I got a full set (long stiletto) and they were able to schedule me for the next day. My tech, Kian, was the best I’ve ever had. They look perfect, and they were only $40!!! The other salons I’ve been to here were $45-60 for the same thing and they looked way worse. I will definitely be coming back!

Its GREAT when you can actually get in on your appointment time. Make appointment so you wont have to wait yet waited 35 minutes to get started bc of walk in taking priority..🤔

The salon was not at all clean. Large build of dust on everything. They didn’t sanitize the table between manicures, the dryers were covered in dust. However, the technician did a good job. I will not go back!

Loved the nails I got done, they were beautiful in color and length. When one got ripped off by my dads cat, they replaced it for free. Looking forward to the next set I get before Valentines day for my date :)

Today was my second time in there. The gentleman working convinced me to try something called cats eye (shellac nails) and I absolutely love it!!!

I reviewed a lot of reviews on nails salons and this specific place had the most positive ones about them. So at like 5:30 I called and asked if they had time to do my friends and I’s full acrylic sets, one pedi, and two little girls nails painted. They told us to come at 6 (they closed at 7). They were very patient and kind. Was very nice about not leaving until past 8 to finish our nails. I picked an ombré matte with jewels. Those alone took 45-50 minutes because she didn’t rush or hurry. She cared about what they would look like in the end. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon and they definitely have my business from here on out. Thanks for the amazing nails and customer service!

Pretty dissatisfied with the quality of the work done. She cut half of the length off and squared the tips even though I told her not square. I had split one of my nails and asked for a wrap to stabilize it long enough to grow out. All she did was put some nail glue on it, I did that myself to hold until I could get it fixed. The polish never dried on my nails, had to go back and all they did was buff it a bit and added more (which still didnt dry properly). My nails look like my 2 year-old great niece did my nails.

Love coming here whether it is a long visit for a well given pedicure or a quick visit for an eyebrow wax. They always seem to have time even if they are busy and still do a very good job. We will be back to visit.They employees are great and knowledgeable.

After today I will not return. The lady that did my nails didnt do them right at first. She forgot the under polish for the cat eye. She applied two layers of the cat eye coat onto my bare nail. When I asked about the black undercoat she argued with me. Then, she just threw the black over everything shed already done, and not very well. My nails look like its been a week since they were painted, and have grown out some.

The salon seemed pretty busy, but theres almost no room to sit and wait. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, but some of the other staff seemed rude to the patrons. If I was in a rush, I might go back simply because its convenient, but if youre looking for ambience, you should probably go somewhere else.

Apparently, this business doesnt want business, especially not possible repeat business.Three times I tried to go in and get my nails done. Twice, I was very rudely told, Id you want service, you must wait at least an hour.Today, I was told, Its your own fault for being a bad customer and not making an appointment.Okay. Im sure that there are plenty of other salons that want my money.

I will never recommend or come back to da vi nails. I asked for a design from the design strips with minor variations. They only had one lady in there doing designs. The design I asked for was a flower but I wanted more/longer pedals to accommodate my big toe. She did not understand me and they began to talk about me in their language. I asked her for the design strips to find a different design and she told me find something on the internet. This did not make any sense, since she could not get the first design I choose from their designs.

Love the owners, they are friendly, cheerful and make u feel welcome rather than outsiders as I have found to b the case at other nail salons

I had made a reservation for three of us a week in advance. When I arrived I told them I had an appointment but everyone was busy. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. When they did they asked what time my appointment was scheduled for and how many people. I said 1:30 (It was 1:45 by now) and for three people. The guy was shocked because again all of the employers were busy. I said I had made an appointment and the man look bewildered. He told us he could only do a set of nails one at a time. All three of us were getting manis and pedis. We walked out and went to Cali Nails in the mall instead.
