Be forewarned: this is a smoking community, which means you can live above, next to, and/or below someone who smokes. People are allowed to smoke INSIDE the buildings. I’m allergic to smoke and can see within the first week of living here this is a huge problem for people who live in this apartment community. Especially those who don’t smoke.

Its wonderful. We have amazing neighbors, and the community is very clean. The area for the dogs is an amazing plus. We are also walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Maintenance is fast and efficient. We love it here!

I was upset about the pools not opening. But, I have a friend who lives in these apartments as well who is being harassed by a neighbor. The apartment lied to her about evicting him to make her resign a lease. Her neighbor has kicked her dog down the stairs, screamed in her face cussing her out, and continues to call her the B word every time he passes her in the hall. The apartment is taking his side and letting him stay with no repercussions. It is clear they do not care about their residents well being at all. They are simply out for money. I will be leaving after my lease is up. Hope && pray if you get a place here that your neighbor isnt bad...because the apartment could care less as long as the checks clear. I will be having my husband leave an awful review as well. NOT okay!

Overall great place to live, we were there for over a year. The office staff were friendly and helpful with questions we had. Maintenance always came quick and did a thorough job. Rent was reasonable. Only real issue was the A/C.The air conditioning on the top floor units are very outdated and too small for the size of the apartment (especially with the vaulted ceilings). We literally had to run our air conditioning 24/7 during the summer, causing super high electric bills, and our apartment still got over 80 degrees many days. We tried everything from buying all blackout curtains, vent deflectors, and even tinting the larger windows, but it didn’t help. We were basically told that it would be too difficult/costly for them to address the issue, which is why we moved.

I was housed here for a travel nursing assignment in the STL area. I was nervous about apartment living because I work night shift but never had any issues. The staff always went above and beyond and the maintenance staff took care of any needs I had. I loved living here! Highly recommend.

I would give this place no stars is I could! Not worth time or money!!

Great community; great staff! Apartments are dated but priced fairly for the area. I needed W/D connections which was surprisingly difficult to find when I moved back to Missouri last fall. I was able to check off everything on my list here. Yes sometimes I can hear my neighbors....but I have a two year old, so I’m SURE they also hear us sometimes. We discussed when they were moving in. No problems.I WISH management would update the hideous carpet in the hallways. That is purely cosmetic, but it would make a huge difference. I also WISH people would stop feeding the deer. They look pretty in the snow, but I don’t want one in my windshield. Other than that, it’s a great place to live.

I really loved living here for about 5 years, and only moved to take a job in another city. These are really great apartments (they were built in 1989 but are very well maintained) and are in a perfect setting, very convenient but in the middle of a private woods at the same time. The office and maintenance staff really cant be beat (they take really good care of their residents) and the rents are really reasonable.

I lived here for almost 6 years. The only reason I left is because I took a job out of town. This is a very nice place to live. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartments are set up so I rarely heard my next door neighbors. The office staff and maintenance guys are very friendly and easy to work with. The rent is very reasonable. If I ever move back to St. Louis I would happily move back here. The apartments are nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a place in this price range this is as good or better than anything else out there.

The staff was more than accommodating. They went above and beyond their job to help me get where I needed to be. Fast service. Beautiful neighborhood, well kept and just a great place to live and ideal location.

I loved this apartment. No issues Lived there a year. They did well on accommodation for deaf people . Staffs there was nice. Would definitely recommend to people to live there. Feedback for staffs, they should sent out emails on peoples packages mail, cuz I did noticed that few packages at office were never picked up...thats all...

Beware, pricy and they do not support any type of physical disability. They prey on the less fortunate.

We have lived here over two years. Management and maintenance have both been great.The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly.

High electric bills, bad A/C in summer time (wont cool my apartment below 78) some of the office workers are hard to deal with. Stay away!

Stay away, management doesnt care how loud your neighbors are as long as it isnt after 10pm!

This place has gone downhill. Beware of extremely high electric bills, dogs constantly barking and very old appliances. Rent is way to high for apartment size
