I arrived at 8.05am for my 8.30 appointment. Jay, who I have previously dealt with is very courteous wrote an order for my 2009 Canry SE for services for oil change and to have my alarm checked. Paperwork was finally completed at 10.40am. It took over 2 hours with an appointment. Upon entering my car, my plastic floor mat was missing and the original Camry floor mat was very dirty and messy. My plastic mat was discovered in the trunk. I was extremely disappointed with whoever was assigned to my car. Apparently, this person has no concept of Care and tenderness I maintain my car. Hope this is not repeated.

This review is about the Toyota vehicle maintenance department. Last month I took my father’s 2015 Camry in because the A/C was no longer working. The car was kept overnight and we were told the next day that there were a number of repairs that needed to be done and the A/C needed to be replaced! This car has 9000 miles on the speedometer! The cost of all these repairs was in excess of $2000. The service rep was trying to instill fear into my 86 year old father that he would have even more problems with his car should he not do the repairs. Well, this young service rep didn’t know that he was talking to a retired mechanic! My dad knew he was full of it! Today, I drove down to So OC to have the car repaired by my trusted mechanic. I was told the list of repairs was pure nonsense! One part in the A/C was replaced. I paid $359 total out the door! I also want to mention that when I picked up my dad’s car from Toyota MB that the gas tank was on empty with the warning light. The radio was on a channel that my dad doesn’t listen to and the seat was reclined. I checked to see what the mileage was on the paperwork on the day I dropped it off but it was conveniently not filled in! Someone drove my dad’s car as he had a half a tank the day before.

My car and the price from this dealership are both top notch! I have already referred a friend that also leased a vehicle from here for this reason. The 4/5 stars is for lack of ease. My last 3 vehicles (2016, 2019, and 2020) have been purchased/leased entirely online and the vehicles were brought to me with the paperwork, so it was all very easy. THIS dealership doesn’t offer that service, so I had to sit in the office for 90+ minutes with my 4 month old AND sit in a small office with the pushy finance manager during the delta variant covid issues. He was masked, but I shouldn’t have had to be there. The price break made it “worth” it to a point, but I’d happily go elsewhere should they allow me to never come to the dealership. This dealership would have my complete devotion if they offered such service as everything else here is good.

Todd assured me that if anything came up over the following weeks, to reach out and he would make sure it was taken care of.The long story short is that there ended up being an issue with the front break pads and Todd stayed true to his word. I showed up to Manhattan Beach Toyota and was treated very well by the service staff. Jaime Rodriguez, one of the managers at the service center was incredibly patient and made sure to squeeze me in amidst a long day of repairs. Jose and Jimmy in the service department went on a test drive with me while I explained what was going on and they were incredibly professional and attentive. I left a few hrs later with the problem fixed and very grateful I had purchased from them. Manhattan Beach is about 45 mins from where I live, but after service like that, I will make sure to have all my upcoming maintenance done here.When it is time for me to upgrade my car in a couple of years, I will absolutely come back here. First time buying a new car so I wasnt quite sure what to expect and quite a bit of anxiety making a large purchase. Service, walk through, driving experiences were absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgably about the car.Drove about 120 miles to the dealership as we were looking for a dealership that had the car/trim/color in stock. 100% my fault, I didnt realize due to the shortage there was going to be an added 5k market adjustment. They were willing to work with us to lower a little bit - I later realized through an affiliate program at my work I could have lowered it a bit further to 3.1k - again 100% my fault. Besides, I probably made up that difference in the free coffee while I was there.Overall a good experience

Manager calls me 10 mins later and tells me truck is SOLD and then was trying to sell me a more expensive truck. This whole time I’m thinking, “how would they sell the truck if an appointment was made and the deal was settled?” Long story short, apparently there is a “first come first serve” rule that the manager told me they have when it comes to popular cars where they will literally sell the car right from under you? In my world that is a horrible business practice and after leasing from them the last 2 times, sadly I will be moving my business to a dealership like Cabe Toyota where they value their customers.

I walked into the dealership with a glimmer of what I wanted but Leo Frias was instrumental in helping me feel confident in my choice in purchasing my new 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I am very happy with the whole experience, everyone was very kind and Irvin and Armando were also great in wrapping up the final details; I would definitely recommend Manhattan Beach Toyota.

I came in with the truck model and fair price in mind. Did some negotiating as expected, but in the end I got what I wanted. These guys are polite, quick and easy-to-do business with. Gabriel took care of me. Will buy from again. Recommend to all.

Conrad Sokalski is more than just a salesman, he felt like a long time friend! It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish. It was slammed at the end of the month, but Conrad made the process quick, fun and easy compared to other dealers. Courtesy van on weekends almost non-existent. Taken to Olive Garden while waiting for service to be completed. Waited at Olive Garden over 1 hour for pick up. Service to car was excellent. All work finished when promised.

Jonathan Sipin responded to my emails promptly even after having to reschedule my meeting with him multiple times. When I arrived, very friendly Marcos took the lead helping me test drive the car and answered any questions I had. Armando helped out during negotiations and Hector walked me through the Financing. Usually car purchasing ends there and the dealership sends you on your way once youve made your purchase. However these guys took it the extra mile. I was stuck at the dealership with my rental car and the car I had just purchased. I had to return my rental car. Jonathan followed me to the rental car return, waited for me and then drove me back to the dealership. Thats what you call amazing service. Daniel is the BEST EVER!!!! I called late the night before last to check on a Sienna in stock. By the next morning, he got back to me BEFORE HE EVEN GOT TO WORK with details that I fervently asked for. I was in to the dealer by a little after lunch to purchase it. Only place to buy a new or used Toyota! Went in to help my mom find a car that was easy on her wallet and would work for her A to Z trips throughout the year. We met with Nathan Campbell and after greeting us kindly, he immediately asked what our needs were. Surprisingly he offered us simple options and let us know that we are free to choose whatever was best for us, no gimmicks, no games and best of all, no pressure. He showed us new and used options with great patience and clarity, answering any questions we had. We saw a great deal with upfront pricing and we applied for financing. The whole process took about 5 minutes! Nathan brought us ice cold water, hot coffee and an ice cold soda to boot.... on his dime since Covid forced most of the amenities at the dealership shut. He even ran across the street in 102 degree heat to bring us the goods! Mind you, we werent looking at a high priced sports car or a sequoia but a simple but reliable corolla so commission was definitely taking a back seat here. Once we made our selection, Nathan introduced us to David Umanzor who helped us finalize the deal. Again, no pressure! It was amazing! I couldnt help but feel that David would bring on the arm twisting pressure but to my surprise, he even found us more money to save! Talk about service!
