Our 6 yr old refrigerator would not keep things cold enough--even on the highest setting. John came over the next day, figured out the problem and returned with a new part within the week. He saved us from having to buy a whole new appliance! He even checked back with us after the Memorial Day week-end to make sure everything was running well. He was amazing!

I have been using Glenns Appliance for over 10 years. I called last Monday, had it looked at Wednesday, purchased the new one Friday, it was scheduled for delivery today between 8:30 and 9:00, they were here at 8:45, old stove gone, new one installed, and they were gone by 9:15. Top notch service! Having the same repairman for all this time says a lot as well.

I brought in a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for service that has been tripping a breaker in my house. I was charged a $50 bench fee and have no idea what was actually done to the mixer. The technician I spoke with said that they “ran it for an hour” and that it “got hot” but never tripped a circuit. Okay, so you ran an appliance known to be tripping circuits for an hour? Seems a strange way to test a potentially faulty device. When I received the appliance, it hadn’t even been cleaned or wiped down for my trouble. Even if my home electrical is to blame, no one could seem to offer an explanation for why this was happening. I feel cheated and robbed. Now, running the appliance at low speed in my home after “service,” it seems to be binding and makes a strange noise like there is a lack of lubrication somewhere in the assembly. And it still trips a breaker if run past low speed. In my own research I’ve found that GFCI nuisance tripping can point to a worn motor or contaminated brushes. You’re telling me there’s no fix for this? I’m sorry but I won’t be returning here.

My father bought a small fridge part, came home, looked at it and decided that instead of messing with the old fridge might as well buy a new one so we drove back to the store within an hour of the purchase, the guy at the front desk (wasnt even wearing a mask) said that they dont take returns because they dont know if the part has been used. I tried to explain that it hasnt even been enough time to use it, we just decided to return it and buy a fridge instead and he was SUPER rude and very unprofessional. I would NEVER send anyone over there. the worst part was that when i asked if i could speak with a manager and see if they would understand he said HE WAS THE OWNER! i was shocked and very disappointed. Horrible place and horrible customer service. STAY AWAY

I recommend Glenns Appliance. He was so amazing to work with getting a new washer and dryer set. The associates that came to deliver and set up for us were great. Everything was explained at the store and then I got a little lesson on how to run everything once the units were set in place. AND a 7 year warranty...SOLD! Shop small business people!!! We wont go anywhere else for our appliances ever again.

We recently purchased a new freezer from Glenn. We are very happy with the quality of the freezer and the service from the store. Everything went very smoothly.But the most impressive part of my experience was the fact that he let me know that his prices were not quite as low as some of the bigger retailers and suggested where I might get a little better price.Im sure he needs every sale he can get but he was looking out for his customer even if it meant losing a sale!Great store, honest guy. I am very happy to support our local small business.

Very pleased with the response and repair of my refrigerator. They got the parts within two days and were at my door an hour later. Good to know we have a great appliance store here in Goffstown and not have to fight the Manchester crowds! Highly recommended.

I needed the tempered glass assembly for a GE range. Week after week calling a distributor in Texas for a month and no shipment. I checked locally and called Glenn. He said 1 to 2 weeks. The price was very reasonable. After 1 week I got a call. My part was in. After installing the part I had a problem getting the door back on the range and the hinges locked closed. I had great difficulty and pain trying to unlock the hinges. Frustrated, I called Glenn for advice. He said bring it in and hell reset the hinges. He not only reset the hinges but showed me how to do it along with good advice on how to get the door back on. Glenn is extremely helpful and courteous. He is my go to place for any appliance issues in the future.

We bought a dishwasher from Glenns Appliance several years ago. The price was right and delivery and installation was timely and efficient. More importantly, the above and beyond service from Glenns Appliance on all of our appliances over the years has been very reliable and reasonably priced. Its refreshing to do face to face business with the owner of a company.....something you cant experience in todays big box stores.

I scheduled an appointment to have my washer looked at that was giving me error codes. When I scheduled the appointment they gave me a 4 hour window (12-4) that someone would be out to take a look and they would call 20 minutes ahead of arriving. The tech called at 3:20 and said they would be there in 10 minutes. I explained that I was told it would be a 20 minute call ahead and asked if they could wait 30 minutes since someone had to drive from work to meet them. The tech said that would be fine. 28 minutes later the tech called back saying they couldnt wait anymore and they had to leave because its a Friday and they are extremely busy. I explained that someone was literally down the road and he said I would need to reschedule because he couldnt wait. If they couldnt wait the extra 2 minutes for someone to get home how did they have the time to look at and repair my washer? Do they not give themselves any time to make repairs or just look at the machine? He was very rude over the phone, told me to reschedule, and hung up. Very poor customer service and scheduling.

Easy to make an appointment to have a washer repaired --- one phone call, very helpful in finding a time that would work for both of us. Technician called in advance, arrived on time, very professional. Fixed the problem, made sure we understood what he had done. Follow-up phone call by owner the next day to be sure all was okay. Hope we dont need repairs again to ANYTHING, but when we do ...we know who to call!

Very disappointed. The tech explained that the owner diagnosed my washers problem from my phone description and that I needed a new transmission and clutch. (They then tried to sell me a new machine). I found out later (after buying a very expense extended warranty) that front loaders do not even have these components. He agreed to refund my diagnostic service call fee but concluded by saying he would fire the employee.This is just wrong on so many levels. The service tech probably needs this job and was acting as he was instructed by his supervisor. I explained that it is not the tech that I am disappointed with but the ownership who diagnosed the problem without ever seeing the machine. I did receive the refund and can only hope that his threat was only posturing.Glenns will never have my business again or have my recommendation. Fletchers Appliance in Nashua is a little further away for me but they are tried and true and will have my business from now on.

My dryer died and the washing machine was about to go. Glenn and his helper personally delivered my new washer and dryer. They installed it and showed me how to use it. Glenn made sure I had the right paperwork for two different rebates. one was from the GE and the other was from PSNH for buying an energy-efficient machine. The price came out lower than Home Depot. The service is friendly and very fast.

WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE EVER, DO NOT USE. I called to simply get a quote for repair and when I said thank you and did not go with their service because the fee was too high, the rep hung up on me. I thought maybe this was a mistake so when I called back to actually set up an apt he said he remembered me (which made no sense) and hung up again! DO NOT USE.

The man who came to fix my appliance did a good job, the price was fair and he was very nice. I would use them again for this service, I feel like their parts dept ( seperate item from what was fixed ) is expensive and would probably do my homework prior to purchasing rather than afterwards next time. All in all a good experience.
