Latica has cut my hair on and off for the past 20 years. Even after I moved to San Diego, I scheduled cuts when I was back in town.I love the way she cuts my hair. She’s very consistent and careful. I came in for all over highlights and paid $120. I tipped Mandy $30 and was told if the highlights didnt come out to my liking to come back in. Not only did I make an appointment but she canceled on me and hasnt respond to my texts for 2 weeks. Was a great experience until I was dodged. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere and repay to get what I want done.
