many colors you get, etc). just watch out for that

This was my second time going to this lounge and I must say it was the BEST EXPERIENCE ever! Sang, my nail tech was amazing. He took his time with my Green Tea pedicure and I couldnt have left there anymore relaxed. This is my new nail home. 👍🏾
