I went in for a oil change for my vehicle (out of state) and Carl was super attentive and caring he takes great care of customers plus he managed to fix a recall service at the same time for the vehicle . Take your car here at Manhattan Beach Toyota dealer- excellent customer service- clean waiting area- screens ( show what car is. being seviced at the time )- bilingual workers- fast service
Never again will I trust this service department. During an inspection in February 2021 a service rep I had never before seen told me that my engine oil was leaking and the repair estimate was just shy of $5000. Guess what? My cars oil is NOT leaking, never was. Ive been monitoring the oil for the past six months now, and not a drop has spilled on my garage floor, nor has the oil on the dipstick changed. Beware of con men recommending unnecessary work!
Great and very friendly service. I called and changed my appointment once without any issues. They will even drive you home in your car while they are test driving it if you arent too far away!

Brought my car in because it was overheating and spent $1400 on various repairs that they recommended, including the thermostat and water pump. The car continued to overheat, so I took it somewhere else and found out the fan was actually the problem. Thanks for wasting my money.

This was my first time at Manhattan Beach Toyota, customer service was really good, I was lost for a few minutes but I asked someone where parts department was and ones I was point to the right direction everything was fine.I do think Manhattan Beach Toyota has to have a better system to let customers know where each department is. Other than that they everything was good.

They got me a same day appointment took my expired coupon and a different random garage was ready to do work on my car that Toyota said shouldnt be done for $100,000 miles I knew that I should just be taking my car to the dealership even if its more but it wasnt.
There was a $15 discrepancy between the price quoted and confirmed over the phone versus what is charged in the service department. When I called to make the appointment, I was told it would be $44.95 and when I arrived I was told it would be $59.95. The advisor corrected it for this appointment, but said that any future visits would be at the higher price. (The only reason this review is 2-star and not 1-star)From arrival to departure was 2 hours for an oil change, with appointment. Other Toyota Dealerships have provided the same service in half the time with a free car wash.At the end of my visit, I was not provided with any details about the multi-point inspection, but simply an itemized list. When I probed for details, I was told everything was on the last page, which was just an itemized price list of what different services would cost. Either the service advisor did not have the knowledge to provide more detail or he just didnt care. Either way, I will not be going back to this Toyota for service.

I was asked to return 1 month after a routine service visit to replace a second tire, they didnt fix initially, something to do with paperwork. I returned. They said the tire was fine. A huge waste of my time. I have had to fight for every repair of my tires, several nails, one time going back 3 times and waiting over 8 hours total on various the return visits, outside scheduled maintenance appts. I have the extended warranty covering tires. One time they put my spare on (small tire) and put my full size in the back of my car (it didnt fit in the spare tire space). What a joke! It is not their fault I have had nails. How they chose to NOT fix my problem has been ridiculous and unacceptable. Their B.S. reasons and trying to save their bottom line has put my life and others at risk and cost them a future customer!
