The lady who helped with updating my membership card was wonderful. I originally went in for help with Real ID card. Not helpful!

Its an incredible experience to be a member of AAA, their employees are awesome, helpful and very attentive to my needs.Waiting time was almost none existing!!I am in awe to know that I dont have to go and deal with DMV officesMy AAA membership is worth every single dollar I pay!!!

They fight tooth and nail to just do what they are supposed to do when you have them for insurance which is cover and protect you when you are in an accident. They are more than happy to charge almost $500 a month to cover two cars, one which isn’t even being driven because it needs the transmission replaced, but when it comes to paying out for a claim, forget it. They will even take sides with the other party and implicate that you are lying, their own customer. Ugh. No thanks.

Ive been a member since I was 16 years old. One of the best reasons to have this (other than phenomenal roadside assistance) is for the DMV services. You can do everything you could do at DMV, with the exception of getting a drivers license. Otherwise, this is a membership you dont want to miss!

Just one visit to the speedy DMV service they provide pays for the membership. Oh and you also will have AAA! They could stop raising the dues tho!

Easy in and out. The lot is semi crowded looking, but its actually fairly empty. The employees are spread out socially distanced, and only four customers are allowed inside at a time. The lines outside were separated into one line for dmv services and one line for regular AAA services. The lines outside were only 2 or 3 people long and the line moved fast. I was very pleased that I didnt have to go near anyone. I felt safe the entire time. They dont accept debit card, so bring your credit card or check or cash.

The service was fast and friendly. They followed Covid protocol and I was done in fifteen minutes.

Great customer service. Have been a member for 20+ years. From insurance for home & auto to travel agency to DMV registration renewals. Fast service for DMV renewals, beats standing in long line at the DMV.

Support for travel has been really frustrating! Communication is not kept timely and never as committed. A great deal of change in agents since the one we dealt with for years. Never had an issue. Retuned calls and emails no later than a day. Always provided costs and schedule.

DMV service’s at AAA are fast and easy. Being open on Saturday’s are a plus!

I love to avoid DMV as much as possible and AAA is worth every penny. Only problem is the payment types they accept. No debit cards accepted which is very inconvenient.

With a flat tire on Thanksgiving night I was incredibly impressed with Ricardo who came and professionally replaced it with my spare. After the kind gentleman on the phone took my request, Ricardo was quick to arrive and quick to do his job. Huge thanks to him and AAA for such awesome service.

This place is right outside my house, they dont care for the neighbors around, this passed weekend they were painting the roof and every car within the street has now ruined paint because of this business. Overspray on every single car on the block. Im going to be taking this matter further than this because this is unacceptable.

I got to AAA to get my tags I only waited in line for 15 mins the lady greeting customers was ever so pleasant & Tried her best to keep customers waiting in line in the shade! I paid the $14 to take the hold of my acct about an hr earlier I didnt know it takes 2-3 days for DMV to process so the AAA Rep called DMV & Got them to take the hold off & I was able to walk out with my Tags. Thank You AAA.

The only way to deal with dmv...BEWARE have cash or check because this location DOES NOT ACCEPT any card that has the word DEBIT on it!

Lame that they wouldnt take me card, it has too be a credit card or check or cash. Not a debit card. Now isnt a check the same? So have to go back. People were nice though. They just changed that rule last month.

I just call like about 2 minutes ago and I have been a triple aaa member for 18 years and some lady answered she did not even give me her name when I informed her that I wanted to take my car off of full coverage all she said was hold on and rerouted the call back to the main option then I could not get a hold of anyone that is very unprofessional service for anyone one wether you are a one day triple aaa member or 18 years member like me. Now I am going to have to call another office to try to get the help that I need. To me that was a -18 star review

I am handicapped, and when I went to the line outside, they gave me a chair to wait while everyone else was standing! How nice is that! I had some DMV paperwork for a placard, and a very sweet triple aaa worker named Yvonne, took excellent care of all my needs. I didnt have to get up at all. She even took the time to help unscrew my old plates, all while she had white clothing on. Everything was perfect and I went home with all I needed. I was certainly blessed to be helped by Yvonne! Outstanding membership service!

Anna was amazing, she helped me right at closing and then walked over with me to get a Fastrak in order to make sure they were still open and would assist me so I didn’t have to come back the next day. Even with covid precautions the entire process only took me 20 minutes, great customer service!

AAA was great years ago. Now the Corporation AAA is awful. I was with them for over 20 years. AAA is only good for DMV services an towing services. Their auto boat and my motorcycle insurance are all sub par services. I recommend state farm for auto home boat an motorcycle insurance. Its not the people working for AAA its their corporate policies. Was a good company. Not anymore.

This is the membership that I personally think everybody should have they have always done well but they have improved so much on everything battery service on the road tire service if you’re stranded you don’t have to wait for help to arrive it is really the matter of minutes when they say 30 minutes there usually right on the spot with that or sooner you’re getting high grade technicians to help you good communication with customer service timeline of where the service agent is on the road and usually something fixable that will get you back on the road safely for instance my battery went out I called the 800-number I received a text technician is on the way with the correct size battery incredible pricing parts and labor Imagine that no filling nothing no sitting and waiting for your car for a battery replacement or tire replacement for several hours outstanding. they were out immediately not only did I get a battery and got back on the road quickly but the prices are outstanding. Thank you to the whole team of AAA i’d like to just point out you might want to check out their automobile insurance good chances you’ll switch over.

I will NEVER go to this location again. I went here to get rental insurance. The rep quoted me $78. I paid in full. The following month I received a bill for $22. I didnt know what it was for so I went to the Torrance location to inquire about it. They had no idea and suggested that I contact the rep. That night I emailed him. A week went by, no answer. I came back to the Manhattan Beach location and asked if I could talk to the rep about the extra charge. I waited for 40 minutes. Then another rep came and told me that the my rep was busy so he can help me instead. He told me the my rep made a mistake and the computer caught it. I was OK with the answer. We all make mistakes, I can understand that. What bothered me was that they never bother to contact me about the extra charge and I wasted my time going to two different locations. Not only that, he misspelled the management company. Once I understood what the extra charge was for, which by the way includes a $6 installment fee, even though its their fault, I paid it right away. The AAA bill payment site wasnt even working correctly. It kept declining my debit card, even though nothing was wrong with it. I ended up having to pay with an electronic check which takes 3 days to clear. By this time, my bill was over due. Two days later at midnight, I got an email from AAA saying I owe $29 and my policy is pending cancellation. What the heck! I have been an AAA member for 13 years and never had a problem with them until I came to this location. I cant recommend this place, theyre sloppy and have terrible customer relations.

Ive changed my review, I had a new experience.. that left a sour taste in my spirit. Went to the location on Avaition, in Manhattan Beach, ca. I was just dropping of some information for my claim. Easy peezy. Within the first seconds of walking in, there was literally no one in line . I was going through my phone looking for the email my claim adjuster sent when this lady working in, what looked to be the information desk. In the nastiest tone ever.. what are you looking for.. or something similar. No friendliness, not nice or kind.. just horrible. I wanted to just bypass her.. run, really. So I walked over to her and explained. She just had an attitude as if..idk.. I didnt belong there..or she personally was disgusted by my presence. Idk. I managed to get through it. She did take my paperwork. Ive never experience such ugliness in my life. Wow. Usually I have no issues at AAA. So this took me by surprise. I dont know her name. I had my son with me.. I just wanted to get out. She was very nasty.

Worse service EVER! I’ll never recommend this place. The tow guy took over 2hours to come to the drop off location which was only 2 miles away from where the car was towed from. Tried calling California Motor Club and the representative was not only rude but also hung up in my face. So I called back and got another rude rep, he found it humorous to ask repetitive questions so I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager on duty and he gave me an excuse as to why I couldn’t speak with him. If you can avoid this tow place, please do so! There’s a million other tow businesses that would gladly assist and make their services much more pleasurable.

AAA as a whole is amazing.. because I can do most if not all of my DMV services there.. This particular location.. I love also.. cause its not too crowded.. staff is always friendly & helpful.. & im usually in & out of there in a reasonable time.. Although, I seem to always forget CASH or a CHECK.. but aside from that.. it beats making the trip to DMV

If you are a member they can perform many of the things you go to the dmv to do. I got my car tags in 15 minutes without an appointment and they had the stickers there. No waiting for them to come in the mail

If you use AAA and your car is out for repossession do not call AAA for help,it appears they work in conjunction with finance and repossession companies.

The employees here are competent, efficient, helpful, and friendly. It is much faster and friendlier than the DMV, being a private business organization rather than an unaccountable unionized government bureaucracy.I have had some exceptionally good and helpful DMV employees, but they are the exception. I have had more average and poor DMV employees than good ones.
