Definitely one of my favorite places to go for a haircut! The only con I can think of is the days they are closed, but that’s a preference thing. Even then, that’s not enough to drop my 5 star. Friendly staff. Comfortable environment.

I went in for a haircut, and afterwards I stated it was the “top 3 best haircuts of my life!” I am ex military and I get my haircut every couple of weeks, so to claim that is a bold but true statement. The ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!

As a black male new to the Kansas area I Was very worried about where I Was going to get my haircut. Because not everyone can cut African American hair, but these ladies did an amazing job, they We’re educational about the area, kind and very professional! I love that I can schedule an appointment online and be in and out in less then a hour!

Great little barbershop! I found this diamond in the rough by accident, and I won’t go anywhere else. I have only had excellent haircuts from this establishment.

It is always a pleasure going to the Aggieville Barber Shop. The atmosphere of dealing with this local barbershop is very welcoming. You can go there and have the same person cut your hair and they remember how you like it done. Completely different from the chain stores where they have high turnover and you never know what you are going to get. I believe Phil and Jed have a combined experience of over 60+ years (I cant remember exactly, I just know it is way longer than I have lived.) Plus their prices are competitive with the chain stores that are run by cosmetic students, but you get way more for your money.

Definitely one of the best barbershops here. Im tired of PX and great clips haircuts; they are so sub par and just cheap... This barber uses a razor to get the sharpest and cleanest skin fade (recommended to all my soldiers out there).This is the oldest barber shop in Manhattan and there is definitely a reason why theyre still around.

Very pleased with my haircut and my straight razor shave (the works-lather, hot towel, alcohol, and aftershave) was well done and relaxing. Expeditious yet careful.

Went there for the first and last time. Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. As a black man, my hair line is everything. Julie completely ruined my hairline. She then proceeded to tell me how it’s because my hairline is slightly receding. I have gotten haircuts before and never have had an issue with this. I was very vocal about how unsatisfied I was. I can’t believe i pod $20 for what I got and will never step foot in the place again.

I have been here a few times and have always been more than satisfied with my haircut. Typical wait time is minimal but I would imagine it is busier between 5-6pm and on Saturdays. Closed Sun-Mon.Great value at $13.

Being mostly bald, I have been pretty ambivalent about haircuts. Didnt like the way that whats left of my hair looked, even after a haircut. But not with Jed. Not sure what is different, but I like the results now. Nice traditional barber shop setting, too.

Nice people, but wouldn’t recommend to a friend and likely won’t be going back unless every other place in the area is busy. A step above great clips/sports clips but it wasn’t worth the $15 haircut.

Great military haircut, she took her time even with 4 waiting and 3 people poking their head in and not sitting down due to the wait, best detail work around neck and ears I have had in a long time, I think she trimmed my ear lobes
