We realized our fridge/freezer was in fact dead in the middle of the night last night. Brian came by, checked it out, and it was an easy fix thankfully. Had us up and running for a LOT less than buying a new or used fridge today! β€οΈππ»
Thank you to Connie at A.R.S. for helping finding the needle in a haystack I had been searching for! She went above and beyond customer service to help me look for the part I as looking for today. After being to two other places, the tiny part I needed was found out in the used appliances, and she only charged me a couple of dollars, but I paid a little more because to me, that part and her help was worth more than the wait of gold.
ARS apparently has a new owner. He came to my house and initially told me to buy new washer, dryer and refrigerator! I asked him to repair so he brought back a yellowed knob for my white dryer and billed me $100. He said heβd order parts for my ice maker. Two months later he had not returned so I called and the lady said she had no record of my service call but sheβd have the owner call. Two weeks later, NOTHING! A month later, NOTHING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARS but do recommend Macβs.
They know what they are talking about and can answer anything. Very professional and will work around your schedule to get the job done. Brian is a great technician and Mrs Connie knows her stuff. Will use them everytime.

UPDATE... We still have not heard back from this company and itβs been over two months. Weβve given up on them saying they are waiting on parts etc.this is ridiculous!!! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND A.R.S. In Manchester Tn.We called ars.repair to fix our dishwasher and ice maker. Well they put some new parts in our dishwasher and it still leaked l. So the repair man said he would order the correct part and let us know when he would come back. This was 2 months ago and still no call from them. Oh, but they charged us almost $400. For a job not doneAnd our ice maker...again he put in new parts but apparently not the right parts. It only works half the time. Again he said he would order the right part and call us back. Never did. So now weβre out $400. With a non working dishwasher and ice maker. I would not recommend this company!!!

Did a great job repairing our appliance. They called ahead of time, were prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling them again if the need arises.
Washer quit working. They came and made an assessment, explained the the problem, and thecost of repairs. We gave the go ahead, they ordered the part, back in a few days. Washer has worked great since!
First time that we have used these fine folks and we are very happy with the results. Washer wasnt working and after telling them the symptoms they were pretty sure what the problem was. They offered to send someone over right away but said they were out of the necessary part and would have order it so would I rather just have them come when the part comes. I elected the latter to save the extra service call. Thought that was very nice of them when they could have charged me just for coming out. I will call again if I needed in the future.

Called ARS my refrigerator stopped working. Repairman came out and diagnosed the problem. Had to order fan that circulates air inside the refer. Came back next morning installed the unit abd bingo. Technician was very neat and professional in his work, cleaned up everything. Great job..
If you are in need of appliance repair call ARS. They are wonderful. I bought a Samsung refrigerator from HH Hregg 2 years ago when they were going out of business. I did not get a warranty with it. No one could figure out how to hook up the ice maker or keep frost from forming in the freezer. I had two other repairman out and neither one of them could figure out how to fix it. ARS had to come out 3 Times, only charged me once. He studied up on it and figured out how to fix it. Reasonably priced. Love, love, love!
