They didnt even charge me for a high quality scan. If I need printing services, Ill definitely return here.

I have been here before during Christmas time, yes it has been a few years, but I was treated well when I came in and we had no troubles getting what I needed. I had called today and asked if I could get literally 3 small photos printed for a friend. The lady first of all, took forever to answer me and then when I asked if I could have the photos printed she was very rude and told me to go somewhere else because they are so busy. She told me to go to Walgreens or some other printing place to get what I needed done. You should never get rid of a customer or ever make customers feel like they are less important. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be calling or coming back. But thank you to the lady for having me go somewhere else where I felt wanted because they were actually helpful and cheaper too! :)

Last week we had an after-hours print job that was critical to the success of a major event (needed to reprint something quickly... long story!) and we were able to reach Sir Speedy after 5:00 on a Friday and they found someone who could come in and do our emergency print job early on a Saturday morning. Ive done business with this team for many, many years (I still call them Hawley Printing in my notes!) and they have always done quality work with a fast (dare I say SPEEDY) turnaround, and this cheerful helpfulness doesnt surprise me, though it felt even more above and beyond the call of duty than anything Ive experienced there before. They truly set the bar for outstanding customer service. Folks, THIS is why you Shop Local -- because community businesses care about their community and go out of their way to help when that help is needed. Ive worked with a printing company before and maybe that experience has soured my opinion of Sir Speedy. Whenever I send a request to their email there is a 50% chance of getting an email back that day. When the person primarily responsible was on vacation I didnt receive a response until I reached back out. When an order is finalized I always have to ask when I can expect delivery. Even then it is a generic time frame that is over a week away (7-9 business days). This makes coordination as an admin difficult as I cant give my superiors a firm answer as to when they will have the requested items. As of this review Ive had to call on 2 of my orders when they didnt arrive at the latest approximate date.There is plenty of competition even in our small town so maybe this is why I expect a better customer service experience.
