I have nothing but praise for this management company. They are professional, responsive, helpful, and I feel they really do a great job of going above and beyond to try to meet the needs of their tenants. The maintenance crew is fast, responsive, and fantastic as well.Ive leased from them for almost 2 years now, and although I dont love the location of my place, everything else about it - including the management company - keeps me from going anywhere else.

Its been almost a year and I must say that SOCHA by far has been the best management company in the area. Winter is almost gone and they truly worked hard to make sure everyone’s spot is nice and clean! After a huge storm you don’t have to worry about shoveling yourself out, because it’s taken care of early in the morning (makes you feel like a celebrity). Overall, yes they are kind, professional and are always on top of everything. Many of the residents have rented for almost 2 or more years and that says a lot! Kudos to the office staff and maintenance for the hard work! If you asked me .... Socha is the way to go!

I was a tenant with Socha for over 4 years I moved from Florida to New Hampshire and they were so helpful helping us find a place and helping us get all our utilities up and running. Over the 4 years we were with them they have always been polite and curious with us. Any issue we have had was resolved almost immediately. They are top notch people and would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment look at Socha properties.

My husband and I lived at Hidden Oak Way, a Socha community. Although things were not always perfect, the customer service we received was always top notch. Sheila and Katelen were a great help with our moving out process. They were both eager to help and eager to please.While there, snow removal was always taken care of ASAP. The grounds were immaculate. The best part was our neighbors. It was a real community. We made a lot of great memories while we lived there.

SOCHA Companies provide great neighborhoods for families. The staff is always helpful and responsive. They all made our first home in Manchester a great experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Me and my roommates have been renting with this company for two years and I have to say they have been very fair in dealing with us. They keep the property maintained and clean only issues in the winter its just difficult for them to get our driveway but for the most part I have had a great experience renting and living in the property!
